Lethargy, aimlessness, listlessness, the blahs, no ambition?

In the Wisdom Course I took more than 25 years ago, between Saturday and Sunday we had a homework. To write an autobiography through a filter of our choice.

The filter could be where you lived, who you live with, your love affairs, your schooling, your health, the sports you participated in… anything.

I don’t remember what filter I used then, but in this article I’ll do a little of that homework through the filter: depression.

Huh? Yeah.

You see you are, we all are born with certain genetic tendencies we probably inherit from our progenitors…

Mine are depression, intestinal troubles, bad teeth, leg ache. All bad… because that is what us, humans, pay attention to. The bad stuff. And we blame nature for it, and take all the credit for our good stuff, if we have any.

But that is human nature.

Anyway, I like to say I was born depressed, but of course I don’t remember that. But I have had bouts of depression with such frequency that is literally frightening to me.

And when I get depressed, when I have the blahs, I don’t want to work, I don’t enjoy what I normally enjoy, and I sleep a lot. (The blahs, or languishing, are the feeling of being between loving life and depression. You might feel like you’re not thriving, but not sick.)

I started to be able to manage depression around age 30…

…after I read an article between the connection of sleep and depression.

But I gained a stronger handle on it when I discovered Lithium, after I read Joel Wallach’s book, Rare Earths Forbidden Cures in 1994.

He writes that instead of putting Fluoride into municipal water, the world would be better off if they put Lithium instead.

Lithium is an essential mineral. He says, that areas of the United States that lack lithium in their soil are famous for violence. Lithium is has a balancing effect…

lithium orotateSo now, as a matter of mental hygiene I take two Lithium Orotate tablets a day…

…and I am virtually depression free. Every day. All day.

Except… the past week I fell asleep before I would take my Lithium, and I found myself listless, restless, and depressed. So I took my Lithium, and I am now returned to the living.

When I muscletest people’s nutritional deficiencies, many of them test yes…

And few of them follow up on it. And nothing changes for them in their lives. Because being unmotivated is a sign of depression.

And that is almost all of humanity, if you really look. Unmotivated.

Motivation really is the eagerness to do for no reason.

An inner motivation.

As we are searching for something to hang our future on, something so good you hate yourself, most people come up empty. I bet if they took Lithium Orotate, they would find motivation: inside.

Being motivated by outside things is feeble. And of course most people are taught to set a goal… and that is outside… Money, weight, sex, a big house… ugh.

When you find yourself saying: it doesn’t matter… Find yourself not taking care of yourself… You are probably depressed.

So what is depressed? The Life Force. The inner motivation. The joy of living.

And I don’t care what cause YOU assign, it is always the Life Force… And when the Life Force flags, your health has a way to plummet. And bad stuff finds its way inside.

It’s subtle magic. Imperceptible. Especially if you are numb and inattentive of your actual feelings…

I managed to turn around my budding (lol) depression this week, because I hadn’t missed my Lithium for twenty years or so.

I have a secret list of 20 clients, 18 of those have disastrous health outlook.

Eighteen of them tests yes for needing Lithium Orotate.

How many have accepted my recommendation? None… or if yes, not long enough.

Asholeee, as my Mexican friends would yell out, Asholeee!

I have found a pdf of the book… It’s a fascinating read of the invisible realm of life… of the human condition.

Especially the segment on the Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde syndrome… depression and violence. Verbal, physical, sexual. Very fascinating.

You can ask me to muscletest for you for a buck… if you would do better in life if you took Lithium Orotate regularly. I bet you already know, but for a limited time I’ll muscletest it for you, just that. If you should take Lithium Orotate..

And if you also have aching joints… then Lithium Orotate is a must… Lithium has proven to be helpful in the treating of arthritis and its symptoms.

So get yourself checked… and do as you will.

Let me check Lithium for you
