Disclaimer… Who am I to guide you? The Truth Method

become aware of your own bullshitDisclaimer:

My reviews on health, supplements, and nutrition, practitioners, systems, modalities are based on a little knowledge and a lot of muscletesting. Same with my nutritional consultation.

I am not a doctor, I am not a nutritionist, I am not a pharmacist… I am a True Empath, an avid reader, and a very diligent muscletester. I also test some stuff on myself. To the tune of thousands of dollars worth of stuff a year. 1

I also test on clients: it is never intentional, but it is often a test nevertheless. Watching, observing evaluating, learning new things.

The hardest thing to test is: why something won’t work. Why? Because if you ask stupid questions, you’ll get stupid answers.

The art of asking questions is to get to the cause… to the root. Continue reading “Disclaimer… Who am I to guide you? The Truth Method”

What if getting unstuck is a formula? or How to be a Houdini?

What if getting unstuck is a formula? or How to be a Houdini?

You are nearly always stuck. You may not notice, because you are not rocking the boat, shaking the tree, you are not trying for more, better or different, you are sleepwalking.

When I say “you” I mean, you, me, everyone.

And I am sleepwalking too, but at least some of the time I am conscious of it.

Now… where is this going… right? Do you have to say something, Sophie? yes, I do.

Yesterday was one of those “trouble comes in three’s…” day.

My landlord said something that scared the bejesus out of me… it looks he wants me to move, or else. One of my students got mad at me and quit. And it looked I was on my own getting groceries… the store is far… and the groceries are heavy.

So I saw that regardless of my normally quiet mind, sleep was largely out of question. So I read thill 12:30, and got up at five. And sat down to work.

It, life, my life, looked hopeless. I felt stuck. It felt real. Continue reading “What if getting unstuck is a formula? or How to be a Houdini?”

Anthony William, medical intuitive

I was lead to this guy, and his page by a friend of mine who is using his advice.

Interesting tidbit: you don’t have to be a high vibration person to be a medical intuitive. Anthony William’s vibration is 130. You can have a fancy made-up name, a fancy made-up story, and some good testimonials, and there you go. People think you are like god.

1. his vibration (1-1000) 130. his dominant emotion is greed.
2. his overall intelligence, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, body, relationship, etc. 50
3. the number of spiritual capacities you have 3
4. his soul correction (his machine): https://yourvibration.com/sc no date of birth… sorry
5. does he have attachments? no
6. the level of his health (1-100) 7%
7. the level of his cell hydration (1-100) 5%
8. his relationship to feedback and instruction: doesn’t want any
9. The level of discomfort you are willing to allow w/o trying to fix it. This is his TLB score… 1

Still with the extra $33 a day question in mind…

Still with the extra a day question in mind…

Still with the $33 a day increase in mind, I attended a webinar.

The product sold on the webinar is an unusual way to make money: in essence investing. High risk, high return.

I’d attended this webinar before, but I was at a different place in my life than this time, so I stayed till the end. I diligently muscletested.

I asked slightly different questions this time, more in line with the supplement reviews I intend to write: I didn’t just ask: is this good for me? can I do it? can I make money with it?

Instead I asked the same questions in general terms. And I learned something new and interesting.

Follow up on the request to help me find a way to make $30 a day reliably

OK, something really remarkable happened. I created a “forum”… I put up this “topic” yesterday, and until this morning no one could give me any advice: registration was blocked… standard settings that I should have changed, but I didn’t.

So the question, $30 a day, was whirling in my unconscious, from time to time showing up as a question.

…and as I was looking for a Turmeric-Curcumin supplement for a client, I came across a review site of supplements… And the aha moment: I could do that! And I may be more qualified than this ex pharmaceutical person, who runs that site. 2

Why are you inattentive, unappreciative and ungrateful? Not a character defect! A surprising answer…

This article is long… but it addresses something I haven’t seen addressed: when you are in your own way to get where you want to get, financially, healthwise, and spiritually. You inability to appreciate… anything, really. And because appreciation is the key to the kingdom, you are staying outside of the kingdom, no matter what you do… This article will bring a pointer I learned yesterday… Read it if you are yourself a victim of this, or if you have people in your life who treat you and your gifts with no appreciation.

It seems that I have written full or partial articles by the bushel (lol) and they were never published. Continue reading “Why are you inattentive, unappreciative and ungrateful? Not a character defect! A surprising answer…”

People who make fast and good decisions, go further in life. Success loves speed

Since the last article, I’ve kept on poking at simplicity… and the idea of decision making came up… fast and furious. I didn’t expect it.

Like everything else, this rabbit hole is a mile deep, but I can see that the benefits of seeing what’s there are priceless… People who make fast and good decisions, go further in life.

Success loves speed. 3Risky career moves, what-was-I-thinking relationships, and just about every ’80s fashion trend–most of us have made bad decisions in our lives. And while we’re supposed to learn from our mistakes, living with the outcome of a bad decision doesn’t necessarily mean that we’re immune to repeating it.

Getting caught up in the “what worked before” mindset or being too impressed with your own success are common pitfalls.“

When J.K. Rowling sent the first Harry Potter book to U.S. and U.K. publishers, they all turned it down because they knew what wouldn’t work: What didn’t work was a book of that size. What didn’t work was a book for boys. What didn’t work was fantasy, ” Hertz says. “What it took was a new director who was new to publishing to buy the book.”

Look at your history.

Chances are: you don’t know who you are, your self

Chances are: you don’t know who you are, your self

Chances are: you don’t know who you are, and you don’t know what would really please you

We are all entrepreneurs, potentially.

The principle is: an entrepreneur is someone who remakes the world in the image of themselves.

There are a few problems we’ll have with this principle:

The main problem is that we have no idea who we are, how we are, what we really like, what are our strengths, what are our weaknesses.

We keep ourselves so busy with irrelevant stuff, that we never have a chance to see how we are when things are relevant. Continue reading “Chances are: you don’t know who you are, your self”

Perspective… asking questions that upset your status quo

Perspective… asking questions that upset your status quo

In the 67 steps there is a method to make decisions using a calculator. 4

Nine out of ten students skip it, the one that does it does it shabbily. Students won’t do it or won’t do it right even after I send them back to do it.

Why? Because the method uses questions that you don’t want to ask. Why? Because they upset the apple cart.

I read a book, years ago, by a therapist, for people who can’t make a decision to leave or to leave… 5 The one question that no one asked before was: when it was the best: was it really good?

I was in a relationship when I first read that book, so I asked the question and looked. And then looked at every relationship I had ever had. I found that even when it was the best, it wasn’t really good… for me. As hard as it was to accept that, I decided that I am not going to live on crumbs any more… I am happiest alone, married to my life-purpose… I left and I have been a lot happier ever since.

A new question is a change in perspective…

Learn Kaizen – Tread lightly

In matters of the spirit a little goes a long way.

One of the most puzzling things about Kabbalah has to do with the proportions of worldly to spiritual. It says it is 1%, as opposed to the 99% spiritual. Therefore if you do your job in the 1% reality, then the 99% reality will to its job. It is like putting in $1 to a self improvement fund, and your company would match it with $99. Good deal, isn’t it.

It may be a good deal, but very few do it.

Why? Because your mindset has to be certainty, instead of waiting for it to come, or hoping, or wishing, or at the other extreme, thinking that you can only count on yourself. Or strong desire… or hoping… or “faith”… or praying… or all the happy horseshit gurus teach.

None of those mindsets activate the 99%. Bummer. Continue reading “Learn Kaizen – Tread lightly”
