Are you living to survive or are you in a quest for a life worth living? Who are your guides?

Stalin should have learned from his cat alter-ego guidesAre you living to survive or are you in a quest for a life worth living? Who are your guides?

This article is about guidance. Not about how you find it, but who to listen to. How to pick your guides… Who to listen to, what to listen to.

What gives you your life depends more on the people you listen to than anything else.

If you want to find out where your life is heading, look closely at the different aspects of your closest guides, TV, gurus, emails, books, movies, friends, co-workers (gossip) and make a note how they live in the main areas of life: fulfillment (vocation), health (physical, mental and spiritual), connections (relationships), and being rewarded and valued (finances).

Your life’s trajectory, where your life is heading, is going to be a weighted average of these guides’ life trajectory… More time with the news? the lower it goes in all areas. More time with high vibration people? the higher it goes, at least in the areas where those people are vibrating higher. The more materialistic and forceful your guides are, the more forceful, stressful, and the less satisfying your life will become. The more inauthentic your guides are, the more permission you get to be inauthentic. And inauthenticity is death, in another name. Do you live like a vibrational being? What’s the opposite?

Warning:

This article has the power to create a turning point for you. It probably won’t… but it is not the article’s fault. If you think you already know, if you think you are already smart… it won’t do a thing for you. So better you just leave now…

I just worked on extracting the relevant part from Sunday’s Muscletesting course recording…

The part where I am talking about the nature of the universe… I ta about the wave nature of the Universe.

What is wave nature? Continue reading “Do you live like a vibrational being? What’s the opposite?”

Exercise to create context: What are you building with that?

What are you building with that?

This question was my absolute favorite in Landmark Education’s Communication Course…

I have tried to ask it of people outside of Landmark Education, and the answers I got was always puzzled silence.

So, what am I asking here?

Well, you are always building something. A more popular but less precise way of saying the same thing: you are always creating something… creating yourself, creating your life, every moment. Continue reading “Exercise to create context: What are you building with that?”

Returning to the fork in the road where we took a wrong turn

If you find yourself on the wrong road… trace your way back to where you went astray… and choose a different road.

Why? Because trying to go across to where you really wanted to go, without going back,  is fraught with death traps.

Humanity, some seven thousand years ago, took a wrong turn. In just a few words: they started to replace reality with word pictures in the mind. Concepts. Continue reading “Returning to the fork in the road where we took a wrong turn”

Eating by appetite… not hunger… but do you know what appetite is?

If you need to eat 1 by appetite, but you seldom have appetite… you are, instead, hungry.

When I mention appetite, I get puzzled silence in return.

Most of you don’t know what appetite is.

Your body has a language (like cats! lol) that is nonverbal. If you don’t speak the language then you are out of touch with your body, and likely your health is low. You have symptoms that tell you: you are doing the wrong things. Continue reading “Eating by appetite… not hunger… but do you know what appetite is?”

Vibrational Review: Muse – the brain sensing headband… a meditation device, Ariel Garten and Jordan Peterson

The idea for the Muse came from Ariel Garten, personal vibration 120, a Canadian entrepreneur… curiously deserving a Wikipedia entry, while Dr. Joel Wallach hasn’t. Ugh. Continue reading “Vibrational Review: Muse – the brain sensing headband… a meditation device, Ariel Garten and Jordan Peterson”

The truth will set you free, says the meme. Is it true? does it really?

I sometimes get lucky. A generous person lets me know exactly what are the sentiments that dominate my readers.

Right now I have this special offer for health muscletesting.

Two things special about it:

  • 1. I let you in and I’ll measure you, without you having to talk to me. And from my point of view: without ME having to talk to YOU… Less time, less emotional load on me.It’s also that you can get your measurements and put them aside… no accountability to me. I won’t call you on it. You are off the hook.
  • 2. I have a big discount. For the first time. And maybe the last.

Now, let me show you what this reader wrote to me this morning:

I have been dreading to sign up for your testing offers…

or better: to get the results. It’s kinda silly. The getting off milk has been intense and still is a challenge, going to the grocery store – there’s still a part of me that craves bread and pasta and cake and cookies and chocolate and cheese and yoghurt and fruit and carrots and whatever… and it feels like signing up for a death sentence.

Now at least I can pretend to not know… but then I’d have a list, black on white…. non-negotiable.
