What is the difference between a blind man and you?

What is the difference between a blind man and you?

You would think that the difference is that you can see and the blind man can’t… But the real difference is that the blind man knows…

What is the work? Here is a detailed case study…

What is the work? Here is a detailed case study…
what is your spiritual work? The sentence I hear only occasionally, is ‘But what is the work?’

It is not because it is not a question that concerns many, it is because you are trained to know the answer, or at least pretend that you do.

I didn’t realize this until yesterday. I did not connect the dots… I didn’t see the forest for the trees. Continue reading “What is the work? Here is a detailed case study…”

How they enslave a person, a nation, the world

You have heard the expression over and over again: “History Repeats Itself”

The history we are talking about here is bad. Wars, oppression, mass killings, abuse, lawlessness, tyranny, fascism, genocide… but as a rule, history, good or bad, repeats itself… We don’t mind the good… let it come, the more the merrier, but the bad? No thank you.

Why can BAD history repeat itself?

Why didn’t the people who saw the signs stop these processes in their beginning stages? Because they didn’t see the signs. By the time the signs are visible to the masses, the deed is done, people are dead, maimed, expelled, enslaved.

People of Germany, after the war was over, said: We didn’t see it.

Growing, transformation, hitting a wall, getting stuck

Growing, transformation, hitting a wall, getting stuck

I am in a state that can be compared to the cocoon state. I intend to emerge on the other side as a butterfly.

Wasn’t I a butterfly before? Who knows. But humans don’t live a day or two, like butterflies, and they have more stages than butterflies.

When you grow (if you grow) spiritually your growth pattern is much like…

Ten signs that you are on the path of spiritual awakening

I know your spirituality is a private matter, but your generosity, or the lack thereof, unfortunately, very visible to all, and felt by you: stinginess feels bad, trust me I have been there.

Sharing is generous. Especially when you don’t want to… Almost as effective in raising your vibration as the secret tool I have shared before, validation.

Ten signs that you are experiencing a spiritual awakening:

How come some people get results and other don’t, when they do a program?

reticular-activating-system-functionThe easy and obvious answer would be that some do the work of the program, others don’t.

But what if neither do the work? And yet, some have results, and other don’t.

What is the explanation? Are the “some” smarter?

The answer is is your reticular activator.

The reticular activator works for you behind the scenes

The reticular activator function is an attention function. It is also a pattern recognizing, zeroing in function, much like a heat seeking missile: it cannot miss. It is a function that below your conscious awareness gets the work done for you.

Your attitude to the program either works with your reticular activator or it doesn’t. And that largely depends on your attitude about yourself.

What are you grieving for when you are grieving?

what are you grieving?I caught myself grieving yesterday.

I got a brochure in the mail that had pictures of Budapest in it. I left Hungary, and Budapest, the capital I was born and lived for 34 years 32 years ago.

Every time I considered grieving, a song welled up in my head, a song about home and home sickness. It’s about longing, and it’s about regret. And I refused to regret anything. Like Edith Piaf, Je ne regrette rien. No regrets. 1

I regret nothing

Could Depression Be Caused By Carbs?

Could Depression Be Caused By Carbs? This is a question not many people would be able to answer authentically. Authentically means answering from their own experience. I can.

Why can’t other people? Because most humans go through life with their eyes closed, asleep. Things happen to them they don’t act as cause in their lives, they don’t even consider it. They don’t live consciously. I do, and this is what all my programs are about: causing you to live consciously.

carbs, including fruitsAbout 10 months ago I removed most carbohydrates 2 from my diet. I was on that all protein, some fat, some greens diet for six months. Then I started to add, slowly, some vegetables, and about a month ago I added sweet potatoes, baby red potatoes, and finally two weeks ago I added bread.

How old are you being? What is the age of your behavior? What is your emotional age?

don't tell me what to doThe human mind is a pattern seeking, pattern interpreting machine. Yet very few people ever pay attention to the patterns.

One of the patterns they would notice, if they paid attention, is this distinction: the age of the behavior, and the age of sayings… the age of the reaction.

Unless something is pointed out, people look but they don’t see. This includes patterns.

The few people that pay attention to patterns have a lot to tell you about you, and about the people you interact with… by the patterns of their behavior and the patterns of their speaking.

What you don’t know can really hurt you

Graphic_WhatYouDon'tKnowCanHurtMeToday I learned something about myself, and at the same time I learned something about transformation that until now was only theory for me.

As you know, the absolute basic step in transformation is to see and accept that you don’t know everything, that some of the things that you know are not true, and that most of the things that you don’t know are totally in your blind spot, so you don’t even know they are there.

You may also know, theoretically, that all power, all transformation comes from getting a sudden glimpse at what was in your blind spot.

blind spotIn driving, if you are lucky, the card hiding in your blind spot will honk when you want to change lanes. Or you get lucky because you notice it before you cause a crash.
