Self-possessed… living from the Witness position, living from Consciousness

self-possessingThe question in your life is: who possesses who? Who possesses what?

But the answer to that question, albeit it is fashionable to think that the guy/gal with the most toys wins, will surprise you: the person who possesses himself wins, every step of the way.

I pretty much don’t know anyone with any level of self-possession: it can be measured.

People are like leaves blowing in the wind, flotsam on the ocean… out of control, hoping for a favorable wind… lacking what can only developed by rigorous practice.

Rigorous? Practice? Please stop laughing… you are out of control!

But like anything of value, it doesn’t come cheap.

In an interaction with a longtime student, I saw something. Here is the interaction:

Why do I use energies in my coaching? Why don’t I just talk to you?

lasting-resultsTalk therapy doesn’t work. Coaching doesn’t work. Transformational programs don’t work. 1

But why? And if they don’t work: why are there so many testimonials on the internet?

These programs don’t work, because at best they give you temporary results, like flash in the pan.

Your actions come from what you see, and what you see can be altered with a conversation. But what you see will be temporary.

Why? Because the past gets into your eyes. Because unless you have a ton of distinctions, everything will look the same as everything else…

I have tested myself at one point, and I tested “no” to 100 emotional states, 100 beingness….

I have been working on starting to lead courses again.

course-1I’ve taken a break, recharged my batteries, and I am ready…

The first step I needed to do is to look at the courses I have already lead, to get a sense that in fact I CAN lead effective courses…

I listened into a whole lot of the recorded sessions. I learned that I have fun leading (I laugh a lot), that the material is amazing, and that the students love participating.

I have decided on doing the second phase activators course… this time with the new energies that eliminate the need for you to be connected while I download the activators… A good 20 minutes each hour was spent on making sure you are connected when I last lead that course.

That is a lot of time, wasted… thank god for the new technology, right?

Humility: What Is It And Why Should You Have It?

Humility: What Is It And Why Should You Have It? Is being humble the same as being Meek? Powerless? Stupid?

Get Ready To Be Surprised!

More often than not guidance comes from a student or client request.

Today I heard from a long time client who never managed to go from A to B… despite the many courses she attended. Continue reading “Humility: What Is It And Why Should You Have It?”

The anatomy of missing the mark aka sinning

Target-371x250

    1. Have you been wondering why public services and big companies employ semi-morons for customer service? I am wondering. I think to mention this, given how many times it has happened in the past week.

Not every customer service person acts stupid, only most of them.

So what is their stupidity about? They only hear what they know. The filter of their mind screens out everything that is not the three-four basic issues: refund request, payment plan request, return request… you know the kind most people will have.

For every issue outside of the ones that the solution is standardized, the customer rep can’t hear…

The mind did not allow the person to interact with reality, only with what’s in the mind.

What can Marco Polo’s legend teach you?

marco-polo-mosaicThis may just be a legend… Yet, legends can teach…

Marco Polo was an Italian man who arrived into the Great Khan’s court. The Great Khan asked him and his two companions about the desert they had to cross to get to his court.

The two older men had little to say. Marco Polo, on the other hand, had a lot to say.

The two older men were banished, Marco Polo was given the role of advisor.

Why?

Because Marco Polo didn’t live his live with his consciousness buried in his mind.

WTF, right? What does that mean?

My energy level, my weight, my pain, stepping and rocking

granny with flexibilityThis article is getting a lot of visitors from Pinterest. So the first few words are for them: yes, that lady is for real, yes, she is old.

I don’t know her. But I am an empath and I can connect to her and measure stuff about her. Her vibration is 200. Her health is at 50%. And her hydration is 10%.

Being flexible, remaining flexible needs you to provide your body with the nutrients it needs, eat no fried foods or inflammation causing food: oils, margarine, sugar, grains… and practice.

The lady in the picture, most likely, has been practicing yoga for 50 years. And her ligaments have always been loose.

OK, curiosity satisfied? Good… Now, the rest of the article is for my regular readers

Topic #1: my energy level, my weight, my pain, stepping and rocking.

As you know (if you read my articles regularly) I have been getting old, heavy, and sore.

This year I had the idea that if I don’t get younger and more mobile, I will be stuck without a chance to move, to travel, to attend events…

Does this ever happen to you?

Profiteer-Agency-Worker-Bait-And-SwitchYou are making all the right moves, you feel on the top of the world, smart, dashing… and then reality comes crashing down…

  • the game you were playing bottoms out: you lose
  • the person you were charming says something like: I have to go to pee
  • the product you produced, book, website, whatever, attracts no response
  • your carefully crafted story falls flat on its face… and lots of more examples I could give…
  • won the battle but lost the war… with your husband, your child, winning the argument but losing the love

What happened? What the f… happened? For the most part you are dumbfounded. After all if you could see what you did, after the fact, this would not happen as often as it does. To you, and to most people…

Your invisible heroes… a guidance from fiction: books, movies, plays

who were your heroes?I read today’s Monday Morning Memo, as usual, and it made me look. 1

Who are my favorite fictional characters?

At first I looked at the ones that weren’t supposed to survive, weren’t supposed to succeed, because they paralleled my own life experience.

But their influence on the multitudes was minimal, because they were about themselves, or maybe about one other person… and I saw that I have grown beyond that path. I have grown beyond the little Chinese boy’s character, my favorite as a child. I have grown beyond the deaf and blind yet dutiful character of Helen Keller, another favorite character of mine from childhood. I have even grown beyond “Socrates”, the orphan boy that became the Peaceful warrior in Dan Millman’s books. The little girl in the movie “King of Masks” or BianLian. that you can watch in the subscribers’ area of my site.

More on stupid/smart

23979570Every success proves nothing. It can be luck, it can be accident, it can be smarts… you can’t be sure.

I am an architect by trade… and all my life as an architect I was wondering if I was talented. I could never say for certain. I could win contests, I could win awards, talent is not proven by them.

Finally I gave it up and sighed a sigh of freedom and relief.

You are the same way about being smart… or whatever is your issue. (Some people have an issue with being liked, loved, valued, respected, etc. But I think everyone has some issue with smarts. I could be wrong…)

My recommendation is that you consider the Forrest Gump saying: Stupid is as the stupid does… i.e. the only stupid thing you can do is not judge accurately what you need to see to make a good decision.

If you rush, or already know… the action is stupid, and that’s that.
