What does your laughter mean? What does your laughter do?

What does your laughter mean? What does your laughter do?

There are two kinds of laughter. Depending on what predominates, you are a happy person or an unhappy person. You have peace or you have turbulence.

The two kinds of laughs are
  1. derisive laugh = Mocking; jeering.
  2. benevolent laugh: the laughter of recognition

There is always a price. We are looking at laughter by the criterion: who pays the price.

Life is a system of seesaws, little hinges swing big doors

Life is a system of seesaws, little hinges swing big doors

a system of seesawsWhat is the real meaning of little hinges swing big doors? What glorious thing can it mean to you and your entrepreneurial aspirations?

Why are most self-help books, courses worthless?

Why are most self-help books, courses worthless?

Why are most self-help books, courses worthless?

Worthless other than being boring? lol…

They bore the heck out of me… but that is my problem, I guess.

The reason they are worthless because they talk about what to do, but they never teach about consolidation.

My teacher in creating courses taught that the first session needs to give people a quick big win… so they get excited and stay in the course. Continue reading “Why are most self-help books, courses worthless?”

Just ask “What is it I don’t know? What is it I don’t see?”

Just ask “What is it I don’t know? What is it I don’t see?”

You can follow me down the rabbit hole. You can do it… The only question is: will you think it worth your while?

I know I have said it before, lots of times, but I will say it again, but slightly differently this time. So bear with me: the reward will be unbelievable!

When something isn’t working, there is something you don’t know.

Said in another way:

When something isn’t working (the way you expected it to work), you can be sure that there is something you don’t know or can’t see.

Unfortunately to you, when you hear this sentence, you will never think about your mindset. You’ll never think that your thinking is wrong. That your life philosophy is wrong. Continue reading “Just ask “What is it I don’t know? What is it I don’t see?””

An upset 3 year old is running your life?

An upset 3 year old is running your life?

The drama triangle… switch up the roles!

The drama triangle is a useful model inside which you can examine, re-live, and heal any conflict.

Conflict is a nice name where what one person/ one company/    one group/ one country’s point of view, self-interest doesn’t agree with some other person’s or group’s self-interest.

It’s normal. But it is doubly normal for children. Small children. A conflict with the parents. Continue reading “An upset 3 year old is running your life?”

The Self, the spinal wave, intention, will, responsibility

The Self, the spinal wave, intention, will, responsibility

The Unconditional Love Activator is a simple activator. If you can allow it to work on you, it can silence the crew that is protesting. It can silence the ‘Precious I’ who you consider yourself to be, and allow the two selves to connect.

So what happens when you, who you consider yourself to be, and your Self, the core, the empty space connect?

The purpose of the Reality Challenge is to find your Self

The purpose of the Reality Challenge is to find your Self

If you ever tried to meditate. If you are a ‘meditator’. And if the idea of meditation brings up bile to your throat… like for me.

OK who else? Oh, those who couldn’t give a shriveled nut for the idea of mediation… so all people…

The only thing meditation wants you to do is to look within. You spend almost all your life looking outward, and have no idea about what is inside. Continue reading “The purpose of the Reality Challenge is to find your Self”

Plugging leaks, building and consolidating habits

Plugging leaks, building and consolidating habits

I’ve used the 67 step program (by Tai Lopez) to take me to a 360 degree observation of myself, my life, and my leaks.

The 67 steps is 67 audios. They are not something to learn.

It is most useful the way I’ve used it, as a diagnostic tool. Diagnosing your leaks.

Growth, change is an epigenetic shift. First plug the leaks

Growth, change is an epigenetic shift. First plug the leaks

This article is about consolidation. Consolidation of what you have achieved… Without consolidation there is no growth… or if there is: it is called unmanaged growth… aka cancer.

Genetics is hardware. Epigenetics is software. Loosely speaking.

Capacities, in the DNA, can be expressed, switched on or switched off, like a plugin that provides additional functionality in a software.

When you change, you do more than just surface changes: in effect you change how the DNA, capacities, etc. get switched on or switched off… you are creating epigenetic changes. And not just physical, the only aspect ‘science’ is talking about, but the whole person. Not just fat/skinny, health conscious, life-unconscious aspect… but really the whole intelligent person who you are or… ahem… who you are not.

The first phase of growth is to plug the leaks.

Everyone wants abundance, but what does abundance mean?

Everyone wants abundance, but what does abundance mean?

I was a pack rat most of my life. It’s not a pretty way to be, not a good match to ‘high vibration’ but it was a fact… I was a pack rat.

I had a really difficult time to throw anything away, be it a box, a plastic bag, a newsletter, a piece of clothing… So my apartment is still filled to the brim with stuff I don’t use, and will never use.

When I want to clean my closets, I learned that my slogan needs to be: have I worn this in the past year? and if not, give it away or throw it away. But it is hard to throw away stuff. I spent good money to buy it.

I have tons of clothes, some expensive. Clothes I’ve never worn. Continue reading “Everyone wants abundance, but what does abundance mean?”
