Dominant belief is found to act like an energetic attachment

fir tree, like an energetic attachment, is growing inside man's lungDominant belief is like the fir tree that was growing in this Russian man’s lung. True story… and a great illustration of what an attachment is and how it debilitates you.

15 years ago I met a guy who was into energies. It all sounded a tall tale to me, somewhat irritating, to tell you the truth. After all I knew everything about everything… and this wasn’t one of the things I had even heard of… energies?

Anyway, I was proven wrong soon, and became a convert.

Energies became very real for me, as physical as dirt and milk and bread… Soon I was training to become an energy practitioner, and I worked on him, on myself, and even traded energy work for massage therapy… Continue reading “Dominant belief is found to act like an energetic attachment”

Can you increase your IQ, and if yes, how? Let me share how I did it.

Can you increase your IQ, and if yes, how? Let me share how I did it.

increase your IQWhat is the ultimate context difference between low and high vibration, low intelligence and high intelligence? Or asked differently: can you increase your IQ?

Instead of IQ tests, a single number, we should have, like I do, a detailed assessment system. It is more guiding about how one can increase their results in life.

I am looking at myself. I am playing Freecell. What do I do to win every game? I use foresight. I use holding more than one item in my brain. I use fuzzy viewing: no focus. I use astuteness: which is seeing AND recognizing, accurately what I see. I also recognize patterns, and I am flexible: each game has different patterns embedded.

Chess players don’t have a high IQ when they start out. Their IQ grows as they use and develop the same capacities I use in Freecell, just further.

I’ve raised my IQ 30 points with my Freecell practice. I teach you to increase your IQ too Continue reading “Can you increase your IQ, and if yes, how? Let me share how I did it.”

Want to grow? Master outcome independence!

Want to grow? Master outcome independence!

outcome independenceZen: Chop wood, carry water. An outcome independent series of actions. Outcome independence .

Western Culture: What is your why? Create big audacious goals, take bold actions…

One is outcome independent with an overarching goal of inner peace. Not now, not at this moment, but for life.

The other is outcome dependent, judging every step for the result it produced or not, resulting in misery. Continue reading “Want to grow? Master outcome independence!”

Too scared to get out of your rut? to even try?

Too scared to get out of your rut? to even try?

I looked at the current numbers of the epidemic in New York and in my city this morning.

I caught a glimpse that the websites now offer ‘mental health’ advice on how to cope. Continue reading “Too scared to get out of your rut? to even try?”

What level is your emotional intelligence? Your EQ…

What level is your emotional intelligence? Your EQ…

I was lead to an old article of mine. Controversial, and I bet not very useful for most people…

I wrote it in 2012. I have grown a lot since then.

In the article I was attempting to guide you to detect truth value, estimate the vibration teachers and products… without muscletesting.

In the article I was making the same mistake I have been making, all my life: supposing that you can see patterns, that you can see behind the curtain, that you can see more than you actually can.

Emotional intelligence, the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one’s emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically, seeing emotional patterns, being able to detect lies, not by rigid made up rules, like in law enforcement, but to actually see something that another is trying to hide, or someone trying to make airs, or such… requires a lot higher emotional and overall intelligence than most of us have.

Why your capacities will turn off, one by one

Why your capacities will turn off, one by one

Without integrity nothing works… your capacities will turn off, one by one

I got a good question from a client who can’t or won’t keep her Sight capacity on for any length of time.

She asked: How quickly is the capacity switching off after you re-activate it? Is it switching off before I get the chance to even use it?

I looked, muscletested a few ideas, and started to see what’s happening.

A good question can trigger a lot of looking and if you have The Sight capacity, a lot of seeing.

A saw that seeing what there is to see is very confronting, because now you know you are full of crap. so as soon as the ego sees the light on, it turns it off

What do I mean? Continue reading “Why your capacities will turn off, one by one”

What does your weight has to do with The Sight capacity?

What does your weight has to do with The Sight capacity?

“Shrink your stomach” is the phrase I was searching in Google. Back in the years, after I graduated from architecture school, my boy friend said I was fat. So I slimmed myself down. I remember my stomach was so small, I could only eat half an apple in one go.

But google swears that you cannot shrink your stomach. WTF? 1This is what I found:

studies have shown that our stomach’s food storing abilities are connected to our eating habits. Meaning that the size of the stomach has nothing to do with the size of the person. Continue reading “What does your weight has to do with The Sight capacity?”

First, learn to see… that is what being astute is about

First, learn to see… that is what being astute is about

This starts with a blog post by Jonathan Fields

“The best of the best don’t just do more with what they see, they see more before they do.”

What Jonathan Field doesn’t say in the below article (after my ramblings), because the idea that seeing is a DNA capacity triggered by looking, is not common knowledge. I think so much so, that other than myself and my students, no one considers it.

DNA researchers are solely focusing on health… or illness to be precise. Continue reading “First, learn to see… that is what being astute is about”

How to answer the question: what do you do for a living?

How to answer the question: what do you do for a living?

I have been pondering this question… and until just now haven’t found a satisfying answer.

The question is: what do you do? What do you do for a living, Sophie?

I do seemingly many things, don’t I? I write articles, I talk to people, I lead courses, I coach people, I measure stuff, I read a lot so I can guide you well.

But what I have never thought to say: I am a developer. I develop methodologies, particularly the methodology to take a normal person from homo sapiens to human being. From a meaning making machine to a person who can see the meaning but not honor it as the truth.

Life is empty and meaningless. The meaning you see is added, by a human. You either added your own meaning, or most likely you added an inherited meaning.

OK, so what? Continue reading “How to answer the question: what do you do for a living?”

If you want the rainbow, you’ve got to put up with the rain

If you want the rainbow, you’ve got to put up with the rain

I have been getting, on average, one collage a day from my collaging student, who is using collaging to keep her The Sight capacity open, and she is succeeding famously.

She has been becoming intensely curious of the structure of the Universe that can be demonstrated in mathematics, in geometry, on faces, on famous paintings, sculptures.

At the same time I am re-reading a book I read years ago about 92 laws of nature (Richard Koch: The 80/20 Principle and 92 Other Powerful Laws of Nature: The Science of Success) that re-animated my fascination with how things work.

Now, so far, so what? Right?

But here is the next thing that happened that was an “of course” for me, but will be a surprise to you: my Freecell game, the way I play it suddenly changed.

I have been seeing patterns, but it’s been nothing compared to how I see patterns, repeating patterns after I have been imbibing on these collages and on this book. Continue reading “If you want the rainbow, you’ve got to put up with the rain”
