Emotional Intelligence: learning what emotions are…

Emotional Intelligence: learning what emotions are…

Given that I go deep inside humans… deep into the invisible… all the way to DNA, this article is different than what everyone says about emotional intelligence…

So if you want the same b.s. beware… It isn’t. Continue reading “Emotional Intelligence: learning what emotions are…”

Who do you like? Who do you love? Who is the one loving?

Who do you like? Who do you love? Who is the one loving?

WHO IS IT that your puppy loves?Or here is another question for you: Who are you?

If you asked back: What do you mean? you did the smart thing. Because the question: who are you? can be asked from so many vantage points, we can spend hours exploring that. Continue reading “Who do you like? Who do you love? Who is the one loving?”

What is your numbnut/moron score? How would you know?

What is your numbnut/moron score? How would you know?

I am sure you think you are clear. The stuff you say, the number of words you use accurately in a language gives away your level of clarity… And it’s low. I measure it as the 10th measurement in the Starting Point Measurements.

When I say clarity, I mean every area of life… including health as you’ll see later in this article.

Now, why is this important? Because your clarity is what defines whether your actions, your reactions, your emotions are going to be in line with reality or not.

Whether you’ll be astute, or a numbnut. or anything in between. Continue reading “What is your numbnut/moron score? How would you know?”

How we spend our days is of course how we spend our lives…

How we spend our days is of course how we spend our lives…

I am reading a book, The One Thing. Tai Lopez recommended it, but I had been resisting.

But like most of the books Tai recommends, it does have a kernel of gold… Maybe more than one kernel.

One of these is what he says about will power. Quite fascinating and very useful. Continue reading “How we spend our days is of course how we spend our lives…”

Seeing: a Metaskill that will raise your vibration

Seeing: a Metaskill that will raise your vibration

new eyes to see...I am reading theĀ  book Metaskills.

I am reading it for you and for me.

This book has given me a big insight… and ultimately a breakthrough, though we shall see… like with everything, on the long run.

OK, let me start at the beginning.

Most books are either easy or difficult to read. Why? I just found out.

This book, the Metaskills was alternating between easy to read and difficult to read.

At some point it felt like thick mud I needed to wade through.

Why? I had no idea how what he was talking about was connecting to what the book was supposedly about.

I am nearly certain that this happens to you too. The thought is ‘What does this have to do with the price of tea in China?’ or some other dismissive thought.

My my… my teacher’s predictions are coming true.

My my… my teacher’s predictions are coming true.

He has warned me, (not personally) that the big four, or however many they are, are eventually going to ban me, google, facebook, banking and email next…

Amazon didn’t ban me, it banned my products.

But recently I was booted off Facebook, and now, every email address that is connected to me and my business is refusing to forward the emails to my desktop… making it very cumbersome to do business.

My teacher and I match 70%. I didn’t say ‘fit’. I said ‘match’ or we are in essence the same or so similar, you can’t tell which one of us is speaking. Not necessarily the content… he would be mortified if what I say came out of HIS mouth… lol… and I would lose all my students and clients if what he says came out of my mouth.

We are similar in our how.

Most people I know are very dissimilar with me. To me? grammar anyone?

Last night I watched a sales presentation with famed guru Mark Joyner . In fact I stayed up past my bedtime. Continue reading “My my… my teacher’s predictions are coming true.”

Your deserving factor, your earning factor… How much do you deserve? How much have you earned? Are you worth a damn?

I am listening to step 1 of the 67 steps again. The seventh time? Eighth time? I have lost track.

And as is usual for me, I am seeing something that Tai is not saying, and I kind of have been seeing, but not really. In the corner of my eyes.

You want a better life? Want to avoid a life of quiet desperation? Resignation? Here is your path…

70% of your life is made up of the things you do every day… your habits. The remaining 30% is what you don’t have control over.

But even that 30%, where you don’t have control over what happens: you have control over how you react, how you do what you end up doing, and what is your attitude. My next article is about that… the how of your life.

Most programs you can buy make up what to teach. Given that the average truth value of programs is around 2%, what they teach must come untried, untested, and altogether not true.

Tai’s approach (Tai Lopez, 67 steps) was different. He looked at, primarily, billionaires, secondarily at famous scientists or other authors.

The truths he gleaned from billionaires: 30% truth value, the truths he gleaned from authors: 10% truth value. Hm, interesting.

Where does the difference come from? Continue reading “You want a better life? Want to avoid a life of quiet desperation? Resignation? Here is your path…”

Become someone who can make good decisions

Become someone who can make good decisions
Is it worth it? Is it worth the bother, the effort, the work? Will it get me finally what I want?

One of the reasons people don’t like to try new things is because they cannot judge whether they can do it or not. Whether it will be easy or not. Whether it will be pleasant and enjoyable or not.

How come? Why is it so difficult? Life is complex, and most of us have no tolerance for complexity. Complexity, ambivalence, ambiguity are normal, but the capacity to hold them becomes available to you in only at a certain brain development age… If you got stuck in young child brain development, that is most people, you have never developed the capacity.

Can you develop this capacity now? Of course you can. What is preventing you from doing it? Your low TLB number… you are a Twitchy Little Bastard… and you can’t deal with complexity, confusion, or looking long enough to actually see something.

Some of my students, when they learned about my habit of looking long and more than just once… as a way to deal with my dyslexia, have started to practice the same… and their ability to hold controversy and ambivalence has increased… because of that practice. But if you fancy yourself smart, quick, etc. Looking long and hard is going to be difficult, because your precious I will tell you that only stupid people look long and hard.

Actually the opposite is true: your precious I is deceiving you and keeping you… eh… stupid. In the stupid as the stupid does sense. Continue reading “Become someone who can make good decisions”

Desensitizing you to the mind-noise vs. principles

Desensitizing you to the mind-noise vs. principles

the unexamined lifeI watch Netflix series that don’t make sense on the surface for me to watch. But when I look, there is no book, no fiction, that would teach me the principle Source tells me to learn.

I am looking for principles. Principles are a lot like laws. According to the dictionary, a principle is a fundamental truth or proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behavior or for a chain of reasoning.
