How Is Procrastination Helpful to You? Really Helpful! I am not Kidding! UPDATED

procrastination as a tool for transformation

Procrastination is not an issue, it’s a symptom

As you may know, I am leading a twice a week course, called Daily Connection. There is no set curriculum: the goal is to peel away the not-you. The not-self. The false self. Just like Michelangelo chipped away what’s not David…

There are two approaches to coaching people to be their best:

  1. to call them infinite being, beautiful, loving, blah blah blah. It’s holding your face to the light. I am not attracted to that.
  2. The methodology of Kabbalah and Landmark Education and maybe even Dianetics: find the not self, identify it, and transform it. Not change it, but transform it.

A cancer cell changed is still a cancer cell. A cancer cell transformed is a normal cell with a specific function in the body.

Meditation: What is it and why is it useful?

Meditation: What is it and why is it useful?

Meditation

I wrote this article a year and a half ago. I never published it, but I will, now. Why? Because I have a lot more insight about meditation I can share, and because I offered a famous marketer to teach him meditation, and he hasn’t even bothered to answer my email.

I write many of my articles as a way to poke the Universe for answers, as a way to force my intelligence into gear.

What is meditation and what is the role of meditation?

Quoting from Wikipedia: Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit or as an end in itself

I will examine this question as a non-meditator who has tried to meditate and failed.

I am not against meditation. Meditation as a tool, to allow all knowledge to reach you, past the noise of all there is, distinguished as knowledge beyond your own, is invaluable.

Vibration is not your energy, or not really. Vibration is a number that shows to what degree you are in truth. Continue reading “What is the Truth? And how do you go about deciding it?”

What could you learn in the Self-Healing Course?

What could you learn in the Self-Healing Course?

What will I teach in the Self-Healing Course?

As far as I can see, your well-being suffers most from what you hold as true. And what you hold as true comes from three sources:

1. your body’s wisdom of the ages, this is true, but being interpreted by the mind… so
2. your infinite wisdom from the vantage point of the limited perspective of the human mind… mostly wrong
3. information you hear or read

At this day and age, all of our signals are crossed, and cannot trust anything.

I will give you and example: if I asked you what sweet cravings mean, you would tell me the party line, or one version of it

1. you are addicted to sweets
2. you should eat something sweet… your body tells you

What you don’t know is that the taste buds on your tongue developed long long time ago, and they guided to you eat what your body needed very reliably. At that time, humans were hunters and gatherers, not like monkies, not living in trees, living mostly on the planes where they had more advantage given their body… and the tools they used to kill.
