The only spiritual practice that raises your vibration

The only spiritual practice that raises your vibration
If you live a fragmented life… your life is full of wanting to, having to, needing to and should.

The common thread that can unify your life, the different areas, is who you are. Continue reading “The only spiritual practice that raises your vibration”

Expanding human being aka living an interesting life

Expanding human being aka living an interesting life

tumblr_o59w74rBvA1szqwnwo1_500I am reading one of my all time favorite books. Again. I was guided to read it again. As I have been guided to watch everything I watch, read everything I read.

Sometimes the key to the insight is on page 800 of a book, or in episode 60 of a Netflix series.

The trick is: trust, don’t be in a hurry

Don’t expect the “key” to be a direct answer, and once you have what you were needing, acknowledge it.

This book is full of clues for me. Clues for why you are living a life of quiet desperation, why you don’t live an interesting life.

The book is about a little girl who gets an interactive smart book, to teach her life.

Neal Stephenson: The Diamond Age. Wikipedia says: The most important quality to achieving an “interesting life” is deemed to be a subversive attitude towards the status quo.

She is four years old when she gets the book.

Arrogance. Ignorance just hides behind it…

Arrogance. Ignorance just hides behind it…

arrogance is looking down... comparisonI have been dealing with arrogance in my students.

Arrogance is unearned boastful superiority.

Most people don’t know and don’t care because they themselves are not achievers… but you can have confidence that is justified by your accomplishments, your superior knowledge. Continue reading “Arrogance. Ignorance just hides behind it…”

Back into light… The counter cultural way to

Living in the three levels of value, the systemic, the extrinsic, and the intrinsic, lived fully, and balanced, is the secret to the good life.

The Indian sages, including the Buddha, skipped the extrinsic. They taught people not to live there. They had a disdain for it.

But work is on the extrinsic level, making money is on that level, so skipping it means living a life of charity. Living a life where you cannot value another person on all levels… because you don’t value the values of that level.

Religion, smart Jews, and being a good person… what do spiritual capacities have to do with it?

ZSvideoMEMRIEgyptianClerics1-viThis article is politically incorrect, and somewhat philosophical…

Not up for it? Spare yourself frustration, and don’t read it.

OK… now that only the eleven or so readers that are up for it remain reading, I can be blunt, and use some six letter words… lol.

Of course, this is, at least partially tongue in cheek…

OK, I am going to, first talk about a new insight I have on religion, then about Jews, capacities, genetically smarter… and other politically incorrect subjects that are keeping me busy pondering today.

Why should you believe me? Why should you learn from me?

Why should you believe me? Why should you learn from me?

I have been a spiritual, raise-your-vibration teacher for a while… and when someone asked what qualified me to teach, I could say that the fact that I did it myself, and went from a vibration of 185 to 930, consciously and with my eyes open.

Now, having done that is fine and dandy… but can I teach it? Good question.

But let’s look at another area: health.

At some point I got really clear that unless you have energy to do the work, unless you have coherence to do the work, unless you are well enough… I can’t help you much.

But I had a problem, an integrity issue: I myself wasn’t well enough to prove to you that I know what I am talking about when it comes to becoming healthy.

Your health number… thoughts from the starting point tests I’ve done

hippocratesHippocrates said: food will be your medicine.

Let’s look at that statement from my experience with myself, and with my clients.

Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.

– attributed to Hippocrates

Lay people (you) jump into conclusions… and jump from one superfood to the next, from one fad to the next, from one magic bullet to the next.

Modern (ineffective) medicine attacks this statement.
Energy medicine attacks this statement.

I can’t take people to spiritual growth unless they are well

I can’t take people to spiritual growth unless they are well

health-spiritualitySource says: You can’t take people to spiritual growth, people who are not well… This is the signal I have been waiting for.

To be able to do Source’s work, I have surrendered to giving you what you want.

You want to grow? Then you want to be well? Not my favorite topic, not as high minded as I hoped I will work… but Source says: I can’t take people to spiritual growth, people who are not well.

Maslow has said it, and it should be self evident: unless your basics are covered, money, health, you won’t have any interest and any energy to give to spiritual growth.

So I have surrendered… OK. I’ll get you well. If that is what I need to do so I can take you to the level of human being… which requires serious spiritual growth, new capacities, new way of being.

You are in trouble… And you don’t know that you don’t know that you are in trouble

The-trouble-with-trouble-is-it-starts-out-funOne of the most educational experiences is to listen in to Dr Wallach’s radio show.

It’s on youtube. But before you rush, let me tell you what to listen for.

  1. People ask about a disease. A problem. Although Dr. Wallach’s approach is not disease+fixing directed, he needed to learn how to ask questions that drive up the actual nutritional deficiency issues, so he can address the underlying deficiency, instead of providing a fix that makes no difference.
  2. One question he repeatedly asks and a question that seems totally irrelevant, is this: Was there childhood rash? 1He also asks, repeatedly about childhood asthma.

I have been pondering these two questions, and I finally cracked the mystery with regards to one of them: the rash, and I am starting to see the relevance of asthma.

Against self criticism and the 4-day weekend

4-day weekendOne of the rarest and most functional capacities is the capacity to allow… without resistance.

Resistance uses a lot of energy, mostly the energy that you need to become successful, to do the right thing, to be well, and to treat people, including yourself, right.

Resistance is normal, but harmful. Just like self-criticism: normal but harmful, with no upside.

Upside is the benefit you gain from a harmful or painful action or experience.

Neither resistance, nor self-criticism, self-judgment have any upside, only downside.
