What is the technology of personal evolution…

What is the technology of personal evolution…

I have said, in another article, that what is “normal” for a vehicle for the selfish gene (a human), is to move to and then stay in an ess.

Evolutionary stable strategy. Where life works relatively smoothly.

If you listen to the genes, you’ll live that way, you live in an ess.

Your job, your family, your health, your thinking are all in an ess… You don’t grow, you survive. You get up in the morning because you didn’t die the night before. It is probably boring, and you are probably sick, dumb, and poor. Or maybe not. It pretty much depends on what you start with.

That is how most people live, and it has a pull that is very strong.

You don’t rock the boat. You make do. You may do stupid things, and they likely take you downwards, towards gravity.

Now, it is obvious that this is not the path of creating epigenetic shifts toward living a life worth living. Not for me, not for the spirit, not for the soul. It is the ideal life for the selfish gene.

But Life wants more life, and the ess way of living results in less life. Continue reading “What is the technology of personal evolution…”

How to avoid getting hooked… At least most of the time

How to avoid getting hooked… At least most of the time

It was about 10 years ago. I was getting somewhat better by drinking energized water. Not well, mind you, better. My skin was clearing up, and I had less occurrences of narcolepsy, where I would fall asleep in the middle of speaking, or driving.

I was way up in Colorado. It was a seminar by Marshall Thurber. I was already muscletesting my food… and most everything they had there tested “no” for me.

One of the “celebrity guests” at the seminar was Bill Harris. He is an excellent marketer, the marketer of Holosync. I was a diligent Holosync user… so I was excited seeing him there.

On the last day he and I started to talk (I think I was stalking him) and it came to the topic of water… I started to share about energized water.

He got really upset, and self-righteous, saying that it was bullshit, water is water is water.

I never used Holosync again. I use Bill’s emails to see what I should avoid. Like Mary Morrissey, whose program he is pushing today.

So this article is going to be about the invisible… and inside that invisible, a little bit about Mary Morrissey. Continue reading “How to avoid getting hooked… At least most of the time”

Starting Point Measurements profile analysis #2

Starting Point Measurements profile analysis #2

The subject of this starting point measurements is young, still in school. Yet I don’t know her.

Because she is so young, I went into more details than I normally would, because it is going to be easier for her to change and get on the strait and narrow that leads to a good life, than for an adult. It is also a guidance more for the mother than for herself: I don’t even know if she knows that I measured her starting point measurements.

So, here you go: Continue reading “Starting Point Measurements profile analysis #2”

The spirit only wants that there be flying

The spirit only wants that there be flying

I am sitting here, working… but my mind wanders to the movie August Rush.

I hear the Catholic church’s call for whatever they do at 6 pm… and today I hum with it, I hear it as music. And I remember that I used to hear it as noise.

This brings me to August Rush.

I think, most likely it’s a corny movie. And yet, it is one of the movies I go back to with regularity. And weep.

And I just got what about that movie, August Rush is talking to me. Continue reading “The spirit only wants that there be flying”

20 Blunt Truths About Life. Truth No One Wants to Admit

20 Blunt Truths About Life. Truth No One Wants to Admit

blunt truthsI have found this article on the Inc.com website

Some of it is true, some of it was new-agey b.s. So I am culling it… And in some of them I am going to add my two cents worth… for example the pursuit of happiness… I have learned something about that from Ayn Rand that surprised me.

Just one more thing: my students in my coaching program struggle with the concept of principle.

A principle is a fundamental truth or proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behavior or for a chain of reasoning.

A principle is not something that you just pull out of your, ahem, mind. We all want to be “independent thinkers” but the path to independent thinking is through learning the principles others discovered… precisely, verbatim. So, for our purposes: a principle is quoted from someone a lot smarter than us.

A quote. not rephrased, not your take on it, but a quote. Not every quote is a principle, but every principle is a quote.

These so called truths are not principles. They are the author’s opinions. Don’t honor them as principles… And if you find that your life is based on personal opinions… try to find principles to replace them with. Really. Every single one of them. You’ll thank me for it, guaranteed.

