How well do you recognize patterns? How many?

How well do you recognize patterns? How many?

It is said that there are only three types of people. (The illustrations I use in this article reveal more patterns, so pay attention, please)

  • 1. make things happen
  • 2. observes things happen
  • 3. ponders what the heck happened.

This is so because of the three different ways to see patterns.

  • 1. recognizes patterns, knows them intimately. The slightest indication of the pattern gives them clue about how things work
  • 2. observes things happen, but doesn’t recognize patterns… unless they are pointed out. And only when they are pointed out. Is satisfied with so-so knowledge, surface… so cannot make things happen
  • 3. can’t even (or won’t even) recognize patterns when they are pointed out. Is in the dark.

Happiness is when what you think, say, and do are in harmony

Happiness is when what you think, say, and do are in harmony

If you look, carefully, now you know why you are not happy.

Here is another quote: People get married because they want their lives witnessed. When your life is witnessed you feel alive… I was par phrasing the Susan Sarandon character’s words in “Shall we Dance?”

The best way to make sure you are on the path to happiness… is actually to be in a coaching program.

In my 67 step coaching program I witness your life.

Obviously, if you don’t care what I see: if you don’t care that I see that there is no harmony in what you think, what you say and what you do, then it is not really doing much for you…

If you don’t care… Continue reading “Happiness is when what you think, say, and do are in harmony”

How the Tree of Knowledge keeps you in bondage, stuck, and miserable

How the Tree of Knowledge keeps you in bondage, stuck, and miserable

The most difficult thing to see, the most difficult thing to accept is that even though you are looking, there can be something right in front of you, and you won’t see it.

Instead you’ll see what you know is there.

This is the source of most mischief.

In fact, this is the source of your low vibration.

How to Develop Emotional Intelligence… what do psychologists say?

How to Develop Emotional Intelligence… what do psychologists say?

This article shows the state of official science for emotional intelligence.

Psychologists are not interested in the groundbreaking work developed in the books Feelings and Words…

Although when you can already recognize your feelings,  their inner dynamics, what they want you to do, what trap you my have stepped, unwittingly, the advice below is quite good.

Until then I don’t think it’s useful… Or may not be useful.

Even though emotional intelligence is really important to live a good life, to have good relationships, to get things done, to be well… for all of life. Continue reading “How to Develop Emotional Intelligence… what do psychologists say?”

Is this Universe with you in it is a hologram?

Is this Universe with you in it is a hologram?

Does it matter whether this Universe with you in it is a hologram or not?

Great question, isn’t it? I am very proud of myself for asking it.

But if I get an answer, and I go “yes”, unless I find out what exactly I asked that was answered, I am as dumb and assuming as I was before I asked the question.

So, what way can it matter whether this/you are a hologram or not?

  • Emotionally
  • Physically
  • As a context… inside which we live this life of struggle…

Food allergies… does Source know all the answers?

Food allergies… does Source know all the answers?

Egg white is an allergenThere are good days, there are bad days, and there are days when I am hit with stuff I consider bad. Blech.

Today is one of those.

And days like this are a great test if in fact my TLD is as high as I claim as it is. TLD is your Twitchy Little Bastards’ score: how much pain you are willing to take for a delayed benefit.

Where TLD comes in? I find myself already running. I want to take a nap. I want to eat. I want to go unconscious.

Why? Because bad news is not pleasant. And more than that: I need to say it publicly.

I am scared, and I want to hide.

But I am going to swallow the frog (or was it kissing it?) and tell you what’s going on.

The hockey stick graph: your TLB score is on it… and you are likely in the 99%. Why?

The hockey stick graph: your TLB score is on it… and you are likely in the 99%. Why?

your tld score is on a hockey stick graphLearn something and a whole world of learning opens up…

I had the first breakthrough in my 67 steps coaching…

Why only the first? Because most people do the 67 steps the way they do their lives: with their eyes closed, hoping for magic.

Hoping for either me doing the job for them, or the audios or the content of the audios doing the job for them. None of them can… it is not the content. It is what you do

So what happens if you do the 67 steps with your eyes open?

For a long time: not much. But then I’ll hear something, a direction, that I can push you towards. Some people get to this push-point sooner, others later. Most: never.

Your TLB score is the surest predictor. Not your IQ, not even your vibration. Your TLB score.

How the left brain blocks all your attempts to evolve as a person…

How the left brain blocks all your attempts to evolve as a person…

I am reading a book 1 that says that humans used to be able to live from their right-brain, meaning they were a lot more intelligent.

The book says that people with damage to their left brain can become savants, exceptional in one or two abilities, or vegetables… lol, maybe not so funny.

Then the book doesn’t talk about me, who did have damage to my left brain hemisphere, and when the brain was knocked self-conscious, the two hemispheres connected and became one.

The good news: I only have some troubles with my left-brain capacities, adding numbers wrong, confusing left and right, and dyslexia: reading what isn’t there, or when it’s bad: not being able to read at all.

The bad news: Your left brain works well, and it suppresses your right brain, the abilities that are beyond words… like being, feeling, knowing, seeing, patterns… all the things I am trying to teach you. My hunch that everything gurus, religions etc. say about the heart, it is really the right brain… And what they call the subconscious is also the right brain. Suppressed, of course, showing itself only occasionally on for a brief second…

Your left brain gets the words, filters out everything it considers garbage, and you are left with what you already knew.

That is the bad news.

Internal and external barriers to growth, changing, success, the good life

Internal and external barriers to growth, changing, success, the good life
is it worth my time, given what I am up to?Is that a distraction? Does that get me closer to my target?

One of the big issue I see with people is this:

You have big desires… but you don’t consider doing the things you have to do to attain them worth your while.

Catch 22.

Your desire for comfort and doing nothing conflicts with your desire for what you say you desire.

Something has to give.

Many ways to be stuck: people who move are all alike

Many ways to be stuck: people who move are all alike

all-happy-familiesThis is paraphrasing the famous Leo Tolstoy quote: ‘All happy families are alike; each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.’ This is the Anna Karenina principle… As all principles do, it applies to many, maybe even all areas of life. A principle is the same as a distinction… I say.

There are only about 50 different ways to get stuck… and your way is just one or two of those.
