How old is your body? Your biological age…

I had my usual Sunday call today… and the issue of how old is your body came up. My friend’s body is 90 years old… and though I am only four or five yours younger, my body checks as a 50 year old…

As I have shared before, some time in the beginning of August I realized that I was dying.

It had been a process that started a year earlier… with some dramatic happenings, including falling and breaking my left arm. It wasn’t the cause: it was a symptom. And by this August the future was obvious: I had a short time to live, with very restricted movement…

I have no health insurance, I trust in no doctors, I have no savings, I have no family to bail me out.

I had a choice to make: to live or not to live.

The invisible tail that wags the dog… ¹ Or what is invisible to you is behind and underneath your emotions, your actions, your desires…

It’s invisible for the dog and it is invisible or misidentified for the observer…

And, of course I am talking about humans… but found no quote that talks about humans in this context. Though the treasure trove of information about dogs, and foxes and their tails is very entertaining, I can say with some certainty, that humans know dogs and foxes better than themselves.

Sometimes the only way for you to notice what a prick you have been, is to change your ways and look back.

As I am on the mend, I now have gone outside to walk a little bit to move the fluids inside, the blood, and the lymphatic system. If there are more… I don’t know about them. ²

So my constitutional is to make the fluids move… I don’t have energy for a lot of walk, about a quarter of a mile is what I CAN walk now… I used to be able to walk for hours.

There is a woman whom I met a number of years ago. She lives about 8 doors downhill from me. I first met her on a September Sunday, she was participating in an Art trail… that happens in Syracuse, where I live, every year about this time of the year. In case you’re stuck – distinctions can come to rescue you, to liberate you, to save the day, save your sanity, save your money, save your life.

You can get stuck, seemingly, in many different ways. You get stuck and things remain the same, your past, your opinions, your truth, your reality… meaning: your occurrence.

Occurrence is a combination of what happens, what truly IS, observable by others, even a Martian, plus your commentary, your meaning, your interpretation.

One of the results I got out of having my own predatory genes adjusted from zero to three, is self-appreciation. I now own my results. I am proud of them. Not too much… just as much as they deserve to be proud of.

Sidenote: If you are a Generator or Manifesting Generator, an appropriate action is to respond. The initiator of an response can be an article, an email, that gives you something to respond to. The operative word is “it gives you something to answer to, respond to”… It is not your idea, that was born in the recesses of your mind, or in some inclination, passion, addiction, or desire. It was given to you. If you pay attention, all the stupid things you do are your own fabulous ideas… 🙁

Are you stingy with yourself? Skimping?

I am watching you… lol. Not like Big Brother, more like I learn from you what you need. Where you are defeating your best intentions, where you leak energy, where you get it wrong.

Some articles don’t make any noise: there is no one to hear them. My last article was like that. A tree that falls in a forest… doesn’t make any noise, even though it fell… Why? Because no one heard it.

Because you are here (I hope at least some of you) to get help in attaining to the good life, You want me to watch you… it is for your benefit.

I was just telling one of my students the biggest missing he has: The principle that

everything you ever wanted comes to you through other people

or as Wallace D. Wattles says in The Science of Getting Rich: the gold coins won’t roll out and to you, they will be in the hands of others.
