What is the first phase of raising your vibration?

What is the first phase of raising your vibration?

The first phase of raising your vibration is unlearning. Letting go. Getting rid of attachments, the chains that hold you down.

All people have two inside attachments:

  • your dominant belief’s therefore: a behavior or attitude that, like an attachment, ties you to the dominant belief.
  • And your anchor to doom. Your doom is the worst thing you fear.

You block your consciousness from flying, it is starving

You block your consciousness from flying, it is starving

One of the reasons the 67 steps coaching is wonderful, is because, done the right way, it leads consciousness on a trip that is both wide and deep. Wider than deep, by the way.

But even if you remain on the surface, but go where the steps take you, you can raise your consciousness by a lot.

The insight came to me while sleeping… I was taken somewhere, and I consistently refused to go down a certain ‘tunnel’…

And that is the life of a human. You and your is defined more by the places you don’t go than by the places you do. Literally. Continue reading “You block your consciousness from flying, it is starving”

Giving and Receiving… the whole story

give-too-muchWhat happens to what you give to people, after you gave it to them?

We are told that we are what we eat… and it makes no sense… Because really what we are is what we can absorb from what we eat… including supplements.

Now, if that is so, then what happens to your pearls of wisdom, to your kindness, to your support, to your brilliance, to your gifts, to the value you sell people?

Before you point fingers at them, let’s examine how you receive pearls of wisdom… etc.

There is a predictability about it, is there not?

You have a fixed attitude about that, don’t you?

The Chess Master OR how can a smart person be so stupid?

chess-finch…or what is the secret ingredient in The Machine that a chess master has or doesn’t…

I have been observing, for no reason, chess masters. Haven seen movies, read books, watched videos… for no reason… other than to allow consciousness to see.

WTF, right?

It is normal to do things for a reason. For fun. For research, For learning. But to take consciousness, like a baby, to the zoo? Who has ever heard anything like that before?

Raising consciousness: climbing the tree of life

Raising consciousness: climbing the tree of life

fledglingsI am often asked to map out the path to raising your vibration, raising your consciousness, and become a full fledged human being.

The first step to any journey is to find out where you are at now.

As I muscletest people’s vibration… as I am merging my senses with theirs, feeling their feelings, I feel their overall relationship to life. I feel their attitudes. I feel it stronger than they feel it… like a tool that puts your heartbeat on loudspeaker.

Most people give me feedback, saying ‘spot on’ if they are from England, and then follow my first steps to feel better.

Ideas are like babies… the process you need to honor to be happy, healthy, and successful

baby elephant is like an ideaThis is one article, with two separate yet connected parts.

Part 1: Flashes of brilliance

Growth is not linear. By that I mean that you don’t grow a little bit every day. It is much like evolution: something tiny changes, and it creates a dramatic shift.

When things feel linear, it also means that you are simply stirring the soup… no growth. It’s OK.

Yesterday I had a glimpse at something that I had never seen: I saw that if opportunity favors the prepared… then I am in trouble: I am not prepared for any opportunity.

Should you strive for leaving a legacy to be remembered by?

footprint in the sandThis is continuing the theme I started in my last post, looking at your life and priorities. This is a politically incorrect article… The footnotes are really important in this article, don’t miss them.

Let’s take a near posthumous look at your life… so you can see what was important, and do it while you still have time.

If you are afraid of death: this is especially for you. 1

Someone who lives fully and does what is important to them, isn’t afraid of death. They weren’t afraid of life, they aren’t afraid of death. That doesn’t mean they want to die… they are just not driven to panic by the sight of an life that never happened.

Yesterday I spoke about wanting to get my work out… but upon further examination, I realized that I fell for the cultural, societal mumbo jumbo, that is designed to have you be unfulfilled, and lose your self interest.

What am I talking about?

About legacy… What is your legacy? Can you feel the cold hands of dread squeezing your heart?

Make consciousness guide you and other important stuff

yoda-feel-the-forceAs you may know, I work with consciousness… Let me rephrase that: I send consciousness to do research for me before I choose a path.

Of course, consciousness is not some entity independent of me, so it cannot go far… in essence, consciousness is on a leash: unless I go, it cannot go. So, I am talking about working together: I go, consciousness looks.

So it is like a seeing eye dog.

It comes back with lot of options… and it is up to me what paths I can take, and what paths I cannot take.

Can, cannot… can’t I take any path?

After all the saying says: you can be anything you put your mind into… but it is a stupid suggestion for two reasons I can see:

The deathbed exercise… death nearing focuses the mind

The deathbed exercise… death nearing focuses the mind

There is a step in the 67 step program that wants you to look at what would be your obituary if you died today.

But there is a much better test, the test:

imagining yourself being on your deathbed: a thought exercise.

Until today I’d thought that what it drives up is all the things you haven’t done, all the things that are important and maybe you can do now… tell people you love them, and other trite things like that.

But today of all days I had an insight.

The insight came because I was trying to figure out what is in common in people who do the 67-step program well, and people who rush through it, skim the surface.

I was trying to categorize them, but I could not see any consistency.

While I was looking, I asked consciousness to look for me too. Continue reading “The deathbed exercise… death nearing focuses the mind”
