Being judgmental is connected to your health number

Being judgmental is connected to your health number
  • One of my students got offended when I suggested that she does her homework instead of having excuses. She left and she stopped visiting my site… I felt the ‘F… you’ from her… When I asked if she was angry, she said… ‘No, I just need to grow thicker skin…‘ Her health number is 7%.
  • One of my students took two years to finally get employment. In her last job she felt judged… for being different. She is Chinese in a predominantly White country. Once I adjusted her diet… she is flying. She went from 10% to 50% in her health number.
  • Another student is judgmental and doesn’t listen. She lives in systemic judgment of black OR white… even in the areas of food, marriage, children, smart… not a single step outside of it. Her health number is 7%.

Become your own rainmaker… start using your brain

Become your own rainmaker… start using your brain
Your brain is an Unused Resource

It is what most rainmakers do. Start using unused resources.

Rainmaking is a business/industry distinction.

There is a business that does so-so. A new CEO or leader comes in and restructures the company and their results go through the roof.

But the same thing can be done on any level, including the level of the person, or your own self. Your own life. Continue reading “Become your own rainmaker… start using your brain”

Spiritual pattern recognition. Why is it important?

Spiritual pattern recognition. Why is it important?

One gift my father gave me is he encouraged me to not resist. I went through several interpretations of what he meant… I thought resisting made me a person, but I was wrong. Resisting gave the power over to others, and kept me stuck… stuck, stuck stuck.

This is a spiritual pattern, a spiritual principle… Continue reading “Spiritual pattern recognition. Why is it important?”

Got a monkey on your back? What monkey? Monkey!?

Got a monkey on your back? What monkey? Monkey!?

monkey-on-your-backYou say you don’t have a monkey on your back? If that were so, then you would be one in a billion:

We all have a monkey on our back… one monkey or more. It’s a humanity wide issue… more on that in another article

In this idiom the monkey is a problem that has been difficult to get rid of or to solve with the tools you have… with the mindset you have…  It definitely feels like an uncatchable ball.

The monkey is often invisible to you, and unless someone else looks for it observing you, or you accidentally stumble on it, that monkey is influencing you in everything in life. Continue reading “Got a monkey on your back? What monkey? Monkey!?”

Curiosity, hunger, appetite, are you killing them all?

Curiosity, hunger, appetite, are you killing them all?
Curiosity… Hunger… appetite… sexual desire…are you killing them all?

Your parents, your teachers told you: don’t eat candy, don’t eat cookies before dinner: it will kill your appetite.

The five ‘hardware-type’ needs, the need for energy supply, information, safety, reproduction and group are guided by feelings… all a lot like hunger.

Hunger can be fulfilled with empty calories or good, nourishing food.

The need, the second most vital need is the hunger for information. We also call that curiosity. You can fulfill it, just like the first one, with junk. Continue reading “Curiosity, hunger, appetite, are you killing them all?”

Can you grow? Grow curiosity, intelligence, motivation?

Can you grow? Grow curiosity, intelligence, motivation?

Let me start with a joke:

How to have a million dollars in business? Start with two million

How do you make a million dollars in the restaurant business? Start with two million

This is the joke that is making the circles in my brain when I think about how to have clients who have ambition, motive power, and actually accomplish stuff? Continue reading “Can you grow? Grow curiosity, intelligence, motivation?”

Emotional Intelligence: learning what emotions are…

Emotional Intelligence: learning what emotions are…

Given that I go deep inside humans… deep into the invisible… all the way to DNA, this article is different than what everyone says about emotional intelligence…

So if you want the same b.s. beware… It isn’t. Continue reading “Emotional Intelligence: learning what emotions are…”

Rebooting your brain, rebooting your life

Rebooting your brain, rebooting your life

Imagine this scenario: You look up your bank balance, see the number. And suddenly dread grabs your chest and you are off to panic-land.

You see that unless you start generating an income before the end of the month, you’ll be on the dole… at the mercy of others, at the mercy of social services… You’ve run out of money, and you have run out of time.

What do you do now? Continue reading “Rebooting your brain, rebooting your life”

Life’s real purpose is self-actualization

Life’s real purpose is self-actualization
Self-actualization is the process of becoming all you can become.

Who is to argue that ultimately that is what we all need. Innately!

There are two non-physical needs, according to Margoczi in the Feelings book.

  • The need to fulfill others’ expectations of us, and
  • the need to fulfill our own expectations of ourselves. Ultimately, optimally, what we can do… the realistic expectations.
