What do I know that you don’t, that I don’t often get upset? In spite of my peppery constitution…

you live in a world of your own designOne of the things I learned in Landmark Education, 1 is that there is physical development, and there is emotional, ethical, moral development each person needs to go through to become a fully functioning adult.

It was brand new information to me and it blew my mind.

It was new to me in spite of the fact that I was educated, having read thousands of books… even about child psychiatry, and yet, it was an earth shattering revelation to me.

I, like other people, thought that children were born with the capacity to understand why certain things are harmful, etc.

I’d thought that the inability to comprehend and appreciate responsibility for your own actions, for example, was not inability, instead it was unwillingness. Ability as programmed by the genes wasn’t becoming clear to me until about 13 years later. Continue reading “What do I know that you don’t, that I don’t often get upset? Learned helplessness versus innovate yourself out of your box

Learned helplessness versus innovate yourself out of your box

7426919_f496Learned helplessness is a technical term coined by Dr. Martin Seligman.

I don’t want to spend time with what he means by that, and how he came to discover this phenomenon… you can google it if you want to know.

If you are in the 67 steps, it’s step 7…

What I want to focus on here is the place where you won’t look: today… Where you locked yourself into a small box.

How come you are the way you are, how come you live in such a tiny box, no fulfillment, no energy, no love, no success…

So, how do you find the areas where you have learned helplessness limiting your life, the dance floor, the ability to accomplish?

Why, your chances to become worth a damn (dime?), are less than 2%?

the-life-of-a-teacherFirst things first: the saying is “become worth a damn.” But a lot of people consider damn a curse word, so they say “become worth a dime”… Oh well, here you have it. Become worth a dime… lol.

Second: let me explain the picture: no teacher is worth a darn, unless the student is able to handle, utilize what the teacher teaches. And therein lies all the difficulty you are experiencing.

As you can, maybe, track, I am becoming obsessed with learning to learn… or more precisely said, teaching you to learn to learn…

Because you have been mislead.

Even MY parents tried to mislead ME… lol.

I was dyslexic, which, as a diagnosis, didn’t exist when I was a child, so they thought I was stupid. So they tried to make me memorize…

Who is this site for? Is it for you?

Sophie Benshitta Maven empath raise your vibrationI am an empath.

An empath is like a psychic in a way. A true empath can feel and identify your feelings, whether they are emotions or physical sensations. I can feel them stronger than you yourself. Using those feelings as guidance I can inform you about the source of your feelings and advise you on a way to restore balance and well-being.

Through empathy I have also found a way to connect, directly, to the Source of All-of-It, in a two-way fashion, so I can ask questions and receive answers, get energies, get guidance, and support. I don’t know of anyone who does what I do, and I cannot teach much of it: so far I haven’t found anyone who can connect, at will, to another person, for example.

I have asked for and received strong energies from Source. I can embed these energies into liquids or into audios. The Avatar State audio, for example, assists you in identifying the areas where you are out of alignment, and help you correct them.

The Heaven on Earth Energy bundle, and the Energizer, infused in water, help you deal with emotions suggested by the mind or the Dark Side, so you can be well, and healthy.

Religion, atheists, agnostics… let’s look at these differently, through capacities, IQ, and vibration

dawkins-good-religious-peopleI am not fond of campaigners. I am not fond of activists.

A few months ago I was lead to Robert Ingersoll, and I read his many books… I was interested, because I never thought, never learned, never experienced religion, especially not Christianity and its many sects.

I thought the idea of religion very outdated.

Then today I looked up Richard Dawkins, because I heard about him from Tai Lopez, and heard that 40% of the people surveyed in the US believe that the Earth is less than 10,000 years old.

I got sick to my stomach.

But then again… sick to my stomach, or not, there are some valid questions that can be asked… from Source, whatever Source is.

Can you learn the skill of negotiation? The art?

Can you learn the skill of negotiation? The art?
What is the relationship between skills, learning new skills, and capacities?

All my life I have been puzzled why perfectly normal people fail at even understanding concepts from certain things, like distinctions, from communication, negotiation, empathy, caring, team work, leadership, responsibility… I could fill this page with examples.

I have had my own issues. One of them is understanding instructions if there is even just one word in the instructions I am not exactly clear what it means, or what the writer means, I can’t follow the instructions.

