People who raise their vibration and people who don’t?

People who raise their vibration and people who don’t?

Humanity can be divided to two groups. The dividing line is the vibration of 200… the level of responsibility and integrity.

Responsibility is a view of life where it is up to you. What? Everything. And when it is up to you, then you are never a victim, although things may happen to you, thing may be done to you, and yet you are not a victim. Because you have something to say in the matter… and you don’t say that you are a victim.

Responsibility is a dividing line, and I fully expect that 99 out of 100 of my readers, including my regular readers, my clients, my students, think responsibility is either a duty (you have to, need to, or should) or blame (you had to, you needed to, you should have… and you didn’t!) How to get out of the rut you are in? Get unstuck…

How to get out of the rut you are in? Get unstuck…

Simple answer: You lack skills and capacities…

You can boil water, make coffee in the coffee maker. Drive a car, open your smartphone… You are not quite hopeless… or are you? Not quite hapless either… or are you?

One of the measurements in the Starting Point Measurements is your vocabulary: how well  do you actually know, how accurately know what words mean…

Here we look into words (distinctions) that define your ability to live a good life… skills, competencies, abilities and such. Continue reading “How to get out of the rut you are in? Get unstuck…”

Self-trust… a linchpin capacity… can you develop it?

Self-trust… a linchpin capacity… can you develop it?

scared-to-take-the-next-stepHow do you develop yourself to be able to move forward? To grow?

Many of my coaching students are at a crucial point in their lives where unless something happens, they probably won’t move forward.

Fear, unclarity, self-centeredness, belligerence…

The main attitude is different for each person. Not one person resembles another in what seems to block their path.

A perfect example of the Anna Karenina Principle: a deficiency in any one of a number of factors dooms an endeavor to failure. All happy families are alike; each unhappy family is unhappy in its own way

All people who move forward are alike. All stuck people are stuck in their own way.

Can you turn life into a party? At a moment’s notice?

Can you turn life into a party? At a moment’s notice?
feet-in-the-soilI experienced a few weeks ago that I can bring party to life.

It was at my weekly exercise class. The teacher has 600 songs on his tablet… and we do everything to the music and the rhythm of the songs.

You can use that to do the movements normally, or the way I do it: like a crazy breakdancer… not the moves, just the temperament… I am getting old. But I used to dance like a breakdancer… no kidding.

How you dance expresses who you are the most accurately… of course within the boundaries of your physical intelligence.

1 thing, 1 principle, 1 distinction: turn your life around

1 thing, 1 principle, 1 distinction: turn your life around

One of the crucial steps in the 67 steps, is Step #26. It’s about having both belts and suspenders so you always have something to hold up your pants… your life… your health… And your relationships… your livelihood. That step is a step that has been paying me dividends for years now.

Having both a best and a suspender is a distinction…

It began when I first heard it. In 2016. Continue reading “1 thing, 1 principle, 1 distinction: turn your life around”

Do you live your life without preparation? Winging it?

Do you live your life without preparation? Winging it?

There is a saying ‘Always be selling’, but I think ‘Always be preparing’ is a better saying.

It doesn’t just apply to everyone, it also is more useful.

There’s a quote famously attributed to Alexander Graham Bell: ‘BEFORE anything else, preparation is the key to success.’

Today’s parents, today’s people don’t think they are unprepared. I have read about a woman who homeschools her children, and decided that they don’t need to learn basic maths… Continue reading “Do you live your life without preparation? Winging it?”

But what about fear? What shall I do if I am always afraid?

But what about fear? What shall I do if I am always afraid?
Alexander the Great supposedly said:

Through every generation of the human race there has been a constant war, a war with fear. Those who have the courage to conquer it are made free and those who are conquered by it are made to suffer until they have the courage to defeat it, or death takes them.

Now, looking at it from the viewpoint of the fixed mindset versus the growth mindset you can see that the fixed mindset promises you to keep you safe. Continue reading “But what about fear? What shall I do if I am always afraid?”

What do you like about me? What don’t you like about me?

What do you like about me? What don’t you like about me?

Today is December 18, 2016…

I went to my chiropractor today: my neck was stuck.

I took a ride with the community center van. On the way back the driver of the van gave me feedback on myself: eager. As in eager beaver… busybody, annoying, rushing people.

I was already waiting outside when he came to pick me up, and I was waiting for him outside the chiropractor’s off ice when he came to pick me up. I meant to make it easier and faster for him, but that is not how it landed… obviously.

Ugh. That hurts…

Like a White Peacock. do things for the love of doing things

side-peacockI love reading. My favorite books tear down the proverbial curtain of the Wizard of Oz.

And my favorite activities… you could guess, are when I can tear down the curtain… and actually show the naked reality of things…

I find delight in it. Continue reading “Like a White Peacock. do things for the love of doing things”

Just ask “What is it I don’t know? What is it I don’t see?”

Just ask “What is it I don’t know? What is it I don’t see?”

You can follow me down the rabbit hole. You can do it… The only question is: will you think it worth your while?

I know I have said it before, lots of times, but I will say it again, but slightly differently this time. So bear with me: the reward will be unbelievable!

When something isn’t working, there is something you don’t know.

Said in another way:

When something isn’t working (the way you expected it to work), you can be sure that there is something you don’t know or can’t see.

Unfortunately to you, when you hear this sentence, you will never think about your mindset. You’ll never think that your thinking is wrong. That your life philosophy is wrong. Continue reading “Just ask “What is it I don’t know? What is it I don’t see?””
