Are you addicted to cute, to witty, to “profound”? It’s time to go on a diet…

cute-cat-picture010Faced with hundreds of links and too many choices, humans naturally gravitate to the easiest-to-process content, not the best. 1

One of the secrets of winners is that in order to win, they go on an information diet…

It cannot be called a fast. It’s a diet, where only what’s on the premeditated menu is consumed, nothing unplanned: no nibbling, no munching, no snacking, just the nutrient rich diet items you planned… what will give you what you need to develop something to the level of winning.

I am on an information diet about 90% effectively.

I am still looking at funny pictures about 20 minutes a day…

A breakthrough in raising my level of consciousness

A breakthrough in raising my level of consciousness

climbing-the-tree-of-life-raising-consciousnessI just had a breakthrough…

I have been teaching you how to raise your consciousness, your level of consciousness, by allowing something or someone guide you to look at things beyond where you always look, and differently than you have always looked.

I consider myself always a student as well… so I have been listening to myself, and following my own teaching.

But the results, in the area of growing visibility, increasing my following, increasing my income, have been stagnant… I could not see anything new…

Until this morning. Continue reading “A breakthrough in raising my level of consciousness”

Sell an idea for a buck… then do it again. Make your first dollar…

>first-dollarOne of the best life lessons I follow, I learned in a course, 30 years ago.

The course was called “more money workshop”

The lesson was: sell an idea for a dollar to at least three people.

It’s not easy, especially if you have never thought that you could sell an idea.

It has two benefits:

  1. it gets you over the hump of what is worth money. A lot if people think that they are geniouses, but they never sold anything, so they have no idea if their ideas are worth anything.

Because worth is not innate… it is in the eye of the buyer.

Raising consciousness: climbing the tree of life

Raising consciousness: climbing the tree of life

fledglingsI am often asked to map out the path to raising your vibration, raising your consciousness, and become a full fledged human being.

The first step to any journey is to find out where you are at now.

As I muscletest people’s vibration… as I am merging my senses with theirs, feeling their feelings, I feel their overall relationship to life. I feel their attitudes. I feel it stronger than they feel it… like a tool that puts your heartbeat on loudspeaker.

Most people give me feedback, saying ‘spot on’ if they are from England, and then follow my first steps to feel better.

How can I tell when you are stuck in your mind… where you have no power?

hugs_428_ndogThe mind was born when language was born. New… compared to the body and its intelligence.

When you live in the mind, you are cut off from the source of your intelligence, and from consciousness.

This means different things to different people… visual, auditory, or the most cut off… the abstract thinker.

When you are kinesthetic… you experience life, the world, through your body, direction means something different to you than others…

Getting ready vs. procrastination. What’s the difference?

ahh-procrastinationI’ve introduced the distinctionnot ready, getting ready, ready” in another article.

If and when you look at your life through that distinction (remember, a distinction is like a hole you punched in the wall to look at your world anew, to see things differently) you are going to see a lot of things differently.

Without this distinction, life is a lot of yes/no, and there is a lot of forcing.

As if you had to be ready for anything and everything at all times.

But, truth be told, you aren’t. I am not either.

Want to avoid negative emotions? Stupid move!

Want to avoid negative emotions? Stupid move!

You must go through emotional phases, no matter how high your vibration, or how successful you are

You imagine that when you’ll have raised your vibration sufficiently, you won’t have sadness, hopelessness, despair… frustration, hate, spite, resistance, and such. Bah humbug. Continue reading “Want to avoid negative emotions? Stupid move!”

Destinations and directions… or ‘cheap closure now’

Destinations and directions… or ‘cheap closure now’

Easy as apple pie…

But that gives rise to the ‘this isn’t it‘ and ‘somewhere else is better than here‘ way of living.

It also gives rise to another detrimental cultural phenomenon: cheap closure now.

I am from Hungary. Famous for its bakery, pastries…

Let us look at a problem that needs fixing: fruit pie filling.

Your weakness is around what your life can turn around

Your weakness is around what your life can turn around

turn disadvantage into an advantage

Turning disadvantage into an advantage…

Another book written by Malcolm Gladwell deals with the deficit, the weakness of a person, that becomes the catalyst for them to become the best.

Of course, this is not automatic.

99% of dyslexics can’t read or write well, and are left behind in society.

But a disproportionately large percentage of exceptionally successful people are dyslexic.

99% of dyslexics are kinesthetic learners, perceive the world kinestheticly. It is another hindrance, being kinesthetic: relating to the world, information, through the body.

How to get out of the trap seeing yourself as a victim?

quarterdoubleheadI once had a boy friend who refused to have sex with me when I wanted it, saying that I was using him. When he wanted… that was OK.

This article is a little sloppy, stream of consciousness… let me know if it is too sloppy… please.

I just had an interesting conversation with one of my students.

I have been suspicious as to why she was less than enthusiastic in her course work for the 67 steps coaching.

So I asked, this morning:

…answer one question: why are you in this program? What would you like to get out of it?

In terms of the good life…

I don’t mean to say that you are wrong, I mean to say that without being somewhat clear on what you want, you will only…

Fair question, right? You need to know why you are doing something if you want to do it well.

This was her answer:
