If you don’t believe you can fly you won’t.

If you don’t believe you can fly you won’t. Hm. So it is a mindset issue?

Humans, the human spirit is either dead or it flies.

But it is, unfortunately, enclosed in a less intelligent enclosure, the human body, brain, and for a full eight billion people the spirit doesn’t fly. Maybe stirs occasionally, but not often.

That, in spite of the fact that flying the spirit is actually easy.

Flying the spirit is actually easy.

Why? Because the spirit wants to fly.

Why easy? How do I know? Because I have learned how to fly it?

And I have taught people to do it. Not for long flights… short flies, but flies nevertheless.

I just searched google for the phrase, and was hit square in the eyes how people take that flying thing literally… like they could flap their wings and fly.

There are a few blue birds visiting my deck all the time. They are heavy… and clumsy.

And noisy!

Or look at the bumblebees… defying all the physical rules you set.

And yet, I am not talking about flying physically. I am talking about the human spirit. Entombed in you.

And just so you don’t misunderstand: a tomb is a grave for the dead…

You carry a dead spirit in you and you are surprised that you are not happy, not fulfilled, not joyful.

How could you be? All that you call happy comes from the human spirit…

And if you would, don’t argue with me that animals have something in them too… unless you hope that you can get off the hook if we start talking about animals now… is that what you were sneakily suggesting?

Anyway, I was always attracted to this human spirit.

The books I liked as a kid, Robinson Crusoe, Monte Cristo, the Jules Verne books, Dickens, The Last of the Mohegans, all stories about the flying human spirit.

Obviously I haven’t read the books American children are told to read… so I don’t know if there is any human spirit in any of those books, but looking at my students, I have my doubts.

Moby Dick? the spirit of vengeance is not the human spirit… it is death.

OK, I just looked at the list… I have read some of these books on the high school reading list:

What strikes me right now is that the emphasis, even if there is a character who could fly the spirit, they don’t, or don’t really. Hm. No wonder you don’t believe you can fly.

I think that Christianity, or maybe just plain any-religion, don’t want you to fly the spirit. It makes you disobedient. An individual. A person. And that, for any authority, is dangerous.

So why did, why do Russians more readily take to flying, to soaring the spirit? Because they do!

It’s an interesting question… but not difficult to answer.

It is the folk culture. Russian folk culture is full of magical creatures… And the ordinary folks can transform reality. Transforming reality is itself a form of magical thinking, even though it really isn’t…

Reality doesn’t respond to thinking, or at least not instantly, and yet…

But because we cannot see reality, we only see its ‘translated’ version, if you tweak with the translator ‘software’, what you see as reality can change, and can change radically.

And because what you do will come from what you see consciously, aka the interpretation of what you see, you can change what you do with TWEAKING with the translator.

What do Americans do?

Americans follow the Indian gurus and their mantras to attempt to do the same thing, but mantras fall flat on their faces… they are lies and make you more hollow than you have already been… more undead than you have already been.

Because in the Indian mantras the picture doesn’t change.

A step is missing. The magic isn’t there… because the magic is in what you see.

Try it out. Do ordinary words about another person change what you see? Did you try it? It didn’t work, right?

If you think that your husband is a twirp, a worm, and you try to make him a knight in shining armor, you need the magic I teach in the Soaring Method course. Just repeating: he is a good guy, or whatever inane things you try to repeat like a mantra, won’t make him a knight in shining armor… It can’t.

The Soaring Method is very strong in Russia, because of their magical folk tradition. It also works with Jews, because Jewish culture is also full of magic.

It wouldn’t work with Hungarians. Even though Hungarian folk tales have a lot of magic in them. and yet.

It really depends, I think, on where they eyes go when someone wishes…

The first word of the Hungarian anthem is ‘god’… This, looking at the first word and the national ‘spirit’ could be an interesting inquiry… don’t have time for that right now.

What I am trying to see here who would be a good candidate for the Soaring Method…

Isn’t everyone a good candidate?

I don’t think so.

The Soaring Method

The Soaring Method, to work, requires some signs of the spirit at least stirring inside… not entirely dead.

I can muscletest it for you, but you probably already know yourself: you can feel it.

If you would like me to muscletest for you if the spirit is able and willing to respond to your word and change how reality looks to you… a snapshot, I am willing to do it for you… I need a picture of you to be able to connect. If I already know you, I probably can connect without a new picture, so don’t bother.

So what am I really measuring?

I am measuring if it is the EGO or the SPIRIT that calls you up to be in life.

About 30% of my clients test as spirit people.

Why is this important? It isn’t… unless you consider that flying the spirit, even if just occasionally, would delight you. If between climbing the stairs, taking the elevator, or finding yourself on the roof of a building, you would rather climb the stairs humming a little ditty.

If that didn’t make sense, I am glad. I don’t want you to have mistaken ideas about yourself.

Here is another example:

In the course building course I am taking, it seems that people’s most frequent issue is: am I expert enough?

You cannot decide it without having access to spirit. And more than 500 of the 800 asked that question.

Why is this a spirit question? Because from the ground level you cannot answer that. You need the height to look from… And for that you need a fly-over… lol.

And the ego is always flat on its back… Remember the shape of the ego energy? It is a square. Like a golem. Heavy.

OK, here is the button to request the measure…

And please remember: all the measurements are a snapshot… not a value judgment, not permanent, not a death sentence…

A snapshot. So relax. The question is: right now would The Soaring Method be able to achieve takeoff for you?

Let me measure if you are ready to soar… or not
PS: In one of my old articles I talk about the dual path.

One path is to follow, obey a purpose. The other is to set goals and set yourself on a path to achieve it.

I think that people who can fly the spirit will choose the path I have chosen, but I could be wrong. If you have time, would you read that article, and tell me which path you have chosen? and please ignore that buy button there… I am not ready to promote that course now… so you save me from some busy work. It’s OK to tell me you would be interested though… if you would be. xoxo
