I hate making mistakes! I hate what it says about me

what's the truth about you? why are you making mistakes?Correct Diagnosis is 50% of the Cure in any area of your life

In this article I am going to show an area of my life where diagnostic skills and tools have saved the day, and in fact proved to be 90% of the cure.

The process of growth is not linear. It is more like layer by layer. No matter where you are now, in order to get to the next level, you need to completely explore the level or layer where you are at.

I have been relative successful for a while now, and like any other “normal” human being, I had the illusion that I have arrived to the place where it is smooth sailing from hereon. Continue reading “I hate making mistakes! I hate what it says about me”

The mind, the stupid part of you… knows not of reality

Your mind, your stupid part, has no direct knowledge about reality.

It has no concern, no regard to reality, to the present moment… It has in it what the memes have programmed it to have… 1% reality, 99% b.s. And your mind is, therefore, your worst friend.

It is killing YOU and it is killing your life… sometimes slowly, sometimes really fast.

People, books, videos that talk about mind power are on the Dark Side. They are no friends of yours: they are working for the Mind. And you are too stupid to know.

Every Tuesday I read my email to find my weekly horoscope, and here it goes… again. Setting a context for my life, a context I could have never dreamed up myself… Rob Brezsny and his weekly horoscopes I would not want to miss. Love

love, that warm fuzzy feelingIs calling that fuzzy feeling, that uplifting feeling, what the love gurus meant for us to be? The love they say god is?

I don’t think so.

I think no person in their right mind would think that god, whatever that may be, is sitting there loving you up… feeling love.

So what does that make you? A person not in their right mind? Exactly.

When your vibration drops everything starts to bother you

One of the most harmful words in the English language are I, my, and me.

It is not that they are intrinsically harmful! they are harmful the way we relate to their meaning.

Context is decisive. Sometimes these words (I, my and me) are the context, and sometimes they are heard in a context… confusing? Yeah, context has been confusing to many of my students. But being confused is a very high state: the lowest state a human is “knowing.” Why? Because once you think you know, once you think you have the answer, you stop looking, you stop being present, your mind is running the show, the stupid machine that anyone can hack, and they do, and you wouldn’t even know.

What is the highest state? I am not sure. But I am certain that the “I can see that” is higher than “confused”. I am not at the highest state, or if I am, I have no idea what indicates that state… so let’s not go there, ok?

On Procrastination: part 2: the hold-back forces.

what-holds-you-backNow that we have seen that what is underneath procrastination is the fact that we are still more, much more interested in avoiding unpleasantness, humiliation, etc. than moving towards some purpose.

And avoiding unpleasantness, will, at best, keep you the same… no movement.

From the pdf of the last procrastination article, we saw, that unless you can invent a yummy enough goal, something important enough to go for, you will not be able to move from dead center. Bottom line: procrastination is not a behavioral issue, it is a perfect illustration of physics: if the energies on a body are in balance, the body will not move, unless it was already in movement before the balance.

Are you sure you are feeling THAT? How many emotions can you identify in yourself?

All Decisions Are Emotional. Later You Justify Them With Your Mind. Want to know what emotion blocks your breathing?

There is nothing new in that for many of you, but for those of you that didn’t know about it: let me explain.

Emotions is a guidance system that is much more ancient than the mind. You feel stuff way before the mind gets alert that something is going on. The mind is always late to every party. The mind asks the question: “What happened?” because it doesn’t know.

There is a saying: some people make things happen, others watch things happen, and yet more people ask: what the heck happened?

Now, up till here, this is pretty commonplace for a lot of people.

What I am going to say now is new, even I didn’t know until this past Saturday. It is so new, and it is so shocking, to me, that I have been telling it to everyone who is willing to listen.
