Do you allow yourself to be sad? On the first spring day?

springI was feeling blue today. I opened the windows, and the noise from the outside was deafening… compared to the silence I have enjoyed all winter. I got a headache, I started to think of moving to someplace where it’s quiet… no grass mowers, no road repair, no people.

I felt the sadness. Grieving. My mind was digging up stories of sadness. One of my favorite book characters is sad, and is attracted to sad women… Henry Bosch.

Especially around a character, Cassie Black who later re-appears as Lena, if I remember correctly. Sad. Loss. Aloneness.

Victim: I have nothing to say in the matter

dis-is-whyBack in 1986 there was a seminar series, lead by no other than Werner Erhard.

I was brand new, but I was allowed to sign up. The topic was: “I have something to say in the matter”.

At the time my level of understanding was that I can change what I do, I can protest to what other people do… I did not understand that you can say something in the matter of everything that belongs to you.

Everything that belongs to you… out of which the most potent is your being. Who are you in the matter of X.

So, how does this being expresses itself, really?

What is intelligence, really? And how does intelligence raise your vibration?

tiger in the woods or tiger woodsWhat is intelligence, really?

In Landmark Education there is a saying that most people don’t get, but is profound: Your actions are in a perfect dance with how the world occurs to you.

Now, it’s poetic and all that, because of the funky words, dance and occur, but it is probably the most profound thing anyone can say… and it took me about 15 years to get it.

Let me explain first those two words:

Modern gurus: The business of consolation, the business of confirmation

neelam-indiaI had a “guru” ask for his vibration today. Nice guy. Low vibration.

Another guru, 1 some 6 years ago told him that there was no need to seek, he could start his own guru business…

Horrible disservice.

Tool for self-knowledge: Mapping

get-lost-to-find-yourself

Not until you are lost, that you can start finding yourself

It’s a lot like “empty your cup” in the last article… as long as you know, you are stuck with it…

I watched the movie “Something The Lord Made” again.

This time I paid attention to the music, and started to see the underlying message the film makers were making: poor black kid… blah blah blah.

The story is about a smart, ambitious black kid, who wants to be a doctor, but has no money to go to school. He starts working, first as a janitor, then as a lab assistant, and then as a researcher for a surgeon in a hospital, and develops the method for the first heart surgery, the blue baby surgery.

You say you want transformation, but really you want confirmation

you-get-it-girlMost of you come to me for confirmation. Confirmation that what you know is true, that who you are and how you “do” life is ok…

A handful of you are somewhat open.

Now, I don’t say that you know this about yourself… this article is to wake you up, to bring awareness to this, so you can be conscious of it.

Osho vs. Andy Shaw

osho- the big show
andy shaw creating a bug free mind... innocent

As you can tell, I read a lot of Osho. I read it for the good stuff, and tolerate it for the bad stuff.

I put down the book about 3 times per page, to muscletest his statements that sound so authoritative, but don’t sit well with me.

Osho’s personal vibration is 300, and the truth percentage of what he says is 7%. Not much, if you ask me. It is even less than the 10% of Andy Shaw’s book. People use this 10% to poopoo the book “Create the bug free mind” as if you could find a lot of things with a higher truth value: not so, and you’ll see in a minute why.

Soul Correction: Slighted

slighted-she-was-trusted-and-valued-by-her-father-lovedSlighted is an optical illusion where you see that everyone else, or a certain group has everything that should belong to you.

I was doing the soul correction reading of a person yesterday who hates Jews, yet, married a Jew.

Her hate (Soul correction: Removing Hatred) is based on feeling slighted, and finding a cause outside of herself to blame.

Another soul correction that has this feeling ‘slighted’ as a foundation is “Share the Light”.

Your soul correction is killing you… but how?

soul-correction-climbing-the-tree-of-lifeEach soul correction deals with a dominant pretense. A front, that hides the truth. A way to have two you’s, a dualistic way of living that is killing life.

If you read the few articles I have published on soul corrections, you may be able to see below the surface, and see what the pretense is. Most can’t. Especially their own.

But it’s there, hiding one or two layers deep.

  • Why pretend? Because the truth, although it sets you free, is also painful.
  • Why pretend? Because in the horizontal plane, in the world of the “other” survival seems to depend on this pretense… birds ruffle up their feathers to look bigger. Cats, dogs look fierce and big and threatening. It’s all pretense; it is all survival mechanism.

Then we believe our own lies, make our masks permanent, and suffer.