This is probably why, last week, I could not make the first computer I bought work: its one-page instructions sheet was written in a language I did not comprehend, and I didn’t trust myself to spend a year or so to learn those concepts so I can have the computer work.

I had to suspect that people I so confidently talk to, have a similar deficiency: they can’t make what I say work for them, because there are holes in the fabric of knowledge.

Then last year I tried to be helpful to a woman in Ireland (I even published our conversation to zero echo from readers!) by teaching her negotiation skills, empathy, looking at things from the other person’s point of view: methods that are obvious and easy for me. I was sure that other readers will love the article… I was wrong.

Don’t Pee on my Leg and Tell Me It’s Raining or how to become someone responsible

Don’t Pee on my Leg and Tell Me It’s Raining or how to become someone responsible

Judge-Judy-Sheindlin- Don't pee on my leg and tell me it's rainingI borrowed that expression from Judge Judy, because I like it. But it is also perfect, because Judge Judy calls for responsibility… to no avail… Why? Because responsibility is a capacity encoded and dormant in human DNA… only a few, the successful few have it turned on.

Responsibility is access to power, access to personal power. And most people are powerless, feel powerless, act powerless. Force is not power. And that is what passes for personal power nowadays: forcing, manipulating, controlling, coercing, etc.

This article is not about that. This article is about how to turn on and live with and through personal power.

As I have shared before, back in November I signed up to a money making scam program.

It hasn’t delivered, but I am OK. I haven’t abandoned ship. Now, that is very interesting, because most people that stay are in hope.

Hope is living in a future denying what is… because you don’t like it.

So the people are in hope, hope of some money they didn’t work for, because they don’t like how the world is: you have to have skills, you have to have knowledge, you have to work… f… that! So they gamble. And hope. 1

Self-awareness: and your financial and relationship troubles

Self-awareness: and your financial and relationship troubles
how-accurately-do-you-see-yourselfWhat is self-awareness?

Is it feeling what you feel, thinking what you think, doing what you do, and knowing you are feeling, thinking, doing that?

I think self-awareness is beyond that. self-awareness is a positional shift for the self that is aware. Positional meant in a physical sense, in a physical movement of the vantage point.

It is one thing to feel from inside the body, and it’s another thing from observing it, as the body feels what it feels. Continue reading “Self-awareness: and your financial and relationship troubles”

The Law of Action

804e19bbfbc6720579ca50c1cbba25c3

There is a huge misunderstanding that most of you are the victim of: thinking that you need to be ready to do something, that you need to get rid of fear or discomfort to do something.

One of my clients is dealing with an issue. To solve the issue, I asked him to talk to people in the same kind of business as his, to pick their brains what to do in the winters when there is no snow… i.e. there is no business, no revenue… and he still has to pay his employees.

He is afraid. I get that. But he is not doing what I asked him to do, and I don’t get that… WTF? Is he going to let the company die? What a waste.

When I checked him, a minute ago, he had turned Life Force aka ambition capacity off… dead as a door nail.

All this work for nothing… He may not benefit, but you could… so here is the law of action, teaching you that action doesn’t need you to feel like action, it only needs you to act… Duh.

The capacity that’s missing, interestingly, is the capacity of seeing hierarchy: what comes first, what comes second. And it seems that culture is repeating this delusion… that you have to stop being afraid before you can act. B.S.

The Law of Action

No matter what we feel or know, no matter what our potential gifts or talents, only action brings them to life. Those of us who only think we understand concepts, such as commitment, courage, and love, one day discover that we only know when we act; doing becomes understanding.

A reader writes: an amazing insight about praising

A reader writes: an amazing insight about praising

i-am-a-disappointmentSometimes a student can say it better than I will ever be able to say…

A lot of you will resonate with this.

If you don’t… that is a sign of an inner desert…

I resonated with it, it expressed me wholly, fully… even though I may be 60% past it. But 40% is still there…

I will put my comments, hopefully, in boxes, near where what I am commenting about. It’s rich and there is a lot to be said.

Enjoy. But most importantly, map what he says to yourself. When you can see yourself in this light, you can start to include it, embrace it, so you can grow.

Hi Sophie
