How I raised my vibration: my secret method revealed.

How I raised my vibration: my secret method revealed.

Kindness reveals the diamond…

Change must begin with clarity of where you are… precision, exactness, all of which you and I have been trying to avoid.

So we make up all kinds of stuff, including the butterfly analogy. After all if you need to go through transformation to become a butterfly, you don’t have to be responsible for any of it… it is a miracle transformation, it is out of your hands.

In this article I’ll show you how I change, from a totally different place, the place of conscious change, where you don’t need a miracle, you don’t need voodoo, where you need work… (Oh no Sophie, not work again!? lol)

I will show you the work that brings out the diamond, the shine, the beauty in us… the best work anyone can ever want or wish for.

No coach has helped you to become happier

No coach has helped you to become happier

There are tons of coaches, coaching companies, transformational coaches, etc.

Bloggers teaching you tools of success, tools of happiness, etc.

Tons of books… courses… programs.

I have known for a long time that when people followed what was taught they would end up unhappier than they were before. I have tested it, observed it, and have pondered it. Continue reading “No coach has helped you to become happier”

If the mountain won’t come to you, go to the mountain

If the mountain won’t come to you, go to the mountain

One of my favorite quotes from an ad is from the Men’s Hair Club… where the owner says: “I’m not just the president of Hair Club for Men, I’m also a client!

I would never want to do business with anyone who is not also a client of their own business…

And of course, I am a client of my own. Meaning: I learn from what I write… and I learn and test everything first, before I recommend it…

With that said: to date the two most valuable nuggets I got out of my participation in my 67 step coaching program are:

  • 1. innovate your way out of the problem
  • 2. add suspenders to your belt aka Build Forgiveness Into the Land

The fourth category of teachability

The fourth category of teachability

because-he-wants-to-do-itQuite a few of my students sent me a request to measure whether they are teachable, whether they are coachable.

And that is where I had an insight:

The reason the 67 steps coaching is so effective is this:

People make the changes, the tiny, near invisible changes in what they see, what they do, how they do it, because it is their choice. 1

What does this mean?

When you make a change because you saw that you needed to, then that change can become permanent. It becomes part of who you are.

Capacities are like doors: they can be closed, they can be open.

Capacities are like doors: they can be closed, they can be open.

Closed door, closed capacity: that is clear. No traffic is possible. Open, that is a whole other ball game: the door can be open anywhere from 1% to 100%

I activated the Unconditional Love capacity: the degree to which the intrinsic Self and the invented, the fake self can interact and bring peace, joy, fulfillment, creativity, curiosity to one’s life.

Watching people, I am more than certain that they think: I’ve done it…

But…

My capacity is 70% open… Not 100%. I have done this activation a 100 times. I have the activator in every glass of water I drink. And in five years I got to 70%.

Matsa, my very first student is at 50%.

And another old student of mine is at 10%.

What is the difference?

Want to find your self? Express it? Be true to it? Be motivated by it?

Want to find your self? Express it? Be true to it? Be motivated by it?

brett-wilson-find-yourself-and-be-thatI started to read the book by Edward Deci, “Why we do what we do. Understanding self-motivation”.

This is the first book, that I know, that defines self the way, or similarly the way I do…

To become a person, to have autonomy, self-determination, self-expression, integrity, self-motivation, the most important job is to find the self, by distinguishing what is the driver of all your actions, whether it is inner or outer.

And if it is inner… is it the self, or is it the “not-self”?

Greed, narcissism, hate… area inner motivators, but they are all the not-self. So are all the “negative” emotions, like frustration, haste, the desire to fix, to punish, to suffer… etc. Continue reading “Want to find your self? Express it? Be true to it? Be motivated by it?”

Experience junkie? Spending all your money on courses?

Experience junkie? Spending all your money on courses?

the experience junkieI used to be a course junkie. I have recovered… This morning’s incident is a good indicator…

I found myself this morning unable to connect. Connect to Source…

When I closed my eyes, I was buzzing…

I muscletested: Am I tired? The answer was “yes”. Shall I rest? The answer was “yes/no” Shall I meditate? The answer was “yes” Shall I meditate for five minutes? “yes”

I closed my eyes, and within seconds I had this huge upheaval, with lots of tears.

Now, what the heck is that about?

I didn’t forget that I have been downloading the Day of Power energy over the past 36 hours… and whatever is there, spiritually, can spill out, and be gone… really fast.

I don’t care what was in that sob. It’s gone. I also don’t look at my poop and wonder what was in it… unless I do… lol.

But you? are you still a junkie?

Your vibration is an indicator to what degree you use force

Your vibration is an indicator to what degree you use force

force-v-powerAnimals are not forceful. Plants are not forceful. Why? Because, while the selfish gene is quite forceful, the animals surrender to the selfish gene… and go “with” it.

Humans are animals with a mind… and the mind is forceful. More forceful than the selfish gene…

The selfish gene is clear on what it wants: it wants to increase itself in the gene pool. That is all it is interested in. It negotiates with nature, with other species, with toxins, with members of the same species continually to lead to evolutionary stable strategies…. ess in short.

It adapts or it dies. The more adaptable, the more aware the gene and the vehicle, the more successful the gene is in propagating itself, and it thrives. It cannot afford to be forceful:

Forcefulness comes from blindness, and the repercussions is extinction. Forceful means: unaware and uncaring… Continue reading “Your vibration is an indicator to what degree you use force”

Want a world of positive energy? A world on the side of Life?

Want a world of positive energy? A world on the side of Life?

source-circuitryI am sick to my stomach…

Why? Because people are unaware of the balance of “power” inside them… because people are trying to “give” from ego, thinking they are spreading positive energy in the world.

I am reading a book on Kabbalistic Astrology.

The most important thing, for me, in the book is that unless you have a high enough vibration, you are NOT connected to all-of-it, The Force, Source, or whatever you want to call it, and everything you say, thinking it is positive energy, is instead spreading negative energy.

When I look back at my life, I can see that the turning point was when I first distinguished for myself the duality of desire: desire to receive for the self alone vs. desire to receive for the sake of sharing.

Before that I thought that sharing is always positive energy… and the results in my life were obvious: I was not liked. I gave an awful lot, so much it hurt, and yet nothing came back to me.

I was not receiving energy from the Universe.

So I gave more. I tried to grease the wheels of the Universe… nothing.

Learning new things is hard. But the other side of pain

Learning new things is hard. But the other side of pain

learning-is-hardI hate to learn new things. I am learning disabled. It’s not an excuse, it’s a fact that is in my way and makes any learning process torturous for me.

Does this mean I don’t learn new things? No.

I am OK with slow. I am OK with the pain. I am OK to move through dark fog to come out on the other end with some clarity. Continue reading “Learning new things is hard. But the other side of pain”
