The connection between misery and the level of your deep curiosity factor

I am reading the book ‘Curious’ and I am looking at curiosity waxing and waning in my life, in different periods.

I am in the intensely curious phase. I am able to look at things that I don’t like, and I am seeing those things in a wide field of neutral or maybe even positive things… insignificant dot in the big picture.

The same things, in my incurious phases would drive me nuts, or depressed… maybe even suicidal. Or on a fixing campaign… ranting and raving.

Curiosity seems to be the factor that stands out the most between my miserable periods and my periods of life that are OK or maybe even enjoyable.

You are wired to avoid uncertainty, wired to want to know how it all works so you can be safe. Understandable. Makes sense… you must use the MIND to accomplish that: feel safe, believe you are safe, dream of safety, crave safety, shrink, become nearly nonexistent.

Safety is a myth. Life is not safe. Safety is not attainable.

Spirituality uses different tools than the mind, the world

Spirituality, finding your way, finding your self, the path to living a life worth living use different tools from science, schools, the mind, and ordinary thinking.

Not just different tools, but tools used differently.

If you haven’t found what you are seeking… if your seeking has taken you on a wild goose chase only to find nothing of value for yourself… then you owe it to yourself to learn to use the tools and to use them in new ways.

Where do your questions come from? If you even HAVE any

I am asked questions, all the time.

Asking questions is one sign. What kind of questions… that is yet another sign.

And then asking intelligent questions… well, that is quite another matter.

I am going to my memory now, and say what I retained about questions from the book Curious… that the better questions, the more intellectual questions one asks the higher level of evolution the person is.

But no matter what question you ask, the answer, if it sticks strictly to the question, will be on the same level where you asked it from.

What is your self-image? Do personality profiles work?

There is a fundamental built-in error in tests that involve answering questions about ourselves.

I have found that personality tests that rely on your knowing yourself and to predict what you would do in certain situations, are profoundly flawed. ¹

I say this after working with thousands of people, one-on-one, observing them, feeling them (I am an empath) and comparing who and how they are compared to what they say about themselves.

Days of Power energy download

One can connect to Source on whatever vibrational level one is…

Vibrational level, in this context equals the consciousness level, or how far up you have ascended on the Tree of Life.

I know of four levels of connecting. Each higher level includes the previous lower level of capacities.

Level 0: Theta mode: you connect to your self… Here is the webinar recording that teaches it… Theta training. You have to be registered as a subscriber to that site.

Level 1: You can, for moments at a time, dis-identify with your mind
Level 2: You can measure ideas, concepts, and stuff you are not directly connected to, like people. You are a true empath with highly honed abilities. You don’t live in your mind, you have released ego (the selfish gene) so you can connect, while you are connecting.
Level 3: You can download energies, like the activators, or the Energizer. I need to be highly coherent, balanced, and in good shape to “jump” to this level
Level 4: You can download the Avatar State energy and the Days of Power energies…

Level 4 is barely tolerable. I can be there for only 30 seconds at a time… or it fries my brain… it is so burning.

Tonight we’ll have a Days of Power download, only the second time. It is very hard on me. And it is very hard for me to put myself on Level 4 of connecting.

The big mystery of how to receive for the sake of sharing and get money for you

You receive lasting Light only if your desire is a desire to receive for the sake of sharing, not a desire to receive for the self alone… But the big mystery of how the heck you can desire to receive for the sake of sharing. Some people have found a way… but not THE way…

Life, and desiring is a lot like walking the tight rope. You lean either way too much and you fall off.

I have had a lot of experience falling off, both sides. So I know.

The secret of walking without falling is

awareness of where you are leaning… not easy.
conscious ability to direct your attention
wide cone of vision
certainty… some call it faith.

Want a world of positive energy? A world on the side of Life?

I am sick to my stomach…

Why? Because people are unaware of the balance of “power” inside them… because people are trying to “give” from ego, thinking they are spreading positive energy in the world.

I am reading a book on Kabbalistic Astrology.

The most important thing, for me, in the book is that unless you have a high enough vibration, you are NOT connected to all-of-it, The Force, Source, or whatever you want to call it, and everything you say, thinking it is positive energy, is instead spreading negative energy.

When I look back at my life, I can see that the turning point was when I first distinguished for myself the duality of desire: desire to receive for the self alone vs. desire to receive for the sake of sharing.

Before that I thought that sharing is always positive energy… and the results in my life were obvious: I was not liked. I gave an awful lot, so much it hurt, and yet nothing came back to me.

I was not receiving energy from the Universe.

So I gave more. I tried to grease the wheels of the Universe… nothing.

The biggest reason you are stuck on a plateau or in a ditch

Regardless of what you do, how you do it, how good or bad your life is… you are always stuck…

Stuck in some deep bad place, or stuck on a plateau… stuck is stuck.

So learning what keeps you stuck and how to unstuck yourself, at will, is one of the most important things you can do… and the sooner the better. Because being stuck is not fun.

Cognitive biases, those knee jerk reaction tiny pieces of automatic responses, are at the root of your misery.
