Why you feel how you feel and what can you do about it?

Why you feel how you feel and what can you do about it?

doggie-languageMost people live in a constant “this is not right… this is not where I am supposed to be, this is not how I am supposed to be, this is not what I am supposed to do” jerky place.

It seems inevitable, it feels bad, and all of it is based on delusions, pretenses, and lies.

Obviously you can’t see your delusions. That is your “reality”.

  • But… if you don’t feel good, if you don’t see clear, if you don’t have a 360 degree view of the world in most issues… they you can be sure you have delusions.
  • and… if you don’t go for growth, learning, profound well-being, fulfillment, expertise… they you can be sure your life and actions are based on delusions.

Delusion is a “cognitive bias”… you think something is as simple as X, while it is a lot more complicated than that… but you can’t see beyond X. So you don’t see what is, you only see the X.

Chasing the blue bird of happiness and not finding it

Chasing the blue bird of happiness and not finding it

the illusion that you are supposed to be happyAnything that is obvious, anything that makes sense, anything that you know is from the Tree of Knowledge, or the desire to receive for the self alone.

The Tree of Knowledge is the part of the Cosmos that is visible with the five outward senses, and the mind.

Approximately 10% of what is knowable for humankind, and 1% of what is.

The hidden dimension contains all the cause and effect… so nearly all cause and effect that you “know” from the Tree of Knowledge is false… what you see as cause is not cause, and what you see as effect is often the cause.

Soul correction: 27. Silent Partner… ‘I’ll take it

Soul correction: 27. Silent Partner… ‘I’ll take it

This soul correction is difficult for me… And somehow people with this soul correction come to my like bee to honey.

Something about me being overly generous, over-eager to give you what I have is very attractive to a Silent Partner.

A new insight is that the Silent Partner person refuses to allow their soul and their ego to form the “tumbleweed” that can take them to a life that is worth living.

The soul and the ego, the white wolf and the dark wolf. Continue reading “Soul correction: 27. Silent Partner… ‘I’ll take it”

Quantum Physics seems to say: reality is what you say it is

Quantum Physics seems to say: reality is what you say it is

Sometimes I get really lucky. And if I am ready, prepared, open, and eager for the gift, I can get it, harvest it, and life becomes brighter, by a lot. Clearer… by a lot.

This is what happened to me this morning. Continue reading “Quantum Physics seems to say: reality is what you say it is”

Self-image: unless you see yourself doing it… you won’t do it.

Self-image: unless you see yourself doing it… you won’t do it.

pick-up-sticksSounds simple, right? self-image means: how you see yourself… but nothing internal is as simple and as straight as that?

The way scientists, medical practitioners, diet-cults, pharmaceutical companies work is called linear reductionism… 1 and it is a cognitive bias.

A cognitive bias refers to a systematic pattern of deviation from norm or rationality in judgment, whereby inferences about other people and situations may be drawn in an illogical fashion.

Illogical, inaccurate, leading you and everyone who is run by a cognitive bias to stupidity.

“For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong.”

How do you see yourself? how accurate is your self-image?

How do you see yourself? how accurate is your self-image?
skiff ... are you in sync or out of sync with your self-image?The inner view and the outer view of who you are are vastly different. Your chances for success, love, happiness depend on the accuracy of your self-image.

Do you know that people see you differently than you see yourself? And both you and other people see you differently than you actually are.

You may see yourself worse or better or just plain different than you really are… and so do others.

Your life would work better if the two views were closer. You’d have less surprises, less upsets, less fragmentation in your life…

Your actions depend on your self-image combined with your world-image. Altering either, will alter your actions. Bringing both closer to reality will make you a winner.
Want to stop procrastination? This is the work you need to do…

But why and how are the two pictures different, and what can you do about bringing them closer so you can start living the good life?

FOMO and other ways you are not living your own life

FOMO and other ways you are not living your own life

fomo-foji-momo-jomoI first heard this new thing, FOMO in the book I am reading, Hooked…

I started to read Hooked right after I finished 1984. The perfect order of things…

Because 1984 is about the loss of Self… First loss of thinking (real thinking) and then loss of a sense that you are an individual and what you thing matters, and then a sudden reversal of the natural order: that living matters more than your Self… so when living is threatened you give up your self.

The path to becoming a zombie: in the book.

So let’s see what is the path of becoming a zombie in reality.

If and when you are that somewhere is better than here, something is better than this, and you can lose out… you have already lost your Self.

I am not talking about a fleeting thought or a fleeting sensation: when you become that… fostered by social media, the press, the hook… that is what I am talking about. Continue reading “FOMO and other ways you are not living your own life”

Three groups… three outcomes… which one do you belong to?

Three groups… three outcomes… which one do you belong to?

arrogance is weakness disguised as strengthThe most popular image I have on Instagram says: Arrogance is weakness disguised as strength.

Now, why this is worth writing about?

Because it is the tip of the iceberg of something really important.

We have spoken about the selfish gene. For the gene you are a survival vehicle only. And a person, who is not related to you, is competition, rival… standing in your gene’s way to make more copies of itself.

I know this is unfamiliar territory, but please bear with me, because where it is taking us is worth going to… so patience… you don’t have to understand the genes… unless you really want to.

I don’t want to add another worthless article to the already millions of worthless articles on human nature. Continue reading “Three groups… three outcomes… which one do you belong to?”

What foods cause obesity, delusions, mood swings?

What foods cause obesity, delusions, mood swings?

Delusions, Lies, Pretenses, Obesity — what is the cause?

Most people think that they are honest people. Some people know that they lie about this and that.

What they don’t know is that they live on the top of a huge iceberg of lies, delusions, pretenses, but they can only see the tip of the iceberg… unless…

This week was a line of demarcation for me, in more ways than one. Continue reading “What foods cause obesity, delusions, mood swings?”

Dyslexia – the good news and the bad news…

steven-spielberg-dyslexiaUPDATE: I have some underachiever friends and students. I suspect that they may have dyslexia. It just occurred to me… after two excruciatingly difficult conversations in a row… where the partners in the conversation felt stuck, dense, and their level of comprehension is low.

Both are men, both are making a living in their own business, both shy away from learning anything new.

It is one of the worst things for me when I try to teach someone something that they need, and they nod and yes me to death, only to do the opposite or nothing.

Every human wants to make a difference, wants to matter, more than anything, and this flies in the face of that…

But maybe they are dyslexic. Hm.
