The dynamics of your suffering, and misery explained

The dynamics of your suffering, and misery explained
laugh with them at yourselfFeedback is a 13th floor (Tree of Life) phenomenon…

If someone mocks you, laugh with them. It is obvious that humans, on the current level of evolution, live in comparison. I am better, smarter, richer, etc. than you/others.

So they mock you, judge you, try to change you. Normal.

You allow your ego to resist: you suffer. You allow your ego to fight back: you suffer.

The best way to deal with it is to laugh with them, agree with them. It takes the wind out of their sail.

All pain, all suffering comes from from your resistance, is the feeling of your own resistance. Continue reading “The dynamics of your suffering, and misery explained”

4 types of animals… which one sleeps like you should

4 types of animals… which one sleeps like you should
A sleep doctor says 4 types of animals represent how people sleep — and these are the ideal daily routines for each

When it comes to health and productivity, it’s not just about what you do — eating right, exercising, and working hard — it’s also about when you do it.

Chronobiology is the study of internal clocks, how they differ among people, and how you can adjust your daily schedule to suit your unique biological rhythm. Each person’s rhythm, or chronotype, is different.

According to psychologist and sleep specialist Dr. Michael Breus, there are four chronotypes, which he labels dolphins, lions, bears, and wolves. Roughly half the population is made up of bears; the rest is split among dolphins, lions, and wolves.

Breus’ website includes a diagnostic quiz readers can take to try to identify their chronotype.

In Breus’ book “The Power of When,” he outlines the ideal daily routine for each chronotype. Below, you’ll find the highlights of those schedules.

Keep in mind that it’s virtually impossible to have a perfect day every day, so make the changes you realistically can.

Lack of humility that causes you not to learn

Lack of humility that causes you not to learn

A fresh look at lack of humility… the lack that causes you to not be able to learn new things

I am reading a book that says: the purpose of life is survival.

It is clear that the purpose of the selfish genes is survival. Not the vehicle (for a human gene the vehicle is a human body) but itself. The gene. Long and short term survival. The gene actually doesn’t care whether that survival is noble, enjoyable, fun. None of that. Just survival long enough to produce another generation of vehicles.

The human vehicle, because of its consciousness, desires quality of life, liberty, and self-determination… the list is probably a lot longer, but the human vehicle, you, definitely considers a life without those not worth living. Not a life for a human. The history of humanity could be told through the struggle, resignation, stagnation, loss, of those values. From freedom to overt slavery to hidden slavery… this is where we are now.

So I am going to look at the issues that hold my students back through that distinction: survival. If what I find is true about my students, it is probably true for other people… as well, maybe even you…

So, the question is: how does lack of humility serve survival… or the illusion of survival? After all an individual’s ability to survive increases greatly by learning new things… and yet.

Happiness is when what you think, say, and do are in harmony

Happiness is when what you think, say, and do are in harmony

If you look, carefully, now you know why you are not happy.

Here is another quote: People get married because they want their lives witnessed. When your life is witnessed you feel alive… I was par phrasing the Susan Sarandon character’s words in “Shall we Dance?”

The best way to make sure you are on the path to happiness… is actually to be in a coaching program.

In my 67 step coaching program I witness your life.

Obviously, if you don’t care what I see: if you don’t care that I see that there is no harmony in what you think, what you say and what you do, then it is not really doing much for you…

If you don’t care… Continue reading “Happiness is when what you think, say, and do are in harmony”

Feelings and emotions: what is the difference?

Feelings and emotions: what is the difference?

how to tell Chinese, Korean, and Japanese apart? One of the big obstacles that is in your way to growth is not being able to tell things apart, things that are different, but the difference is either subtle, or it is below the water level. Or is confusing because the names from the Tree of Knowledge use the same word for both

One of these is going to be important, so I’d like to encourage you to put some energy and effort into telling these two apart: 1

Feelings and emotions.

Why is this important? and why you want to learn what I say and not what others teach… 2 Continue reading “Feelings and emotions: what is the difference?”

Who or what has the power in your life. You? something else?

Who or what has the power in your life. You? something else?

struggling to make ends meetMarch is a survival month. I have been observing it for 30 years. If a business can make it past March, then it will make it another year. This is due to people’s (the buyers who keep business in business) spending habits…

For people, the reason they don’t have money to spend in January, February and March, I think, begins by overspending in December. Then they scramble through January, February and March to make up for the Christmas indulgence.

Most people live hand to mouth, YOLO (you only live once), Epicurian… Continue reading “Who or what has the power in your life. You? something else?”

If an opportunity came along: would you be able to benefit?

If an opportunity came along: would you be able to benefit?

If the opportunity to step into the success you crave came along: would you be able to take advantage of it?

I was listening to an audio that talks about being prepared for opportunity.

Now, please listen up, I intend to teach you a spiritual practice. So if you listen ‘about’, in a gossipy way, you won’t get anything, and that would be a pity. Continue reading “If an opportunity came along: would you be able to benefit?”

Dr Eric Berg… vibrational review. Is he a quack?

Dr Eric Berg… vibrational review. Is he a quack?

body-typesFor those of you who came here just for the numbers: the guy is guided by greed. Dr Eric Berg’s personal vibration is 170, the same as Tai Lopez, cut from the same cloth… and the method depends a lot on your accuracy, as you’ll see. But it is 7% at its best.

I wrote this article when I was 33 pounds heavier, and a lot less happy with my life.

I have, since, advised many clients who, except for two, did really well on my recommendations. Continue reading “Dr Eric Berg… vibrational review. Is he a quack?”

Long winter may be the secret of high achievers

dante infernoThis article is about using guidance, but not for its truth value, but in spite of its truth value. 1

Tai’s 67 steps program coupled with my coaching is the perfect growth program.

It’s not because of me, it is not because of the steps either but because of its structural essence.

90%-95% of everything is mechanics, the grind…

90%-95% of everything is mechanics, the grind…

vision boardingI wasn’t going to write an article today.

I had four calls yesterday, and I expected myself to be tired, and running on empty.

But I am well. Not tired. The Days of Power must be really working… lol.

The fear, the uncertainty is never quite extinguished in a healthy brain: nothing is certain… even what you see or feel can be mirages.

Anyway, I am putzing around, and find an old Landmark Education notebook… and it triggers an issue I will need to deal with.
