Where do you listen from? An important distinction

According to many awareness is the most missing when you are poor, sick, and miserable.

But what IS awareness? Aware of what? And with what organ? What sense? What equipment?

I call the awareness, really the same thing SEEING.

Why? just a personal preference… even though I probably would do better if I called it what smart people call it.

A student of mine gave me access to a course he bought that teaches psychiatrists to reframe the client’s story so it hurts less, or maybe doesn’t hurt at all.

Reframing sounds really simple: look at what is happening or what happened from a different angle, with different eyes.

What’s missing that if it were there life would be different? Your life, not all of life…

In yesterday’s article I said everyone has a keystone. A keystone that if you remove it, the whole arch, the whole construct of your life falls. The construct of the life you lead that is not going anywhere.

So I offered to muscletest that keystone for people.

I admit that first some of the results were unexpected. But after the result of the muscletest it was like ‘of course! that is what’s been missing!’

Self-control missing has been the most unexpected result.

What do we know?

We know that some people, in spite of eating everything, in spite of smoking, drinking, they live a long life.
Others, in spite of every effort, they die when they die.

Most of the longevity theories are designed to fleece you.

I had a lovely person yesterday on my strategy call. The call was fun with a lot of real laughter, until the topic of spirituality came up. Then it became hellishly painful.

The issue is: what is spirituality? How you view spirituality will have a lot (maybe everything!) to do with everything you do in life, and ultimately will determine to what degree you’ll become all you can become.

Free to be yourself.
Free to pursue what excites you.
And Free to be WITH people.
Ultimately what is available to you in life will depend an awful lot on how you view spirituality.

Here is MY own opinion, before I share what Redditors say…

It is easier to find a ‘good person’ nowadays than a good company. Companies want to tell their users, their customers what they should want… and as I am saying that, I am not an exception either.

My current issue with my blog… that the creators (wordpress) want me to think like them, work like them, whether I want to or not is infuriating. There is no ‘we’. A version of confrontation therapy… unkindness

I always thought that unkindness is a how… but maybe there is more to it.

Maybe unkindness is speaking, unkindness is doing from what you know.
