Nature or nurture? Are you born a republican? a democrat?

Nature or nurture? Are you born a republican? a democrat?

Why is there such a sharp and irreconcilable difference between the right and the left in the world? The answer is in the invisible realm of reality…

There are many things I can measure in a human… while I am connected to Source. The language between Source (aka All-Knowledge, or the Zero point field) is muscletesting. It has a limited vocabulary: yes, no, and somewhat yes and somewhat no. And an occasional ‘I don’t know’ Continue reading “Nature or nurture? Are you born a republican? a democrat?”

If you don’t know what you want you end up with…

If you don’t know what you want you end up with…

One of the things people have a difficulty with, in my experience, is creating a vision for their lives.

When I ask what they want, what they are up to, they draw a blank.

And even when and if they have some answer, it is not something that even if they got it, would make them happy, fulfilled, joyful, connected, loved, etc.

Every aspect of you has a different ‘agenda’…

  • The Selfish Gene
  • The ego
  • the soul/spirit or whatever you want to call it, the high minded aspect of you
  • the body
  • the mind
  • the Witness/Consciousness

these all want something different… and you, who you consider yourself to be: you are like the person in the middle of the ball game where the ball is thrown in a circle, past you… and you are always left without a ball. Continue reading “If you don’t know what you want you end up with…”

The rich get richer the poor get poorer the sick get sicker

The rich get richer the poor get poorer the sick get sicker

Money is like a capacity… Whatever you have more of, you’ll get more of. Misery, stupidity, mistakes… or money, happiness, success…

Money is a means… a means to get more… and so are capacities… spiritual, DNA, epigenetic capacities.

One way you can see this is that the rich gets richer, the poor gets poorer… but how? but why?

This phenomenon is visibly true in every area of life, not just money, not just love. This sentence, from the New Testament, is true…

“I tell you that to everyone who has, more shall be given, but from the one who does not have, even what he does have shall be taken away.”

As I am doing my work to take a group of people to become human beings… I see it clearly in my work. People don’t grasp principles… they only grasp tricks and strategies. Continue reading “The rich get richer the poor get poorer the sick get sicker”

Sunday Rant or was it Sunday runt? lol

Sunday Rant or was it Sunday runt? lol
The difference between occurrence and happening

I started this article in the middle of the week, but it was half-baked… it needed to sit a few days… baking. Is it fully baked? You be the judge…

I learn where I can, from where I can.

One of these are books. Another is movies, especially series, where there is enough time for character development.

I had been waiting for this series on Amazon Prime Video, Hunters. Nazi hunters that is.

One of the things I am learning is that a wound is a wound, and it may never heal, but every time I have a chance to weep about it, it cleanses.

So far, I am only half way through the first season, I have seen masterful re-enacting memories of people who were in the Holocaust, so well, that it clean opened up all the wounds and I have been crying and weeping, and sobbing for almost a whole day now. good for me. Breaking into a new field: how to do it right or wrong

Breaking into a new field: how to do it right or wrong

breaking into a new careerIt seems that many people are stuck in a profession they don’t like. And also many people don’t have a profession and are afraid to pick one.

Among my students I have both kinds…

Interestingly there is some commonality in the underlying attitudes.

One attitude is something I could call stingy, but it may not be the right word.

The commonality is: I want certainty, guarantees BEFORE I’d do anything. Continue reading “Breaking into a new field: how to do it right or wrong”

What prevents you from getting what you want?

What prevents you from getting what you want?
When things don’t work, there is something that you don’t know.

One of the capacities an architect needs to possess (if they want to be a good architect) is being able to move their attention at will, and to widen and narrow their field of vision at will.

Interestingly, these are the capacities that are needed for a lot of professions, CPA, business leader, politician, scientist, movie maker, coach, and, although it is not a profession, for someone who wants to get out of the morass of the human condition, and onto the vertical plane of clarity, joy, fulfillment.

I won’t explain why you need these capacities for the professions although I could. Continue reading “What prevents you from getting what you want?”

How many balls, ideas, projects can you keep in the air?

How many balls, ideas, projects can you keep in the air?

One of the measures in my Starting Point Measurements is how many bits of information, how many balls you can keep in the air at the same time.

Most people can only keep one ball, reliably, in the air. The moment something better, exciting shows up, they drop it… If they start juggling two, they drop both off… Continue reading “How many balls, ideas, projects can you keep in the air?”

What robs you of the ability to be astute?

What robs you of the ability to be astute?

Astute, astuteness has a bad reputation… so do the words: selling, ambitious… or taking care of yourself. But it is unjust, in fact it is against Life.

But, unfortunately, we live in an age where being selfless seems like a virtue… but it isn’t a virtue, it is imposed upon us.

It is stupid and a learned ‘value’…

The best people in the world are selfish…

Selfish… meaning: they take care of themselves… instead of hoping that others will be selfless and take care of them. And then they can contribute… from being well and being taken care of.

No matter how many times people understand, on airplanes, that when the oxygen masks are dropped at them, they should put on their own first… and then assist others… Because they see it there, but the ability to see it everywhere would require a wider cone of vision than they have… Take care of yourself first doesn’t live like a distinction, it lives as an example that is true on airplanes. Define what is success for you, to become successful

Define what is success for you, to become successful

I sleep poorly the night before every Playground session. It takes me hours to fall asleep, and I have trouble-filled dreams.

So when I got up this past Saturday, it was freezing cold, in the single digits outside… single digits in Fahrenheit is very cold… double digits in the minus in Celsius.

So I pondered what I had to look forward that day. Continue reading “Define what is success for you, to become successful”

Removing Barriers to you being all-you-can-be

Removing Barriers to you being all-you-can-be

the subtle art of not giving a fuckI just read an excerpt of Mark Manson’s (vibration: 260) book, about the path to growing… The art of not giving a f*ck

Even the brief is worth reading…

Some people write better than me. Some people find solutions faster than me. Some people can teach ME things… Baah, right?

What Manson says is the essence of the Michelangelo Method of growing.

You remove everything that doesn’t work, everything that is not you, everything that doesn’t support you in living life you love and living it powerfully.

But the sticky part of this process is telling the truth about having been wrong. Continue reading “Removing Barriers to you being all-you-can-be”
