Angry? Frustrated? Anxious? Ask: Does this benefit me?

Angry? Frustrated? Anxious? Ask: Does this benefit me?

anxiety-and-careerYou get angry, you get frustrated, you get anxious, you get jealous… you name it, the emotions pop up and you have nothing to do about them.

But… and this is a BIG but: A normal emotion comes and goes, like clouds on a windy day. Com and go… sunny, cloudy, sunny, cloudy.

Emotions and feelings are energies, and energy’s nature is to move. If they don’t, you have the static electricity thing going: and because energy MUST move, it will explode… like lightning.

You just have to hold onto the emotion by resisting it.

After all most emotions don’t feel good. I even dare say: held-onto emotions don’t feel good… even if it is happiness you are holding onto.

It’s like laughter: it is great. It is a great release. It is invigorating.

Gary Douglas and Access Consciousness… a review

Gary Douglas and Access Consciousness… a review

A few years ago when I first ‘reviewed’ Access Consciousness I didn’t check for attachments… and unfortunately my high evaluation exposed a lot of people to the nasty attachments Access Consciousness puts on people. I apologize. If you are one who got involved, please get in touch.

The Gary Dougless, Dain Heer bunch is as nasty as Scientology, maybe even nastier because of their ability to put an energetic attachment on you and keep you trapped.

More of my notes at the end…

Here is an article I found online:

WHAT’S BEHIND GARY DOUGLAS’S SCIENTOLOGY KNOCKOFF?

Do we really have free will? How would you know?

Do we really have free will? How would you know?

During my walk today I had a conversation with a young man who said hello. He was going to soccer practice. He told me which school he went to… and that is how it began.

Some ten years ago I had a neighbor, a woman, who had had a life of turmoil. Divorce, death of a child, alcoholism, bad friends. She had a niece stay with her. She went to the same school as this young man I spoke with today. Continue reading “Do we really have free will? How would you know?”

More about changing… but not the mind

seeing the world and yourself differentlyYesterday’s article said that it’s futile to try to change the words, try to change the thought to change you or your life.

And yet, some of the time those programs work. Often? Not at all.

So why do they work, how do they work?

When I look at the examples where something shifted like in my first encounter with hypnosis, I see that the behavior changed. Dramatically.

Were the words that changed? No. Something much deeper. If I want to go out on a limb, I could say that the picture of myself changed.

Negative Emotions Worldwide Transmission

spreading_misery_equallyUnless you learn how to identify with the Witness aka Observer, you’ll be miserable for the rest of your life. Guaranteed.

It’s Sunday. Ever since I woke up the Negative Emotion Transmission has been very strong today. Stronger than on a weekday.

It is by design. The owners of the transmission want to spread misery on your day off. Why? I don’t know.

What is your recourse? You can’t protect yourself from the misery transmission.

You can do three things, maybe four. Continue reading “Negative Emotions Worldwide Transmission”

Do your biological age and behavior match?

Do your biological age and behavior match?

biological-bases-of-criminal-behaviour-3-638I found this chart on the net. Let’s do an experiment today, OK?

Find your age and give me feedback. It will be interesting to see if any of this is just mumbo jumbo or actually approximating the truth. Continue reading “Do your biological age and behavior match?”

If you keep forgetting what you are up to… or if you keep procrastinating

Are_You_Losing_Sight_of_Your_Goals

The fear of losing sight of what you want…

You know what you want. And you want to march to it now. But of course the world doesn’t work that way, you need to sleep, eat, go to the bathroom, job, family…

Then opportunities knock. For some, opportunities for fun and companionship. For others, adventure, business, learning.

They say: don’t take your eyes off the ball… That turns out to be another myth that takes away your power to reach your goal, to get what you want.

Nothing can be reached by a straight line, except the refrigerator, the TV and your bed. Oh, and facebook and youtube… Even my site…

So how does this really work?

Positive belief myths

positive beliefsIt is in the unsaid, it is the obvious that doesn’t need to be said, that dominant beliefs that keep us poor, miserable and sick are beliefs that are negative, about ourselves, or about money.

In my work with people, especially pulling the “therefore” of the dominant belief, and pulling the anchor to their doom, I find that about 50% of people have a dominant belief that is a “positive” belief.

Men have it more than women, by my experience.

Winning is amazing. But training is everything.

Winning is amazing. But training is everything.

training-is-everything-quoteTraining is everything. The peach was once a bitter almond; cauliflower is nothing but cabbage with a college education.
– Mark Twain

A friend of mine is having a hard time.

As an empath I have the bad fortune to connect to whoever I think about. So I am sitting here, having all kinds of bad feelings. I am on the verge of crying. My stomach is lurching… I am feeling my friend’s feelings, right now, this very moment.
