How psychologists, writers, gurus, get it wrong… and nobody is happy, including them

I looked at pictures of Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi… who wrote the book Flow, and is an expert on talking about happiness. Not being happy, mind you, on researching happiness.

He doesn’t look happy, doesn’t feel happy (remember, I am an empath).

I even went and found videos where he speaks Hungarian… hoping to find a picture where he is joyful.

Didn’t find any. Not even one.

His insightful quote: “People who learn to control inner experience will be able to determine the quality of their lives, which is as close as any of us can come to being happy.” is what was missing for him, and what is missing for most people most of the time. Everyone talks about reprogramming your mind

Everyone talks about reprogramming your mind

Everyone talks about reprogramming your mind or brain or whatever part they blame for your lack of success and lackluster life.

When Tiger Wood discovered that his swing that he trained and won with was actually limiting him, he needed to take time out to “reprogram” his body to do the swing differently.

If you try to program the brain while you keep the current programming, you’ll be like me… I was in an Israeli supermarket when this French lady came up to me and asked me if I spoke French. Yes, I said. Can you read the English instructions on this box in French for me?

I started to read it in French, I thought, but turned out I read it in Hebrew, or a mix of French and Hebrew: I could not even tell.

The memory of that fiasco stuck in my mind forever: this was 30 plus years ago.

So what do the “reprogram the mind” people do wrong that no one ever gets reprogrammed, and basically we are all screwed if we follow their teachings?

Before you can write something on a blackboard, and make it dominant, you need to erase what is already there. Continue reading “Everyone talks about reprogramming your mind”

Desensitizing you to the mind-noise vs. principles

Desensitizing you to the mind-noise vs. principles

the unexamined lifeI watch Netflix series that don’t make sense on the surface for me to watch. But when I look, there is no book, no fiction, that would teach me the principle Source tells me to learn.

I am looking for principles. Principles are a lot like laws. According to the dictionary, a principle is a fundamental truth or proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behavior or for a chain of reasoning. You cannot talk butterfly language with caterpillar people

You cannot talk butterfly language with caterpillar people

Many of my visitors fancy themselves butterflies…

When I do their Starting Point Measurements they are caterpillars… with a big ego. With a sky high self-image. A delusional Self above the clouds.

This video is about creating high vibration so you can have what you want, not just a big ego:

Find out more about this magic manifestation method >>>

Please note that they don’t ask for their vibrational reading because they want to know… no. they already KNOW that they are the special butterfly people… When they get their results, they tell me I was wrong, or a fraud, or evil, or whatever. They post on social media. Create a website just to tell everybody how wrong I am.

The behavior, the attitude always gives your real vibration away. For example vengeance, like the woman with Dean as husband… the vibration of that behavior is 70. Nothing wrong, I used to have an even lower vibration… it is not fixed… you can start where you are.

Why would I recommend against thinking yourself butterfly? What may be wrong with that attitude? Doesn’t it make you happy?

No. Your internal tension is probably unbearable… and it’s killing you. How many ways?

Several ways, in fact.

1. If you think you are on the top of the third floor, for example, you’ll want to go higher, or bask in the glory of being on the third floor.

But every interaction you’ll have will be misdirected. Continue reading “You cannot talk butterfly language with caterpillar people”

Imagining success, imagining stuff… here is what really happens…

Unless you know what creates your sky high desire number, and your unbridgeable gap between reality and your delusion… you need to learn where it comes from, what feeds it, and what is the feeder’s goal.

Your guiding principle should be: If in 30% you don’t know who is the sucker in the room, then it’s you. You are the sucker.

So how are you made the sucker? And how come you don’t know?

The mind, that storage/imaging device that is part of your brain, is really stupid. It really believes everything it hears.

You do “imagine” exercises, and the mind believes that it’s there.

Now, what good does that do to you? None, I say… no matter what your “wealth conditioning” expert teaches you.

It gives you delusions, and a delusional person becomes the next sucker… plain and simple. Continue reading “Imagining success, imagining stuff… here is what really happens…”

What is the source of your bad feelings? Do you know?

What is the source of your bad feelings? Do you know?

Almost all bad feelings you have come as a result of your delusional self, your precious I is scared of being devalued.

It is as if you were a gold plated coin pretending to be solid gold, and life would be continually threatening you to reveal your fakeness.

I used to be like you. I felt that there was a big gap between my accomplishments and my abilities… and maybe there was.

But most importantly, every little error, every little mistake I made or even just faced!!! jerked me down a hellish path…

filling me with dread, and fear, and remorse, and regret, and who even knows words for those horrible feelings.

And mistakes? I made plenty.

I misunderstood, I jumped into conclusion, I tried to do something too fast before I even saw what the heck I was supposed to do… Put my foot in the mouth… lol.

40+ times a day. Continue reading “What is the source of your bad feelings? Do you know?”

Setting your sights sky high not getting your hands dirty

Setting your sights sky high not getting your hands dirty
Are you always going for the home run? The big win?

One of the most useful steps in the 67 steps is the step where Tai compares business/life to baseball.

The most important aspect of business is to not lose money. Money lost is the result of mistakes. Mistakes are the results of hasty actions, or actions that try to go from zero to sky high in one fell swoop.

Like a baseball player who tries to hit the ball so hard every time as to be able to have a home run…

Most people I talk to have no skills, no plans, no idea… but when I ask them what they are up to, they talk about the sky-high.

Most people want to raise their vibration to 500+ right away… Continue reading “Setting your sights sky high not getting your hands dirty”

Should you struggle or should you live? Please look!

Should you struggle or should you live? Please look!

I had an insight last night when I checked my tongue in the mirror.

The insight wasn’t about my tongue. It wasn’t even about my health. It was about how in spite of all I can laugh, and crack up, and be a total disruption to … something.

The insight was, that I was always that way. I never realized.

Every time I was the ham, or I was the jokester, or I was the disruption, I looked at it as if I saw it for the first time.

And last night, suddenly I saw a life that was full of clowning, and joking, and back-talking, and just plain being raucous. Continue reading “Should you struggle or should you live? Please look!”

Musings. Thoughts that an unplanned ‘vacation’ gave me

I just spent almost four whole days and whole nights in bed, in and out of sleep.

It was new to me to think of myself first, and of ‘duty’ second.

But I have learned, the hard way, that if I don’t take care of myself, I may be dead sooner than I’d like.

Actually it wasn’t hard to stay in bed. This was for me like a vacation. I vacated my mind. Trial death. Nice.

Until last night… that is. when my mind kicked in and instead of letting me sleep, I was writing articles in my head. Continue reading “Musings. Thoughts that an unplanned ‘vacation’ gave me”

The plot thickens

In flu season the only things that can keep you safer are staying away from other people, frequent washing of hands, and being already well… high functioning immune system.

Normally this is a picture of me… but not this time around.

I have a weakened immune system, and I went to my exercise class yesterday.

I could even feel when the bug landed in my nose. I immediately sprayed my throat with my Dr. Schulze throat spray: I don’t go anywhere without it. And I skirted a full blown flu… I hope. I spent the rest of the day in bed, shivering and blowing my nose. I also gave myself at least 10 liver cleanses. 1 Continue reading “The plot thickens”
