Magic, miracles, energy work, woo woo… can you tell what you are getting?

magiciansI don’t believe in miracles. I don’t believe in spirits, angels, gods, dead people talking, walking, I don’t even believe in soul surviving your death. But I like magicians and magic tricks.

When you watch magic, it seems easy. It seems fast. I seems magical… doesn’t it?

Real magic takes hours, weeks, months worth of preparation, manufacturing of special equipment, without those most magic tricks will never happen.

I won’t mention the lots of practice here, because it doesn’t fit my agenda… lol.

I only rarely talk to other “spiritual teachers” or “energy practitioners”, because I am not attracted to them, we don’t seem to have anything in common.

But occasionally life throws one my way, and I have to talk to them.

This happened this past week, and it just hit me that I learned something important: they are magicians.

Are you willing to become a prosperous “neighborhood”?

Are you willing to become a prosperous “neighborhood”?

baby steps to become all you can beI republished an article, that is as important as anything you’ll ever learn, if you wanted to live a life of an expanding human being…

Response when I first published it: no echo. Response this time: no echo. Nobody heard it. Nobody saw it. Nobody was interested.

.

The article is pinpointing the reason why you have what you have, and do not have what you want to have.

The least qualified person syndrome and the anchor to doom

The least qualified person syndrome

the least qualifiedBefore I get into the meat of the article, I’d like to share what happened in Israel during and after the War of Independence (1948-), lasting about 20-25 years.

Most new immigrants lived in kibbutzim, and in kibbutzim, a kind of ‘collective’, the children spent most of their times in children’s houses. They slept there too. Once a week they spent some time with their parents ( every kibbutz had their own schedule)

99% of the children who grew up in the kibbutzim became emotionally healthy, powerful youth and adults. Even the ‘runts’ were happier, healthier, stronger, than today’s people in Israel.

They won wars, and the country was a happy place.

Updated: The attitudes of Poverty vs. Affluence…

Updated: The attitudes of Poverty vs. Affluence…

2013-Manifesto1This article slipped by a lot of people. And today where I keep talking about the small actions that cause and then cement your epigenetic shift, this article is more important than it was a year ago when I first wrote it. Onto the article…

… in Neal Stephenson’s novel ‘Reamde’ he remarks that affluent parts of all cities are similar, but poor parts of cities are miserable in their own way.

What causes success, and what causes failure? Or we could say, what causes affluence, and what perpetuates poverty?

It’s habits. It’s the thing you do (or not do), day in and day out. The things you take care of and the things you don’t.

But if you look, a habit you see are only the tip of the iceberg… maintaining it, keeping it permanently, unchangeably in place.

I had a few interesting client interactions today

I had a few interesting client interactions today

achievement-unlockedI have gleaned quite come new information about people who become my clients.

–Client #1: energy teacher, practitioner.

Has been paying me for years to do work on him. This time I did work on him, on his ex, and am waiting for payment to work on some of his associates.

It doesn’t even occur to him to work on being a co-creator: he is either believing in my power to do it for him, or he doesn’t believe in it… Continue reading “I had a few interesting client interactions today”

Soul Correction Actions: Part 2: Fear – the flip side: living dangerously

thai kid bathing with snakeFear is natural. And we “respond” to fear according to our habitual ways, which is largely imprinted in our soul correction.

Just like there is procrastination and there is precrastination, both are fear based, there is also the phenomenon of brash, impulsive bravado…

Neither “responses” to fear are intelligent.

So, what is an intelligent response to fear?

Fear is normal, fear is natural, fear is a life saver.

Soul Correction Actions: Part 2: Fear

Fear is a LiarThe “Therefore” is: I am afraid, I feel fear, therefore I should run, hide, resist, do nothing.

Fear is universal, and we all feel afraid some of the time, and a lot of us most of the time.

I never considered fear as a “thing” until I was in a seminar, back in 1988? called Creativity: Living at Risk.

The leader of the 10-session Landmark Education Seminar was hollering: Move towards the fear, call it excitement.

Osho: Why does it hurt so much to be jealous?

Osho: Why does it hurt so much to be jealous?

I have been spending the last few days meditating, muscletesting, contemplating why it is that different people from different ethnic cultures are so different in one main aspect: caring.

Caring means that you are willing to consider another as important as yourself. And just the way you would not hurt yourself consciously and intentionally, you would not hurt another. Continue reading “Osho: Why does it hurt so much to be jealous?”

Why do you covet what belongs to another?

Why do you covet what belongs to another?

Why do you want what belongs to another? Why do you envy, why are you jealous? Do you know?

Note: although I am talking about myself, you WANT TO recognize yourself. If you have a struggle with weight, or with anything, the answer, surprisingly lies here… and once you get this monkey off your back, you’ll get the weight melt away, you will start getting what you want, by going for it. Winning is amazing. But training is everything.

Winning is amazing. But training is everything.

training-is-everything-quoteTraining is everything. The peach was once a bitter almond; cauliflower is nothing but cabbage with a college education.
– Mark Twain

A friend of mine is having a hard time.

As an empath I have the bad fortune to connect to whoever I think about. So I am sitting here, having all kinds of bad feelings. I am on the verge of crying. My stomach is lurching… I am feeling my friend’s feelings, right now, this very moment.
