I have created a separate blog for Andy Shaw’s A Bug Free Mind

I have created a separate blog for Andy Shaw’s A Bug Free Mind

Men wanted for hazardous journey. Low wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful. Honour and recognition in event of successTo answer the question in the title: I am not sure. I am guided…

In addition, a site where you can find all the “mind bugs” as Andy Shaw calls them, can be really useful.

My Playground program is the program where most of these “mind bugs” get driven up, but unless I write, in an organized fashion, our findings, it will be lost for humanity… and given the direction humanity is heading, that is really bad news.

By the way, I have been offering my special bonus for people who buy the Bug Free program through my link: a free month in my Playground program. It is a $40 program, and you can take it any time, just send me your receipt from Andy, and tell me when you want your month.

My experience has been, that removing even just one bug makes a huge difference, but removing 3-5 starts creating some elbow room for real change.

The doors to heaven swing on little hinges

The doors to heaven swing on little hinges

The doors to heaven swing on little hinges or the delusion that keeps them closed

What’s missing that ALL self-improvement, self-development products end up on the “fraud” pile that is as high as mount Everest?

Ultimately there are two types of teachers:

  1. Can do (occasionally) what they teach, but unaware and unconscious of what they are doing
  2. Can’t even do what they teach, but expect you to do it regardless

The real problem… see if you recognize yourself

Ferrari_458_ItaliaFrom the questions you ask, I am starting to understand what is your current worldview, self-view:

You think you are, using car analogy, a Kia or a Saturn or some other cheap car, and you want to be a Ferrari.

What if you are a Ferrari and you drive yourself as if you were a Kia?

Acceptance: what it is, what it isn’t

yesterday's junkAcceptance… does it mean you like it? Does it mean you condone it? Does it mean you want it? Does it mean you are a doormat?

Accepting things the way they are, people the way they are and the way they aren’t, is the key to happiness.

But, as I am finding out, there is a confusion about what acceptance means.

For it to be clear, we need to first look at resistance.

Evolution, social genes, and brain plasticity

stoneageYour social genes haven’t changed in the past 200,000 years. They are still the same as when humans were hunter gatherers, the stone age. Social genes are the genes that define behavior.

Where do we see this? Hunter-gatherers were not adventurous. They didn’t go hunting again, until they had to. They preferred to share, to be nice to each other, that way they didn’t have to risk confrontation. This lived in clans, hunted in clans, and followed the leaders.

They judged everything by their first impression of it, or by prejudice: they didn’t experiment, didn’t stop to think, didn’t give second chances. A wolf in sheep’s clothing would be accepted as sheep.

And yet, this bunch of scared followers now live in cities, drive cars, study at universities.

How could you acquire a growth mindset, the mindset of winners?

growth mindsetThe growth mindset, the imperative to grow is the main difference between people who live a life of quiet desperation and those who don’t… but… is it learned behavior? Can it be learned? Acquired? Attuned? Implanted? DNA activated?

I have a theory that may sound racist, that feels like I grabbed it out of thin air, but I muscletested it, and the test was YES, so let me share it with you.

You don’t have to believe it. I’d just like you to hear me: it will help me greatly to take it a step further: make it applicable to you, wherever you are, so you can benefit from it.

Before I share the theory, let me tell you about a similar theory that was proven successful, so much that movies were made from it. One example I loved was Freedom Writers.

When you love yourself, you love your life

I love my life because I love myselfObserve yourself: you do well, you get somewhere on time, you get to finish the project, you make yourself proud: and suddenly all that love spills out to your life. You smile under the blanket, and you ask: what happened?

This article will examine why you love yourself when you do, and what can you do that you can love yourself more of the time.

Integration: the orchestra that is you

orchestra harmony or cacophony

Osho says: Man ordinarily is a crowd.

No man ordinarily is one, but many. And that’s why there is so much noise within – many voices, many faces – and a constant quarrel. One part wants to do one thing. Another part is simply against it and wants to do something else. It is a miracle how we go on managing to keep ourselves together. Otherwise we are constantly falling apart. There is no center. The master is missing.

There are only servants, and each servant is trying to claim to be the master.

For a moment each servant sits on the throne, proclaims himself the master, and in that moment you think, “This is the master.”

When there is anger, anger becomes the master, but soon it will be gone. It is a constantly changing scene. After anger comes regret.
