Tired? Tired All The time? What is the cause?

Restriction, Small Pleasures, Snacking: How The Way You Live Renders You Low Energy and Tired For Life

‘Why am I tried all the time?’

The most frequent complaints I hear is that people don’t have enough energy for life. They feel drained, tired all the time.

The two items little corner stores have to stock and re-stock are cigarettes, little bits of chocolates, and energy booster packages. People buy them like without them they can’t continue.

All the ‘raise your vibration’ sites teach methods to pick you up: obviously you need pick-up if you are low on energy, if you are tired.

It’s an epidemic. And eating super foods, ginseng, exercising, laughing, and all the stuff ‘they’ recommend are treating the symptoms not the cause. Just like Western Medicine, they try to change the fruit without changing the root… Trying to get apples from a cherry tree…

This article deals with that complaint from an unusual angle. We are going to shed light at the invisible roots of this condition, so you can get your energy, if you are willing to change the roots: your behavior, and say good by to tiredness.

Vibrational Reviews: Eli Jaxon-Bear, Enneagram, Andrew Cohen, Papaji, and Ken Wilber

Eli Jaxon-Bear personal vibration: 90; teaching: 200. 80% speaks from the mind.
Enneagram of Personality: truth value: 100

Andrew Cohen, a spiritual teacher and student of. Notes: speaks from the mind. Not from the silence. Personal vibration: 130, teachings: 300. 70% speaks from the mind. I don’t know him well enough to know why his vibration is so much under the level of his teaching, but saw, glimpses, that he is running something akin a cult…

Vibrational Review: Gangaji

I used to measure people’s vibration for a small donation. I actually enjoyed it, like you like using your muscles: it feels good.

Then I started to get requests from people with really low vibration, really dark feelings, and I started to associate measuring vibrations with those very oppressive feelings.

gangaji a fake Visiting Gangaji brought all that back, full force, full force of misery.

There are two things you can’t hide because they are not conscious: your feelings and your micro-expressions.

I used to not want to look at people while talking to them, because the feelings and the facial expressions were at odds to such a degree that it was really disturbing to me.

Vibrational Review: what is enlightenment adyashanti

Vibrational Review: what is enlightenment adyashanti

If I understand correctly, Adyashanti is a guy’s name…

Personal vibration: 90
What he teaches: 90

why so low? Because the guy is talking all Tree of Knowledge, something he has never experienced. I could say he is talking out of his arse, but when I listen to him, I can hear this: he is talking out of his memory, and his self-righteous and self-assured “self” which is a very very very low vibration.

Who does he attract? like attracts like, and he attracts people just like himself. What is the common characteristic of the people who are attracted to what he is saying? He is explaining that enlightenment is not a 24/7 bliss… and yet, the people that he attracts are the MacDonald’s wholesale transformation forever hoping types.

Do not bother listening to him.

Now, a few words from me, and where I am speaking from is the nothing that is outside of the MIND (not ego as he says) and from personal experience through connecting to all-of-it.

There is no 24/7 bliss.

Stuck? Playing a small game? Waiting for a miracle?

Stuck? Playing a small game? Waiting for a miracle?

Stuck? Playing a small game? Waiting for a miracle? Get unstuck using my methods

Some people are motivated (put into motion) by negative emotions, like fear, hate, refusing something with so much energy that it finally puts them in motion: until then they cannot get unstuck.

Other people are motivated by accomplishment, joy, love, freedom, or some other positive event or emotion.

The problem is how to crank up the energy of the emotion, negative or positive, so there is enough energy in it to put you in motion, to get unstuck.

The enemy of any forward movement is complacency, cynicism, resignation. These are real strong energies. If we wanted to express their effect, they are like a ton of weight on the see-saw. If you want to make the see-saw move, you need to pile up the weight on the other side.

Most people leave this to chance, hope that something will move them from dead center to get unstuck.

Other people cause breakdowns to get unstuck.

