Normally these webinars are really fun: we talk. Students ask questions, some great, some simple and to the point… they have fun, I have fun, and our relationship deepens.

Yesterday was a different kind of session: there was this “energy healer” guy… and he was into arguing, debating, talking about what he thinks, what he learned, blah blah blah.

He considered my webinar his forum to disseminate his wisdom. His learning. His take on the world.

Anyone who desires to teach what they can do has a real big problem. The problem is remembering what they did to get where they are.

Of course, judging from people’s vibrational numbers, most people that teach anything in this spiritual realm, don’t teach what they do, they teach what they’d read, heard, but never actually experienced themselves. Their knowledge is Tree of Knowledge. Second hand knowledge, worthless. Fills the mind with useless information. Useless, as in: you can’t act on it and achieve what it tries to express, because there are steps the speaker doesn’t know about: it is not their experience.

Now, with that said, I have had the problem myself: accurately and completely teaching you all the steps I have done to get to where I am. I have been watching, observing myself, to find the missed pieces, or steps, that would make the path more complete, so that no steps are missing, so that you can get to exactly where I am, which is today 993 on the vibrational scale.

I have found a step that is a good candidate for “missing step.” Breathing.

Some 36 years ago I was struggling with severe insomnia. I was tense. My mind was churning with unwanted thoughts. One day, accidentally, while looking for the bathroom, I entered a room where a group was practicing relaxation.

There is an issue that I need to address: your trained Chemophobia.

You have been trained to bark up the wrong tree.

You have been trained to have Chemophobia, and it is bigger threat to your health than the chemicals themselves.

Why? For the same reason that you are attracted to film stars’ sex life… You don’t know chemistry, but you understand some words. So you are morbidly curious…

individual... with a brain to useI find that most people want to be mindless… Get a solution and never look again, never think again.

Tai calls this: an experiment run too long.

But for most people experiments are non-existent. They want to live their lives as puppies or kitties… not as humans.

Why is that? you ask… whether you are one of “most people” or one of the few who are individuals.

To answer that why question,

  • You may look at how you were brought up.
  • You may look at how you were educated to be sheep.
  • You may look at that as character defect.
  • You may blame this or that…
The truth is simpler and more sinister than any of those you have already thought of.

What does the “good food” you eat do to your body?

alzheimers-brain-image_largeMost people’s health number is at or under 10%. Same is the hydration number… at or under 10%. The more you know about your nutrition, the lower is your number.

I know a “star” nutritionist whose number is 5%. Both the health and hydration numbers.

I have found only a few exceptions with higher numbers.

I mean a few… People who are working with me on their health… plus a long time student, plus a long time friend, plus Dr. Joel Wallach.

Want to be high vibration? Leave the basement of your being

I woke up this morning. For the second day in a row, I am bursting of energy, more energy than I know what to do with.

I have been sorting my laundry. I have been cleaning the stove top, the sinks… doing things the I turned away from before, because I didn’t have anything to give it.

I went for a quick walk yesterday.

I am getting a lot more done even in my business.

I am starting to get some realizations that I did not expect.

For one: humanity is not ready to raise their vibration.

You are trying to put the cart in front of the horses.

You are worrying about the wrong thing. About the trip to the penthouse… but you are in the basement, and the elevator doesn’t go down there.

Addiction-imageWe are all addicted. How dare you say that? Well, if you live in the 21st Century, you are addicted. How come? Because addiction is simply pleasure seeking behavior. The hunt for more endorphins.

There are two kinds of pleasure:

  1. Seeking for excitement or other dopamine releasing activity or substance
  2. seeking for the cessation of some discomfort or pain. Ask a person who is in pain and ask what they want. They won’t say: I want a shot of whiskey. They will say: I want this pain to stop. That is also pleasure seeking behavior, just like:Escape from depression.
    Escape from the noise of the world.
    Escape from your troubles.
    Escape from your pressing duties.
    Escape from your debts, worries, pain, anxiety, phobias, fears, guilt, etc. is all pleasure seeking activity.

Which makes us all addicted. To different things, to different degrees, but yet…

Hunger is a poor advisor

It is said by many people, that you shouldn’t go grocery shopping when you are hungry.

Why? Because when you are hungry, the context of your being becomes to satisfy that hunger. Everything seems to be the answer to the question: this is the best way to eliminate hunger, to satisfy hunger.

So you end up spending money on stuff that is not good for you, that you should not have bought, maybe ever, in the first place.
