Some 15 or so years ago I was using the Healing Codes to make money. I ran small ads on Google. The money I made (commission) more than paid for my living at the time.
The slogan I used in the ads was something like ‘you have the power to heal in your hands…‘ or ‘the power to heal is in your hands‘. Subtle variations of the same.

Just the right amount of sleep!That is what I say when I wake up with a light-clock… its light comes on at 3 am slowly, and by 4 am, between sleep cycles. I wake up and have a choice to get up or to sleep more.

The ignorant is easily mislead. And we are all ignorant and thus mislead to one degree or another. It is on the scale of 1 to 100 like most things in life.
Ignorance, ignorant simply means: lacking knowledge, information, or awareness about a particular thing… often most things to be precise.

Humans, some of them, are capable, genetically, to have thought experiments. Animals can only learn through trial and error.
Now, everything that is beyond animal is controlled by DNA, genes. By genes that can be set to on or to off… These genes could be called epigenetic genes… where epi means: on or above in Greek. And ‘epigenetic’ describes factors beyond the genetic code. Epigenetic changes are modifications to the DNA that regulate whether genes are turned on or off.
