2015 Passover, the blood moon, what is Passover about?

2015 Passover blood moon signI grew up communist, atheist, so when I left Hungary in 1982, I went to Israel to find out what it means to be Jewish. Honestly, I didn’t like any of it… It wasn’t for me… all that tradition, or alternatively all that worldliness…

I came the the US, and at some point I started to study Kabbalah with the Kabbalah Centre… 1 Kabbalah is an incomprehensible vague oral tradition, wide open to interpretation, and thus, for most people it is quite useless. Mystical, yeah… but… mystical for a purpose is poison to your soul.

The study of Kabbalah used to be limited to men over 40. Why? because younger men, and women are more result oriented.

Result oriented is good… you would say if you live in our culture, that is what you are supposed to be, right?

I have been having suicidal thoughts… What does the echo say?

being guided by the echoSometimes having someone to talk to, someone who can listen, instead of trying to solve your problems, is the best thing that can happen to you.

But there are things that are hard to share.

And then, if you are the one who is supposed to be there for others, no one expects you to have problems, or to be there for you. You are alone, and that is that.

All my life I have been the strong one, and no one ever expected me to need them to listen to me. So when I needed someone to listen, I had to pay them. It’s expensive. And now I don’t even trust anyone to just listen… so it’s tough.

Middle of the road – wisdom or mistake?

One of the biggest challenges for me on the path is to stay in the middle. Neither left nor right…

  • Neither too egotistic, nor self-cheating.
  • Neither too buoyant nor down in the dumps.
  • Neither accepting nor refusing credit.
  • Neither too nice nor too rude to people and myself.

The Work: Understanding vs. Seeing

see-understandSome of you do the work: you know who you are.

The most frequent issue that comes through to me in email is trying to understand.

But there is an issue with that.

The Thinking Man, i.e. the Man of the Mind, thinks about it, tries to understand.

If you don’t want to buy the Bug Free Mind book, but want the benefits…

doc martin vs. create a bug free mindThe hardest bad behavior, for me, to get rid of is blame… pointing fingers, feeling superior to others.

I can see bad behavior, but to identify with it, to map it on myself is difficult.

But, ultimately that is what the Bug Free Mind book does: bring into conscious awareness that which you can’t do when you are aware and conscious… The behaviors that are below you, the behaviors that harm others, the behaviors that harm you. It’s a path to self-knowledge, a crystallization of the self… which you need to raise your vibration.

So, I finished the Bug Free Mind book, the first book…

Why do you feel lethargic… Part 2

After publishing the previous article on feeling lethargic, I had an insight:

Given that 30% of humanity is plagued with mite infestation, microscopic biting mites, you are always bothered.

You can’t sleep through the night, because almost every night there is a 2-hour period when eggs hatch into worms… worms that cause itching, or when hungry mites hatch, and they bite and crawl their way to your head and ears to start their adult lives, to mate, to lay eggs, that will start the cycle in about 22-26 hours.

I know you don’t want to hear it, but eventually you’ll have to hear it.

Being an empath is no picnic…

being an empath is a bitchBeing an empath is a bitch… You don’t only feel another’s duplicity when they allow you, you feel it when they are dead and you are reading their stuff. You feel it in a movie, when the whole movie, on the surface is supposed to be a compliment, but underneath it it is a left-handed compliment.

This whole issue always exists, but recently it has been stirred up and made personal by my temporary difficulty of handling some stuff… and it will last for a few more weeks, I can tell. Another aggravating factor was Osho’s Jew-bashing. Continue reading “Being an empath is no picnic…”

Coughing and sneezing in the morning? What is it?

Coughing and sneezing in the morning? What is it?

Coughing and sneezing are designed by the body as a strategy to eject an intruder. Mucus membranes overflow and cover the offending object, the intruder, and then a lot of air is to push it out.

The question is: what is the offending object?

Instead of just labeling this phenomenon as ‘I have allergies’ consider that a little observation, a little awareness, a little witnessing can make a huge difference.

The tragedy of marriage

quote-the-tragedy-of-marriage-is-that-while-all-women-marry-thinking-that-their-man-will-change-all-men-len-deighton-223490The tragedy of marriage is that women think that man will change, but they won’t. Men think the woman won’t change but they do.

I heard this sentence yesterday on Netflix. I immediately had to write it down. Just like I wrote down a previous sentence, that I loved: I fit into that crowd like a fart in a crowded elevator.
