Three reasons you don’t learn… and end up ignorant in spite of the money and the time invested…

What phase of learning do you regularly skip that you end up ignorant? Never amounting to much…

… in spite of all the courses you’ve taken, all the books you’ve read, all the videos you’ve watched? I am not even talking about the books and courses that you bought but never went through… Just the ones where you thought you learned something…

We live in a world of instant. Instagram, Instacart, Facebook live… blah blah blah. Continue reading “Three reasons you don’t learn… and end up ignorant in spite of the money and the time invested…”

You are comfortable? you stopped growing, and started dying.

You are comfortable? you stopped growing, and started dying.

One of the principles I keep on repeating without it ever getting gotten, pretty much by anyone, is that YOU can’t tell how intelligent you are, and YOU can’t tell how intelligent a person you interact with is.

The general principle is
  • you can only see maybe ten points above your own IQ
  • you consider yourself more intelligent than you are
  • because are very dupeable… and you cannot see that if someone is a good ‘talker’, if they are entertaining, that doesn’t mean they are intelligent.

I recently measured the IQ of people in two of my programs. Continue reading “You are comfortable? you stopped growing, and started dying.”

The test if you are a person is how you treat others

The test if you are a person is how you treat others

Treat me like a person!

I didn’t realize that this is a big issue until I searched for picture to illustrate this article…

Almost a billion pages…

Your relationships… inside and outside… are they people, or are they cardboard cutouts?

Here is an idea most of you will be uncomfortable with:

People you have in your life are either there because

  • 1. they have to. They are family, co-workers, who don’t really have a choice about it. They are employees to where you shop, live, work…
  • 2. they want what you have or what you offer
  • 3. they want YOU… and therefore what you offer

Why can a Mongol be well on meat, blood and milk?

Why can a Mongol be well on meat, blood and milk?

Some ethnicities live on a very limited variety of foods, a diet that doesn’t sound healthy… yet they are healthy, vibrant, smart, and vigorous.

Why can’t you? What would happen to you if you suddenly decided to eat like the Mongols in the 12th-14th Century, some 800 years ago?

I am going to entertain you with my tale… of no health…

I used to buy every expensive vitamin and supplement, and yet I wasn’t well. EVER. I really haven’t been well since high school.

All the supplement, superfoods, this and that did not make me well.

Nowadays I muscletest supplements before i take them, and most days I taken none, and occasionally I need one.

My kitchen counter has about a hundred bottles of the unneeded stuff.

What happened?

OK, if your IQ is not at least at or above average, stop reading here… you won’t understand. I don’t mean to be mean, I don’t mean to be rude, but your comprehension is limited, and what I am going to teach here is science. Continue reading “Why can a Mongol be well on meat, blood and milk?”

What is the reason people don’t do much with their lives?

What is the reason people don’t do much with their lives?

success-will-never-be-a-big-stepI am in the middle of the Water Energizing Challenge, and that gives me an unprecedented insight into people I didn’t want… 🙁

I am seeing something I didn’t expect, but that is what I am getting: stinginess.

Holding back, dealing thing out in thimbles instead of buckets, love, work, faith, service, energy, everything. For one’s own self, and for others, for life.

Result: No abundance.

Abundance is the opposite of stinginess. Abundance means abandon, flowing, largeness… there is more where that came from. Energy, love, effort, faith… joy!

Even how you laugh: hahaha… but I hear you holding back. Scarcity shows in every movement, everything you do. Continue reading “What is the reason people don’t do much with their lives?”

How to eat just before fall and winter? And why…

How to eat just before fall and winter? And why…

me: The food lists this month feel different… Are you changing your mind about a lot of foods?
Source: yes
me: because of the results you see?
Source: yes

Pay attention to your food list. Read the underlying intention, read the suggestion, read the instructions in it. I am going to help you here a little…

It is late August. It will be winter soon. Source is telling you to use the little time available to stock up on fresh. Raw. Vitamin C. Fresh herbs. Fresh scallion, chives, spinach, kale, and don’t fill yourself with winter food… you’ll get enough of that in the winter. Continue reading “How to eat just before fall and winter? And why…”

Words create your emotions, your reality, your next action

Words create your emotions, your reality, your next action

Words create your emotions, your reality, your next action, your beingness, your attitude… everything

‘Law of attraction’ teachers abuse this fact… and fleece you, dupe you, and infuse you with delusional beliefs. But regardless… it is true. Words create worlds. But not all words, and definitely not imprecise words…

In this article I’ll deal with that imprecision.

Words create your emotions, your reality, your next action, your beingness, your attitude… everything. Everything you can’t wrap some words around don’t exist for you.

Do you think it would be a good idea to use the words with some finesse, precision, instead of doing it with sloppiness?

Of course, how you do anything is how you do everything: if you are a sloppy person, your language will be sloppy too.
If you are stingy…
If you are a time waster…
If you are cowardly…
If you are a liar, a cheater, a bombastic promiser who never delivers…

You get the drift, I hope. Continue reading “Words create your emotions, your reality, your next action”

Ask Source: Leptin Resistance, is it a racket?

Ask Source: Leptin Resistance, is it a racket?

What is up with the ever growing number of sales videos pushing Leptin resistance supplements?

Leptin is sometimes called the satiety hormone.

First guestion to Source: is leptin resistance real? yes, says Source. It is.

Source says that people who never diet, have never dieted, don’t get fat.

The next question: even if they eat the same food that makes us fat? the answer was ‘no’. If they eat the same food as dieters eat, everybody gets fat.

WTF? Continue reading “Ask Source: Leptin Resistance, is it a racket?”

You can’t hurry learning, you can’t hurry growth or healing

You can’t hurry learning, you can’t hurry growth or healing

One of the sins humanity is perpetrating and has been maybe forever is hurry.

Hurry puts you out of sync, out of harmony with Life. Hurry means you want something faster than it is.

While some things can be done faster without a price. You can run faster, but if your heart goes faster too, you’ll drop dead. You can throw a ball faster. You can make an engine faster. But most things move at the speed of the thing, and making them faster will have a price higher than the thing you want. Are you a lone wolf? The capacity of inclusivity…

Are you a lone wolf? The capacity of inclusivity…

Some animals are lone rangers… hunt alone. Maybe eat their young when hungry. Other animals hunt in a pack. Humans are supposedly pack animals, but individuals dare to differ. I am not a pack animal, although when I find a group of people who welcome me, I get all teary eyed… but even then: I’ll do my own thing, and ‘belong’ to the pack as a leader. And if I can’t be a leader, if I can’t have a voice, I don’t want to be there.

Which means: humans vary in many regards, and this is just one of them.

As a kid I was the black sheep. For years I wasn’t even included in family dinners… my mother sent my food in on a tray with my little brother.

I felt excluded. Thrown out. Left out. Continue reading “Are you a lone wolf? The capacity of inclusivity…”