You’ll notice that I am a lot more interested in giving you the principle of principle guidedness… than those brutal truths the guy made up… Sorry guy!

I did the energetic brain cleansing webinar I promised yesterday

remove plaque from your brainI found, during the call, that I still have a non-functioning segment in my brain, that is cold… dead? Muscletest says it’s a part of the brain I could coax back to work, if I put the work into it.

That is me. I do what I need to do to grow, every day. And some days I grow, others I don’t… but I DO WHAT I NEED TO DO TO GROW!

What do YOU do?
15 bucks to get your starting point measurements 1 .

You now know where you are, how your brain works, to what degree you are barking up the wrong tree, to what degree what you see is not what is there. You may also know the causes: your hydration is off, your diet is off, your attitude is off.

So you decide to do something about it… but… no change… or temporary change only.

Why wouldn’t it work for you? It worked for me! It works for others!

This is what I’d like to talk about in this post. I even had some insight this morning. Maybe because I had the brain cleansing? I would not be surprised…

Please don’t discount brain health.

Everyone jabbers about mind-health, but unless your brain is healthy, unless it is a high performance machine, you are not going to be able to see, identify correctly, and correct.

If your life isn’t working as well as you think it should…

If your life isn’t working as well as you think it should…

Thinking that your social status, your finances are a reflection of your value is a myth that can render you, your status, your finances low, if you are not born privileged.

I just read an article about the myth of meritocracy and how it hurts kids of color, in The Atlantic, and I found an answer to my question: why my Black students don’t do as well in life as one would expect of them, based on their abilities. Or women. Or other minorities… Or just regular people brought up mainly by women. 2

This post will get at this issue from different vantage points, so hold onto your hat… or you’ll lose it.

You may remember the principle that made T. Harv Eker a millionaire?

If things are not going well, it is a sign that something you don’t know.

Now, what he doesn’t say is that the thing that you don’t see is profound. It is a principle. Or a distinction. Something big. Continue reading “If your life isn’t working as well as you think it should…”

Add 20 points to your IQ by flashing out your cone of vision

Add 20 points to your IQ by flashing out your cone of vision

It is starting to dawn on me that the intellectual action of seeing the forest, in spite of the individual trees is not something everyone has been able to do.

Seeing.

Some people, when they are asked to say what is the forest, in our conversations: what is the principle, what is the context, they use jargon… like integrity, or responsibility, the word.

They remember it.

But remembering hearing it doesn’t mean that they actually saw it.

Seeing the forest for the trees is 90% from the DNA capacity: Seeing the big picture, and 10% habit.

After courage, it is the second most missing capacity in humanity.
When activated, it adds 20 points to your IQ.

Is life a symphony or is life chaos for you? What you manifest will be dramatically different

symphony or chaos? All my articles are inspired, are an answer to something that happens right now… something that asks for a new way of seeing things.

Today is not an exception. It’s early and I have read only two of my emails, but the need to write an article is already there…. lol. The “bomb” is towards the end of the email, so try to hang in there: what you will learn there will first upset you, but has a chance to set you free… But the first part prepares it… Really.

M in Germany is looking at coherence and balance… and brings the following two visuals

1. Coherence is crafting a symphony… music
2. Coherence while having a whiny 3-year old tug at your skirt in the kitchen. Continue reading “Is life a symphony or is life chaos for you? What you manifest will be dramatically different”

Mindfulness? No. Meditation? No. Meditative living? Yes

It was my shopping day yesterday…

Through bad design, I have my webinars on the same day as my shopping day.

And yesterday I felt creamed by the experience.

I dragged myself through, slept like a baby, but I am still exhausted today.

The difference for me between tired and exhausted, is my breathing. If my chest is not willing to expand, I call that exhaustion…

Anyway, I went to lie down about an hour ago, and opened a new book, 10-minute mindfulness, or something like that… on my kindle.

Five minutes into it I suddenly I realized what happened, what I didn’t do…

OK, first I am going to tell you what others teach you to do to be more present in life and less swept up in the drama of the day.

Then I will tell you what works… what I normally do, and what I didn’t do yesterday. OK? Continue reading “Mindfulness? No. Meditation? No. Meditative living? Yes”
