How does a spiritual practice raise your vibration?

Spiritual practices are the tools we have to activate our capacities, including the new capacities just received on September 4-5.

The expression, spiritual practice, has two parts:

Practice: something you do again and again, until it becomes second nature to you. Like driving. Like touch-typing, like reading. First it is chunky, you need all you got to perform the task, and you experience more failures than successes, like in learning to ride a bicycle… in learning to walk.Once you rise on the levels of learning, from unconscious incompetence, to conscious incompetence, to conscious competence (you still need to think about it!) to unconscious competence, you need to pick another spiritual practice, otherwise you will be stuck with thousands of capacities not used. Still in the basement of your being.

Why are people so low vibration? Including teachers, healers

If you read one of my previous articles, your answer (most of it) is there: our upbringing is based on the interest of the “powers that be” and not on the interest of the individual, or the interest of the human race: the Original Design, evolution, being an expanding personality.

Our lives, what we are allowed to do, see and know, is not that much different from what you see in the movies “The Truman Show” or “The Matrix” and we are policed, rigorously, and incessantly.

And the policing forces are also “sheep” and have no idea about the truth, about their own status…

So, humanity, in lack of real information, to understand and make what they see easier to handle, easier to be with, invented an imaginary world of explanations, gods, spirits, angels… just to be able to make sense of what they needed to deal with.

Vibration, your vibration, your consciousness level and the ability to be with stuff that is not easy to be with are correlated: meaning: once one gets high, the other gets high as well.

The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off… or make you an outcast, or crazy

I think I am going crazy.

The main reason people, most of them, almost all of them, are authoritarian, meaning not doing their own due diligence finding out if what is being disseminated as the truth is really credible, is that the truth is horrible.

Your mind acts as a filter, it doesn’t allow anything to go through and become conscious that you can’t handle. If it did, we would have a lot more schizophrenics that we do.

If it is safe to pass out, the mind will make you lose consciousness if the input is too strong for you to handle. If it is not safe to pass out, it will bury the true extent and meaning of the information until you are ready.

Enslavement devices, beacons, etc. Tools of the Dark Practitioners

A student of mine wrote to me to ask about his symptoms of stomach ache, nausea, etc.

I have been feeling crap since Friday, stomach upsets, diarrhea, severe indigestion pain up back, aching muscles everywhere, exhaustion and nausea. Today has been the worst and if I didn’t know better I’d swear it was flu! I was going to join the 6 pm webinar on Friday, but had to go to bed instead!
But I suspect maybe I need to throttle back somewhat on the subject line above? Could you kindly check if I should reduce/modify what I am doing – is this some type of detox, will it pass. Was really struggling to keep going today! I also started some Yoga classes on Thursday night, I think my friend who I went with said we were doing Vinsyasa Yoga, I did enjoy doing it and felt energized after the class. . By the way the eczema did pass as you said it would but was reasonably bad before it did – thanks.
I also sleep on an earthing sheet and have earthed mouse mat and floor mat at my computer. I have been using a (for some years) Tachyon Silica disk 4” which helps localized pain and upset, I also have one of these on my electrical distribution unit (breakers) to help mitigate EMF effects. https://www.tachyon-energy-products.com/ . Do I need to level the playing field, am I mixing too many things together?
I was thinking of switching all audios off and not taking any supplements or foods for 24 hours except water to see if I can reset?

Vibrational Reviews of some high profile people

Number after the person’s name signifies personal vibration at the time of this review, September 2013. It is 2023 now, and the numbers have changed, likely halved.. If it’s an organization, then the number signifies truth value… on the logarithmic scale of vibration… 200 vibration is around 2% truth value… meaning 98% horse dung.

Upgrade is adding something new… like a new capacity, a new ability.

Activation is forcing you to use what you have, your capacities, your abilities.

Activators are small nudging devices that don’t leave you alone until you actually start and continue using capacities they are programmed to activate.

No one uses their capacities to the max, that is why at vibration 990 I was still benefiting from using the Harmonize your Vibration activator, that was designed as an entry level, non-defined activator… to start to dig you out of the rut of your lowly habits of slothfulness of thinking and being.

What is DNA, what is DNA upgrade… and what to expect

DNA is a programming device of cells: it contains all the information about the whole organism and the final and perfect execution of the program… much like a set of blueprints contain every aspect of a building, from walls through air conditioning, every part.

The DNA only controls the hardware of a human being: the software, most of it, comes from the environment, the culture, the decisions one has made.

We could say that the DNA provides the equipment, but it is still up to the individual user to use the equipment to its full potential or not.

The upgrade of the human DNA is done, and now every person on the planet has the missing 13 capacities as part of their DNA, permanently.

I find myself reluctant to say anything. I find myself reluctant to write, and that feels weird after having written seven thousand pages in the past two years. After having worked on the distinguishing of these missing capacities for 10 years…

My dilemma is that just because you can, you still haven’t changed. And unless you change your behavior, unless you do what it takes to activate those new capacities, nothing will change. Nothing.

You are still listening with the old mindset. And you ARE your mindset, and no new capacity will change that. No new information will change that. Only new action will change that.

The choice, for me, is to be inspiring or truthful. It always has been the choice, I just could not see it.

Mercy. You want to receive it but You don’t want to give it?

The Universe has three energetic elements, just like the atom. It has the negative element, equivalent with judgment in our worldly life. That is the electrons of the atom.

It has the proton, the positive, in our worldly life it is called mercy.

The third type of element is the neutral…

Without the positive element, the world, yours, ours, the Universe, falls apart.

As it’s above so it is below… and vice versa.
