Emotional toughness, resilience can help you getting there

emotional resilience toughness high TLBDo you hate to learn new things because every time you do, it somehow tells you that you have been wrong? Or not enough? Not good enough?

Well, toughen up princess…

But otherwise it’s normal. I know.

As a child I lived across the street from my elementary school.

I was nearly seven when I went to school, I was born September 4. My mother held me back because I was so tiny. My brother was two years older.

On the first day of school… Continue reading “Emotional toughness, resilience can help you getting there”

Not dyslexic? What can you learn from dyslexic entrepreneurs?

dyslexics don't make good employeesIs it dyslexia that makes these entrepreneurs successful, or is it the strategy they developed to manage and overcome the effects of dyslexia?

There are disproportionately more dyslexic entrepreneurs than in the rest of society? Society: 5-20%. Entrepreneurs: 35%

It’s not an accident.

I have dyslexia. My younger brother has dyslexia. He is six years younger than me. we are as different as two people can be. I am a risk taker, he isn’t. I am an entrepreneur. He isn’t. I read a lot, he doesn’t. I am a loner, he is a family man.

puzzled expression

I have always seen the world differently… and was called amoral, stupid, fearless, weird, and people, including my mother looked at me with puzzlement on their faces… like WTF? Continue reading “Not dyslexic? What can you learn from dyslexic entrepreneurs?”

Entrepreneurial desires, self-sabotage and the Selfish Gene

entrepreneurial desiresThis article is intended for people who are or want to become entrepreneurs… in its simplest form: create, run, and make money with a business.

I think I don’t have to go into details about entrepreneurial desires… if you don’t have it, realized or unrealized, you would not be reading this article. That desire is what drives a person to the seemingly easy, seemingly profitable lifestyle that we call entrepreneur.

I would risk saying this: it is a desire for self-expression. The self wanting to express itself. And that flies in the face of what the organism wants… the Selfish Genes. Continue reading “Entrepreneurial desires, self-sabotage and the Selfish Gene”

I have been sitting on a goldmine… but now I see it

sitting on a goldmineSometimes you don’t know what you have… You may be sitting on a goldmine without realizing it. I was.

This has been my story for a long time. Whatever business I have ever been in, someone, maybe many people told me that I was sitting on a goldmine… except I couldn’t see it, and I couldn’t mine the gold.

And it looked that I am in the same situation, locked it, permanently… no matter how much higher I view the world from.

But something happened today, that may change that. Continue reading “I have been sitting on a goldmine… but now I see it”

Of all the programs for transformation I have ever lead…

break for freedomOf all the programs for transformation I have ever lead… and I am not talking about programs that were energy supported, like the 2nd phase activators, and many others that were mostly about activation…

Of all the programs I have ever lead the most effective in terms of personal transformation, it was the Soaring Method

I am sharing what I learned from leading that course… quite significant. Continue reading “Of all the programs for transformation I have ever lead…”

A distinction not many would recognize…

distinction This distinction is called perpetration-withhold.

I have a new friend who lives walking distance from me. I can see her house and driveway from my office window, or could, but in the summer there is a stretch of dense woods between us, with wildlife… Continue reading “A distinction not many would recognize…”

How to engineer a breakthrough? an unexpected result?

engineer a breakthroughHow to engineer a Breakthrough any time in any area of life?

You may have read about Werner Erhard’s butler, and how he discovered that, putting the cap back on the toothpaste, he was building something bigger than just doing his job. You may have seen that the joy returned to the butler’s work, and his life was suddenly a huge contribution… That is: see it until the next time he gets annoyed, angry… and then he can do it again.

Do what? Ask the question repeatedly: what are you building with that?

Let’s see what happens when I do this exercise with my ‘core’ students. Continue reading “How to engineer a breakthrough? an unexpected result?”

Who are your customers? are you selling what they want?

who are your customers?I just had my first ‘podcast call’ with Bonnie, one of my newer students. I really like her. Her first question hit me unexpectedly low: she asked: who are you making the podcast for… who is going to listen to it? who are your customers?

I hadn’t given it any thought… I only thought of what I wanted to teach… hm. Continue reading “Who are your customers? are you selling what they want?”

April’s fool… always asking: what does that mean?

The Hungarian saying about April Fool is ‘April’s fool, May’s stupid ass’

But when you look closely, the human mind makes us an April’s fool all the time.

I look out the window. the trees are covered with snow.

What does this mean? This is the first question any human asks, isn’t it? What does this mean? Continue reading “April’s fool… always asking: what does that mean?”

Breakthrough: what is it? how do you cause it?

breakthroughBreakthrough: how do you cause one? There is a science to causing breakthroughs! Learn it! This article teaches it.

No matter on what level you are on the evolutionary scale, the percentage of knowledge that you didn’t know that you didn’t know stays at 99%.

Sometimes it overlaps with what you think you know because, most of what you think you know, you mostly do not know, or it isn’t so: low truth value.

But to cut this part short, every breakthrough comes from the 99% that you don’t know that you don’t know.

There is a certain way of being, behaving in the world that triggers the 99% to ‘release’ that hidden knowledge to you. I call it ‘unfolding’. Seth Godin calls it ‘poking the box.’ Continue reading “Breakthrough: what is it? how do you cause it?”
