What is the purpose of life? how to live it on Life’s terms?

In my quest to find like-minded people, who want to better humanity, I am watching videos, and am exposed the feelings of the speaker, commentator, or whoever is in the video.

What prompted this article is a bout of weeping… for no reason.

I am sitting here examining the context inside which this happened, and I Have had no reason to be sad, to weep. Continue reading “What is the purpose of life? how to live it on Life’s terms?”

A look at feelings… going under the hood. Here, knowledge is really power!

I have been saying in every article now that the 13th floor is a dynamic system.

Why dynamic? Because the feelings have direction, content, opinion… and they interact, pull, push, stop you…

Moving, changing, pulsing, etc.

Humans are not simple machines, and yet: every complicated machine is made up of many simple machines… and so are you. The more you allow the machine to inform you, the more fulfilling, the smoother, the more enjoyable life becomes, with you in the driver’s seat.

You know I am corresponding with the creator of the books, Feelings and Words, Gyozo Margoczi.

In his last email, this morning, he made sure I push the dynamic nature of feelings. 1 I am not a very experienced translator, and translating his Hungarian helped me to understand the material and the dynamic even deeper. Acidity. what is it, the cause, the symptoms, remedy

real eyes realize real liesI have been meaning to write about acidity, alkalinity, and this whole field of misunderstanding, misdirection, you should know about, because it is important.

Acidity is a symptom.

It is also a cause…

Cause of a lot of mischief in your body and in your life. Continue reading “Acidity. what is it, the cause, the symptoms, remedy”

Want to find your self? Express it? Be true to it? Be motivated by it?

brett-wilson-find-yourself-and-be-thatI started to read the book by Edward Deci, “Why we do what we do. Understanding self-motivation”.

This is the first book, that I know, that defines self the way, or similarly the way I do…

To become a person, to have autonomy, self-determination, self-expression, integrity, self-motivation, the most important job is to find the self, by distinguishing what is the driver of all your actions, whether it is inner or outer.

And if it is inner… is it the self, or is it the “not-self”?

Greed, narcissism, hate… area inner motivators, but they are all the not-self. So are all the “negative” emotions, like frustration, haste, the desire to fix, to punish, to suffer… etc. Continue reading “Want to find your self? Express it? Be true to it? Be motivated by it?”

Does morality give you right to force others?

netflixDo you have the moral right to impose your belief system on your children, on your spouse, on your students?

It is Saturday afternoon and Netflix is down… and half of the United States is scrambling, wondering what they should do with their lives. lol…

I have been downloading the Spiritual Energy that is available on this Day of Power, several times today, and it is the nicest energy I have ever encountered… Continue reading “Does morality give you right to force others?”

Unless you like yourself, you won’t like your life either…

love-yourself-like-your-life-depends-on-it-because-it-does-quote-1Unless you like yourself, unless you feel good about yourself, you won’t like your life either.

Happiness is liking yourself and your life.

Not the Smokescreen…

What the smoke screen you set up hides about you… the nasty stuff… or how to learn to like yourself

There is a very important knowledge that seems to be missing for people:

Unless you like yourself, unless you feel good about yourself, you won’t like your life either.

And it is not so easy to like yourself, to feel good about yourself. Why?

Because you, internally, are well aware of the dual nature you have, and it’s disturbing.

Your health number… thoughts from the starting point tests I’ve done

hippocratesHippocrates said: food will be your medicine.

Let’s look at that statement from my experience with myself, and with my clients.

Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.

– attributed to Hippocrates

Lay people (you) jump into conclusions… and jump from one superfood to the next, from one fad to the next, from one magic bullet to the next.

Modern (ineffective) medicine attacks this statement.
Energy medicine attacks this statement.

What is health?

A German who escaped just before all the Jews were hoarded into concentration camps in Germany, came to the United States.

His name was Robert Hartman.

His experience with evil uniquely qualified him to set out to deal with the age long question: what is evil, what is good?

He took on himself to define good… the strait and narrow. Many philosophers failed in that: after all the strait and narrow is delineated by the land that encloses it, not by itself…

But he succeeded.

Why is rape so traumatic, while sex is so commonplace?

  • Why is rape so traumatic, while sex is so commonplace?
  • Why is slave labor so traumatic, while working is so natural to us.

If you have ever been pinned down, not able to free yourself…
If you have ever been forced to do something you didn’t want to do… anything…

…your trust of life, your trust in people, your confidence has dealt a big blow.

Recovering is not guaranteed, and the wound can be torn open again quite easily.

What determines how you and your life turn out?

what you see and what you do are like the front and the back or the hand: inseparableWhat is the mechanism of the machine that you are, that is used to define your actions, your moods, your attitude?

As I said in a few previous articles, your actions, your thoughts, your moods, your attitudes will be correlated with what you see.

The two sides:

  1. what you see, or the way the world occurs to you
  2. your actions, your thoughts, your moods, your attitudes: your world

the two sides are like the front of the hand and the back of the hand, connected, inseparable, but yet distinct.
