What is the Self? Part 5: Powerful/Powerless

Powerful/powerless

The fake self lives for extremes. It lives for definition: in definition there is safety. Also there is the bait: fix it if you don’t like it.

The Self is fluid. It knows that in the undefined lies the freedom, the ability to live fully, to put all power in all action, to live for no reason, to rejoice for no reason, to love for no reason.

As I have predicted, I am having a lot of stuff coming up. I live in a two-family house. I live upstairs, and I have pay extra for the right to park my car in the driveway.

I don’t have a car, but I feel, that I am paying for the parking right, so I don’t want the downstairs tenant to park his car there… He’s started to park his car there a few days ago. It seems that the landlord is encouraging it. I am seething. I am furious. I am experiencing myself powerless: all known ways of revenge are illegal, outright criminal.

What is the Self? Part 4: Validation/Invalidation

Validation/invalidation

How many times has it happened that you were looking to others to know what you feel? To know what to think? To know how to react?

The laugh-track machines are used exactly for that reason: people who have no sense of self, they will take cue, and laugh when the machine laughs.

Because we never really got present to who we are, what we hold true, what is important to us, because we were indoctrinated early on to think, feel, hold true, and say yes to what other people wanted us to, and because the reward was attention, food, hugs, atta’ girl, or nice gifts, we lost and dug under our natural likes and dislikes, our natural aspirations, our real feelings.

We toed the line 1 of “me-too’s” and mimicked, parroted, and tried to feel what they felt.

What is the Self? What happens after you find your self?

What is the self? This question comes up again and again. Is it the same as the ego? Is it the same as soul? Is it this, is it that?

I have been asking this question as well. We didn’t come to this world to know self, and definitely weren’t allowed to get to know self.

The moment, in the cradle, you discovered that when you smiled adults got excited and gave you more attention, your corruption, the corruption of the untarnished, unspoiled self began.

The personality that you now honor as your self is on the circumference of your being. The circumference is rich in adjectives, adverbs, and poor in being.

You say I am this, and I am that, and I have to maintain this and that… or sometimes you say “being this” or “being that.”

The moment there is a word after the word “being” we are moving away from Self.

Being guided by YOUR spirit is the most unsettling way of being guided.

You don’t know why you are guided where you are guided, what you are supposed to learn, so you learn what you can, and trust.

Morality, morals, conduct befitting a high vibration person

People can’t hear what you say, ever. They “hear” what they think you are saying. What you said went through a set of filters, stuff was taken away, stuff was added.

I, sometimes, get a comment here and there, that reflect it more than others. Mikolaj’s comment is an example: “She’s married and a mother right now, no hiding there, as far as I know. Why the ‘before’?”

The article she is commenting on is my second review of Teal Scott Bosworth. I revisited her, and found, for the second time, that her life-story that explains how come she is an indigo child, is a fabrication.

Now, she may be an indigo child, Source doesn’t seem to know about indigo children, so there you have it.

She may have special abilities that don’t show up for me, but what she doesn’t seem to have is the ability and the results she promises.

Encounters with a lion... you can remain fearless, and do nothing... like you should.

This is pretty much what this spiritual work is about: don’t try to change anything.

How to use the Avatar State audios? Don’t change anything. Just observe. Just bring awareness to the behavior, the feelings, the thoughts, the inclinations that are the focus of the activator.

Once you bring awareness to anything undesirable, it will go away by itself.

When you resist or want to change anything, it will go underground, and will run your life more powerfully than before… You won’t have any life left of your own at all.

Many of you are there… there is not much I can do for you.

Emotional breathing is one of the possible causes of your weight gain

Breathing should be controlled by your physiology, but because in “modern” man the mind has taken over most of your physiology, your hunger, your breathing, your sex, your breathing has also been controlled by your mind.

Mind contains your thoughts and your feelings. It is true that you have bodily feelings, just like any living being, but it is the mind that decides for you what they mean.

The mind is a meaning making machine. And lately its main, self-assumed function is to say if something is negative or positive.

Let me give you an example: you sit at your computer and you suddenly have a stab of pain on the right side of your chest.

Depending on your predisposition, your mind will decide what the pain “means” and then start dictating your actions.

Addicted to anxiety, anger, shame, grief, fear, anguish? Here is your remedy…

I am sitting here. My insides are in turbulence. My shoulders are stiff. I am playing Freecell, which is a computer card game, if you didn’t know.

I suddenly have a doubt flash through my being: do I feel tense or tenser because of playing this game? I muscletest it. The answer is a strong Yes.

And this is what this article is about: how you are used to go a level of tension, to a level of anxiety, a level of trepidation, and then you’ll find a way to adjust your environment to raise your anxiety level to the level you are addicted to.

In my case, this is definitely so, but there is another aspect, and I ask my empaths and sensitives, to please listen up: when you are feeling anxiety that you have no reason to feel: you’ll create a reason for it.

Weight… surrounded by myth, lies, and untruths

I don’t claim to be an expert at weight loss. After all my own weight is somewhat unmanageable, yet, I’d like to contribute to the issue, and maybe make a difference in the process.

My weight history: I was skinny for two long periods in my life: till age 9 and between ages 24 and 41.

The first period was where I had a natural distaste for food that didn’t work for my body. That meant most foods, especially the kind my family ate. I got beaten for not eating what was on my plate, but it didn’t matter to me.

The period ended when my hormones went crazy. That brought on a long period of struggle, eating with my mind, and eating for emotional reasons. Hormones do cause emotional reasons, but as you already know, I was also an unconscious empath… which means everybody’s emotions were my reason to eat, eat, eat.

Then at 24 I started to work as an architect, and was at work most of my time, or working for my second, third, and fourth degree, so I wasn’t near food. The places where I worked had a cafeteria with a menu, and I ate my meals there.

This period lasted till I finally permanently quit gainful employment, and became a home-worker.

Dangerous.

When you work at home, you need to have more motivation, you have no one to talk to to reduce anxiety or tension, so I eat. I eat because it reduces tension.

I don’t even need a dining table, I chain eat. The only way I can manage my weight if I don’t have anything, in any quantity, in the house that I should not eat.

So, what are the reasons we get fat? Because if we can reduce or eliminate those reasons, naturally we’ll get to normal weight that can be maintained indefinitely.

I have noted a few reasons that I did not hear from other people: they are my own experience, that I have tested with others:

  1. Emotional not breathing deeply enough. My Heaven on Earth is a life-saver here.
  2. Not being in the present moment: i.e. being in a state of yearning, longing, wanting. The Get Back to the Present audio activator is a godsend
  3. Being guided by “science” read about on the Internet, or other news sources: those scientific facts were financed by food companies and/or pharmaceutical companies, and are a pack of misinformation
  4. Being toxic. My cleansing energies are really great for this, although I do not offer colon cleansing, or kidney cleansing: I don’t know how to do that energetically. The Cleansing Event will be a great introduction to energetic cleansing. In the upcoming article I’ll point you to the right source for cleansing the colon and the kidney as well.
  5. Cravings for sweet stuff that can’t be satisfied because the sweet stuff doesn’t have what you are craving.

I am going to dedicate an article to each of these causes, but for now, just identifying these causes should suffice. I don’t want to write another long article here.

After all, I am busy preparing the Cleansing Event on the 16th. By the way, if there is enough interest, I may make it a regular feature… we shall see!
