So I am reading ‘Creating A Bug Free Mind’

lost-bewildered-confused-unclearThe package, big like a tomb stone, arrived this week. I wish they had it on Kindle… but I guess they want to control every step of the sales process. Hm. Interesting. It tells me everything I ever wanted to know about Andy and his team… NOT customer centric. All about themselves. All about money.

Andy’s vibration is 130… even thought the truth value of the book is 10%.

The package is two books, both big and thick. The first: Creating a bug free mind, and the second: using a bug free mind. Ultimately the idea of this two step process that made me use Andy Shaw’s book as an experiment: everyone stops at teaching, no one seems to continue into the troubles of actually teaching you how to use, and guiding you in using what they taught. 1

If you don’t build skills, you can’t change your mindset

If you don’t build skills, you can’t change your mindset

poster134bigBefore it’s a mindset, it’s a skill

With that said, please understand, that no one can give you skills. Therefore no one can change your mindset. Your beliefs. Your stored memories. Your misery. Only you can. All those people that do voodoo, thought shifting, energy whatnot, chakra healing, and other instant b.s. are liars, cheaters, fakes, frauds, and impostors.

The decline of humanity, I think, began or was accelerated when people thought that because they understand it, therefore they can do it, and do it at will, do it well, keep it up, etc.

Everything requires skills, and skills need to be built. With practice, over a long time. Just look at crash diets: you lost the weight but you built no skills to eat correctly, to redirect your urges, so you will pack back the pounds and more… No skills, no slim body… very simple.

Drama… your story… did it happen?

storm-drama-rain

What do I call drama?

Every negative, uncomfortable, unpleasant feeling that you feel, experience, indicates drama. A story played out inside you. While you are involved in that drama you are not involved in life, you are taking an entertainment break: your relationships, your health, your work will suffer as a result.

Some of us are even addicted to that drama: for all I know it creates a sense of aliveness for the morbid, especially for people whose life is otherwise empty, void of purpose.

Alone. Loneliness. Isolation. Not wanting it is an itch

alone... as in lonely, abandoned, nobody there, nobody caresAlone, or feeling alone and not want to feel that, is one of the itches we identify on my Itch.

An itch is something that you want, desperately, to come to you, from the outside. But even when it does, it doesn’t do it for you, it doesn’t scratch the itch. Only you giving what you want scratches the itch.

The perfect example is the fireplace: you want heat from the fireplace. After all the fireplace is supposed to give you heat and coziness, and romance, and a sense of home.

But in real life, you need to feed the fireplace, before it will give you heat… let alone cozy and romance and a sense of home.

When you have Alone as your itch, you are always disappointed, because no matter what you do, the alone follows you, like your shadow.

Updated: How to make your own energy remedy: H.O.E., Unclove with H.O.E., or the Effortless Abundance Remedy

how to infuse the audios' energies into waterSummary: Some energies, healing energies, can be infused in water or water containing substances. Some energies can’t. The Energizer, the H.O.E., the Unconditional Love Activator, the 2nd and 3rd Phase Activators, and the Effortless Abundance Activator are such energies that can be infused and consumed internally. They work faster that way. Especially if your vibration is low. I myself use my own energies both ways, audio format and infused liquid format… every day. When I forget to infuse my water, I can tell… I start to be very vulnerable to emotions…

Happiness is simple, attainable, but not easy

happiness is simpleI first experienced this when I was an architect in Israel.

I had a commission to design a two-family home. The relationship between the clients and myself became strained as soon as I was ready with the design: immediately they showed me who is the boss… they knew everything about designing, and building, and everything, without ever having to go to school for it.

Eventually I left architecture, because I thought that it was the only area where people considered themselves an expert regardless of their knowledge, experience, or licensing.

Turns out that this is the direction the world is going: fancying oneself expert without work

When, occasionally, I visit a website where people talk about their dreams and aspirations, like Mary Morrissey’s dream launch page, I see that every Mary, Tom and Harry wants to be a healer, a nutritional counselor, a coach.

How many shades of gray can you tell apart?

How many shades of gray can you tell apart?

shades-of-whiteThe tribes that live near the North Pole have lots of words for snow. Syracuse people have one: snooow… that is pronounced with a guttural growl.

Tailors of suits can tell the type of black fabric they are looking at, though, for most people black is black.

A Sherlock Holmes can tell, from a little bit of ash, what kind of cigarette a person smoked.

But us, mere unconscious mortals, have a difficult time telling things apart, telling hype from helpful suggestion, truth from fantasy, belief from fact.

I got an email today from a one-time teacher of mine, so I checked out Mary Morrissey (personal vibration: 200, truth value of her teaching: 250… that is to say 7% is true, 93% is made up, b.s., misleading, misinformation, crap)

I watched three videos, almost two hours total.

The secret method to instantly change life

The secret method to instantly change life

Be-the-change-you-want-to-seeContext is like meaning… it is not part of what it is referring to, it is added to it, by a human. And if it is added, then you have a lot of freedom about it: if you can see, that is.

Most people can’t see the forest for the trees… so if you are like that, you won’t see context, until you look deeper. Beyond the obvious. Beyond your automatic. Beyond your machine-like, conditioned, pre-determined ways.

Why context is decisive, and what it decides if it is so decisive

I have been repeating and repeating this idea, that context is decisive. Finally, yesterday, I managed to get it through, or so it seemed, on the Playground.

Context is the hidden part of everything, the hidden agenda. Everyone has hidden agendas, some more than others, some time more than other times.

The fullness of love. the emptiness you try to fill

The fullness of love. the emptiness you try to fill

quote-loveIn this article I share what it takes to become a fulfilled human being… Not depending on the world for love, success, praise… being liked, being well thought of…

It is 9/11 today. 14 years ago this day I still thought that someone else can fill the gaping hole within me. That someone loving me can fill me with love.

That success will fill me with fulfillment.

It doesn’t, and it can’t.

Luckily I woke up from that induced societal slumber.
