The symbol of the ego is a triangle sitting on its side. It takes tremendous force to flip it over, or to make it move.
The ego’s job is to make you safe by making you do the same things you have done, that obviously didn’t kill you.
The Ego has a lot of energy, and the art is to convince the ego to use the energy to move you forward instead of holding you back.
