Being judged

We are judged all the time. Justly, unjustly, the feeling of being judged is familiar to all of us… and some of us is bothered and paralyzed by it more than others.

What’s painful in being judged is that the judgment contains a kernel of truth (or more) and the other part is the judging themselves: in judging they place themselves above us… simply unbearable to the sensitive Precious I.

This story is about my very recent “bout” with being judged… and shows what is on the other side of judgment… how to free yourself from it so it doesn’t sting quite that much… maybe not even at all.

OK, here we go:

If you’ve known me for a while, you know that I don’t do housework, or really shamefully little. Continue reading “Being judged”

There is a secret switch at 200 vibration… you miss

There is a secret switch at 200 vibration… you miss

…in fact, without that secret switch you can’t really get to 200 vibration, and if by accident (siphoning someone else’s energy, for example mine) you got there… you’ll lose it… because to get to 200 and stay there… you need this capacity… Continue reading “There is a secret switch at 200 vibration… you miss”

Compounding interest… the secret of exponential growth…

Compounding interest… the secret of exponential growth…

There is a controversial saying by Charlie Munger, who said: to get what you want, you need to deserve what you want.

This is controversial, because the verb, deserve, is bastardized in our culture. What he should have said:

to have a chance to get what you want, you need to earn what you want. And then say: to earn what you want, you need to become the person who canĀ  earn what they want.

How to find your real self… Stop honoring your false self

How to find your real self… Stop honoring your false self

As I have written before, the book I am reading now is the Metaskills.

The author is a designer, and looks at life through a designer’s glasses.

The article “You live in a world of your own design” is one of the favorite articles on my site. People want to design their lives.

The popularity of the program, Mind Movies builds on that desire to design… but the requirements for design are not there, not there for 99.99% of humanity… What is there is something else, something that doesn’t allow for design.

The basics of being a designer is what is most missing in life… if you really look, you can see it. Continue reading “How to find your real self… Stop honoring your false self”

Did you get stuck at 3-year old behaving like a 3-year old child

Did you get stuck at 3-year old behaving like a 3-year old child

Did you get stuck, ontologically, at a 3-year old’s level, and you are still behaving like a 3-year old child

Ontology is being science.

It looks at the grounds of your being. Here are a few examples: “I am an object in the world of objects.” “I am not free to be myself!” “There is something wrong and it needs to be fixed!” “Don’t tell me what to do!” “I already know!” “It’s mine!” “I am a girl” “I am not loved” “Life is dangerous” “I can’t count on anyone” “I am worthless” 1

Your life is built on the grounds of your being… like a house. You don’t like your life? Examine your grounds of being: the issue is there. Continue reading “Did you get stuck at 3-year old behaving like a 3-year old child”

What you value and in what order…

your load... intrinsicallyA lot of why’s are answered here… why you can’t get well, why you are not happy, etc.

People are the highest value in the universe. Why? Because they are able to be all levels of values, the thinking mind (systemic), the extrinsic (create tools, cook food, provide pleasure), and the intrinsic.

You live, predominantly on one level, and value what is on that level most.

Depending on how closely your valuation matches the valuation that is “godly”, or the Original Design, you fulfill the purpose of being human.

Many of you don’t have a Self… here is how to find it

Many of you don’t have a Self… here is how to find it

We all have two selves. One is real, the other is made up.

The bigger the distance between the two, the less authentic, the less happy we are.

When you love yourself: you love your life… said in another way: when the two selves are in harmony, you love your life.

The soul’s (the real self) job is to cause character, the soul’s job is to help you find out who you are. The Self. The person you are…

Many of you have not managed to distinguish a Self from all the ideas of who you should be, who you want to be, who you fancy yourself being… The precious I, the delusional self.

A Self is your ‘I’ that is independent and defensible from other people’s opinion, and from even your own opinion of you… when you make mistakes.

I know this is a mouthful, so let me elaborate:

Musings. Thoughts that an unplanned ‘vacation’ gave me

I just spent almost four whole days and whole nights in bed, in and out of sleep.

It was new to me to think of myself first, and of ‘duty’ second.

But I have learned, the hard way, that if I don’t take care of myself, I may be dead sooner than I’d like.

Actually it wasn’t hard to stay in bed. This was for me like a vacation. I vacated my mind. Trial death. Nice.

Until last night… that is. when my mind kicked in and instead of letting me sleep, I was writing articles in my head. Continue reading “Musings. Thoughts that an unplanned ‘vacation’ gave me”

For you everything is the same as everything else, except that not always…

The second part of the title, “except that not always” is doesn’t apply for at least 10% of you: you won’t even see the difference when I point it out. 2

The most frustrating thing is, that you are sure you are saying or understanding the right words… but you don’t. And you blame it on the speaker saying that what they said doesn’t work.

How do I know?

For most people, who become a student in my programs, this is the first hurdle to pass.

You come into my program with a 300 accurate vocabulary, and you only hear the words you think you know what they mean, but that is not what I said.

I only find out what you heard when you tell me my words back to me… wrong. inaccurate. different words. Different meaning. Or Tai’s words, if you are in the 67 steps coaching… 3 Continue reading “For you everything is the same as everything else, except that not always…”

Should you become a client? Would I even accept you as a client?

For decades one of my sore spots was that people refused to serve me, even though I paid them.

I remember saying to myself: my money is not good enough for you? and wept.

I had no idea how I “accomplished” that… in 20/20 hindsight it is still a little spotty.

What wasn’t clear to me, never even occurred to me, how my attitude effected the service provider. My “To what degree you think of yourself:” starting point measure was, at the time, 70%. From my behavior I would have guessed it was higher.

Mainly I overrode what they said. I argued, I knew better, I acted with contempt…

What I didn’t know then is that being a service provider needs to be a win, or no service.

A customer who is not happy is a drag on an provider, and not worth the little (or even a lot of) money they pay.

I was that kind of customer…
