A great video training on how to build success in your relationships… I really love this one.

A great video training on how to build success in your relationships… I really love this one.

relationships-performanceYou can’t build a pyramid without a foundation (even if you’re in the alien school of pyramid construction!)

So, what is the foundation of your pyramid?

In our conversations a pyramid will be a code word for your vibration, for your financial freedom, for your health, for yur happiness…

The common shared characteristic of all those areas is that without a foundation you can’t build anything that is worth building.

People at large, you, lack any foundation.

Some have some spotty foundation.

And the outliers have a strong foundation.

Why are you holding your breath? to manage your emotions?

Why are you holding your breath? to manage your emotions?

732290Why are you holding your breath? And why it is an ineffective way to manage your emotions…

I get insights in bite size chunks… here is a new insight I just got.

Your attention, that force to reckon with, that power you wield to bring life to stuff is connected to your breath.

They say: what you pay attention to starts moving. This is why, when you are at the chiropractor, they say: breathe into your hip, or your knees…

You see, they know breathing into something brings it mobility, awareness, and life… what they didn’t know is that it is your attention that is brought to the sore or stuck part with the breath.

Updated: The secret of being able to change

Updated: The secret of being able to change

becoming independent from society's pullThe original of this article was published a year ago… I have added new insights today

The secret of my being able to change, and be reborn with a higher frequency, a higher vibration, is that I have been able to keep in check the societal imperative to care about other people more than I care about myself. And in addition to that, I have been able to admit to myself all the errors of my ways that I can see. So I don’t even want to look good to myself. I am willing to accept myself, warts and all… for all I am and for all I am lacking.

This comes with giving up the emotional impact of others view of me, of others opinion of me, of others praise or hate of me, and my opinion of me… especially when I make a mistake, a false step, or when I make a fool of myself.

This attachment to opinions needs to be actively given up: no epigenetic shift, no transformation, no energy remedy will make these opinions neutral: we do live in a society, and others opinion of you and your products determines your money: and your money determines whether you eat, be sheltered, have leisure time, and a lot more. And your own opinion about yourself will determine whether you are going to play fully… or shrink.

So opinions are important, but they are not important emotionally.

Fear is emotional. Careful, thoughtful pro-action is not.

Only people who are willing to go to hell and back can have real compassion and be happy.

Only people who are willing to go to hell and back can have real compassion and be happy.

rememberingIt’s been a weird couple of days.

Every time I stop doing something my mind goes to evil acts I have seen in movies or read about in books.

It started with the Marco Polo series on Netflix. I realized that I can’t watch betrayal… something about betrayal is too difficult for me to be with.

I wondered if it was that I saw myself in either the traitor or the betrayed, but I don’t think it’s that.

But it dislodged a veritable mound of buried memories of acts in books and other movies.

Why is the sad guru sad? … Paramahansa Yogananda

Why is the sad guru sad? … Paramahansa Yogananda

Possession-of-materialYogananda… I have measured his vibration at different times, in different contexts, always having a different number come up. So today I spent some time in his space… to see what’s up.

Paramahansa Yogananda was a sad person. For two reasons, the two sides of the same coin: he had something that he wanted to share, and it wasn’t shareable.

His words are simply his idea what made him the way he was, and the words did not communicate. Did not do for others what they, he thought, did for him.

So, slowly but surely, his words became a lie. Now, he himself wasn’t the way he said people should be: he had sadness, grieving, devastation move into his heart.

And greed… wanting. Wanting it to be different. Wanting that burning go away from his throat and his upper chest.

And then it all fell apart… and what remained is pretense.

Arrogance. Ignorance just hides behind it…

Arrogance. Ignorance just hides behind it…

arrogance is looking down... comparisonI have been dealing with arrogance in my students.

Arrogance is unearned boastful superiority.

Most people don’t know and don’t care because they themselves are not achievers… but you can have confidence that is justified by your accomplishments, your superior knowledge. Continue reading “Arrogance. Ignorance just hides behind it…”

Can Addictions Be Cured By Energy Treatments, Meditation, Law of Attraction, Even Activation? Any Idea? Read This Post To Be Surprised…

Addiction-imageWe are all addicted. How dare you say that? Well, if you live in the 21st Century, you are addicted. How come? Because addiction is simply pleasure seeking behavior. The hunt for more endorphins.

There are two kinds of pleasure:

  1. Seeking for excitement or other dopamine releasing activity or substance
  2. seeking for the cessation of some discomfort or pain. Ask a person who is in pain and ask what they want. They won’t say: I want a shot of whiskey. They will say: I want this pain to stop. That is also pleasure seeking behavior, just like:Escape from depression.
Escape from the noise of the world.
    Escape from your troubles.
    Escape from your pressing duties.
Escape from your debts, worries, pain, anxiety, phobias, fears, guilt, etc. is all pleasure seeking activity.

Which makes us all addicted. To different things, to different degrees, but yet…

Against self criticism and the 4-day weekend

4-day weekendOne of the rarest and most functional capacities is the capacity to allow… without resistance.

Resistance uses a lot of energy, mostly the energy that you need to become successful, to do the right thing, to be well, and to treat people, including yourself, right.

Resistance is normal, but harmful. Just like self-criticism: normal but harmful, with no upside.

Upside is the benefit you gain from a harmful or painful action or experience.

Neither resistance, nor self-criticism, self-judgment have any upside, only downside.

When something isn’t working there’s something you don’t see

When something isn’t working there’s something you don’t see

When something isn’t working… money, love, health, business, school…

When something isn’t working consider that it’s because there is something that you don’t know.

Whether the something that isn’t working is money, love, health, business, school… the answer is always “there is something you don’t know.”

The brilliance of this statement that turned a broke loser, a serial nebbich, Harv Eker into a multimillionaire T. Harv Eker. The brilliance is that because you don’t know what it is that you don’t know… you need to open yourself up to looking. At everything. And a lot… Expose yourself to seeing stuff. He did it, and he is now rich. This one sentence, this one statement, this one habit.

This isn’t what he teaches, because this statement gives you all the power, and you don’t buy stuff when you have the power… He is so rich because no one understand this statement… But why?