One of MY teachers speaks; I wish I had thought of it myself: Why It’s Dangerous To Give Advice

coaching vs advice

Why It’s Dangerous To Give Advice by Roy H. Williams, the Wizard of AdsĀ®

I am, by profession, a communications consultant. I craft strategies, write ads and buy media. My clients ask for my advice. They even pay me for it.

Advice is dangerous to give.

If you are thinking, “Yes, it’s dangerous to give advice because your advice might be wrong,” you probably haven’t worked full-time in a focused specialty for 30 years. Yes, there is a chance my advice might be wrong, but that’s not the principal danger.

Advice is always dangerous because a person only needs it when:

  1. they’re making decisions based on incorrect assumptions.
  2. they made a mistake that triggered unhappy repercussions.
  3. they’re looking at a situation from an unproductive angle.

How Bad Do You Want It? Money, Love, Success?

How Bad Do You Want It? Money, Love, Success?

I love this video. I love it for two reasons:

1. the guy speaking is a good match for what he says, in his energy
2. the answer he comes up is at least in the ballpark (neighborhood) of what the true motivator is.

Watch it, it’s a valuable lesson. If your efforts thus far haven’t taken you closer to what you want, then your answer may lie in the missing component.

Now, if you haven’t gone far in the direction of your wants, it would be a good idea to explore what’s in the way, would not you think?

I have found a great resource

I am thinking of using Osho’s dynamic meditations to guide people to no-mind. Sneak in a little fun, sneak in physicality, sneak in joy… Instead of the anxiety and seriousness most people relate to the getting-out-of-the-mind issue.

As I was searching to download the music of those great meditations, I found a series of articles and quotes, by Osho, on fake gurus. Here is an article on U.G. Krishnamurti. A few months ago I would not have believed him, but I saw a video on youtube, Krishnamurti on his deathbed, and it was so convincing, that I now believe what Osho says.

Osho Quotes on U G Krishnamurti

Just the other day I was reading a lecture of U. G. Krishnamurti. He says he went to see Ramana Maharshi. He was not attracted — because he was chopping vegetables. Yes, Ramana Maharshi was that kind of man, very ordinary. Chopping vegetables! U. G. Krishnamurti must have gone to see somebody extraordinary sitting on a golden throne or something. Ramana Maharshi just sitting on the floor and chopping vegetables? preparing vegetables for the kitchen! He was very much frustrated.
Then another day he went and saw him reading jokes. Finished for ever! This man knows nothing. This man is very ordinary. He left the ashram; it was not worth it. But I would like to say to you: this man, Ramana Maharshi, is one of the greatest Buddhas ever born to the world. That was his Buddhahood in action!

Pop Quiz: What Are The 3 Words I want to hear you say To Do A Course With Me?

Pop Quiz: What Are The 3 Words That Pre-Qualify You To Do A Course With Me?

I have been working my ass off, and the work has paid off: I have found something I think is going to revolutionize how I pick who to accept into my programs and who I should not.

Why isn’t it enough that someone wants to give me money?

Great question, and for most teachers that is probably what you would consider the basic condition fulfilled.

On the other hand, because I am an empath, all my courses can be considered 1-on-1 coaching, because I can’t even escape knowing what’s going on with you, how much work you are doing, and how you feel.

My brand of coaching is called “accountability coaching” and it’s a reverse accountability. Most coaches mean that they will hold you accountable. I mean the opposite: I’ll be accountable that you’ll get what you need to get, many times more than what you are paying for.

But is it possible for me to deliver on this accountability if you don’t do the work? If you can’t do the work? If you are not getting it? If you resist it? If you only want to please me? No.

So I have been looking for a criteria that can be measured, that would be a fool-proof sign that you are trainable, that you are willing to be disciplined, and that you are going to do the work: get out of the mind and become a representative of the new humanity.

I could measure your vibrational frequency: but that would inform me about your past, not about your willingness to do the work.
