Your life is built on a story. Make it a better story

confabulating your life storyWhat is confabulating? It is telling a story based on actual things that happened… But you can make, based on actual things, hundreds of different stories. But alas, most people retell the same boring story… and they are surprised that their life is predictable, boring, and not fun.

Storytelling is part and parcel with humanity. It seems that without stories people shrink, people get narrow, people can boring.

I crave stories.

When I was an architecture student, there was no time to read. It was horrible for me.

Luckily architecture, the actual doing the work doesn’t need all your attention. It is only 5% that is brain-dependent, and the rest of it is manual work. That is what I hated about being an architect, by the way. I like to use my brain, and 5% is not enough for me.

To give you a sense of what 5% is, it’s about the time you spend drinking coffee in a normal business day. Continue reading “Your life is built on a story. Make it a better story”

Anchor to doom, ET phone home, connecting to Source

connecting to sourceConnecting to Source, being connected to Source is what you may want but you haven’t been able to… This article explains why and how you can. It’s a process.

I didn’t plan to write about this… I didn’t plan because like so many things that have disappeared… what isn’t there is… well, what isn’t there isn’t there.

But from time to time a client, a student reminds me…

And that’s exactly what happened: a client, an all around great guy wrote:

I looked to at what i might be hanging onto without noticing..

could grief or despair have some part of it? I used to find myself listening to music about sadness and hard times and used to think about sadness a lot. I used to almost create it in relationships with anyone, family/ friends/ myself.

I connected to him, deeply, and there it was: a whole lake of sadness that he was circling…trying to avoid being sucked into. It felt like the pit of despair, it felt like a black hole. Continue reading “Anchor to doom, ET phone home, connecting to Source”

When your failures always return… The anchor to doom

anchor to doom aka your dominant beliefThe anchor to your doom attachment

What gives it away is the implied inevitability. The language. That it’s always, or never.

Like I am never going to be successful. Stings. Hurts. My eyes are watering. I scramble to avoid it, fight mightily, only to give up after a while and resign… burn, and get up from the ashes like a phoenix bird… This has been the story of my life. Horrid.

Now, imagine free falling towards the Earth, accelerating. Your language, I guess: I am going to die. I am going to be pulped by the impact.

Imagined it? Now imagine that I order you to pay attention to the weather, to the shape of the clouds in the sky.

Dominant belief is found to act like an energetic attachment

fir tree, like an energetic attachment, is growing inside man's lungDominant belief is like the fir tree that was growing in this Russian man’s lung. True story… and a great illustration of what an attachment is and how it debilitates you.

15 years ago I met a guy who was into energies. It all sounded a tall tale to me, somewhat irritating, to tell you the truth. After all I knew everything about everything… and this wasn’t one of the things I had even heard of… energies?

Anyway, I was proven wrong soon, and became a convert.

Energies became very real for me, as physical as dirt and milk and bread… Soon I was training to become an energy practitioner, and I worked on him, on myself, and even traded energy work for massage therapy… Continue reading “Dominant belief is found to act like an energetic attachment”

Everything begins with your ability to learn

learn from mistakesEverything begins with your ability to learn. Learn from mistakes, yours or others’.

I am not a scientist. I am not a scientist of any science… so take what I say here with a grain of salt…

But in my not so humble opinion what is destroying humanity is the capacity that lifted it from its animal past…

What is that, Sophie? Talking?

No, not talking… it is the capacity to learn from experience, and from the experience of others.

The capacity to learn.

A human, supposedly, is able to learn from failure. From a mistake. Supposedly. Continue reading “Everything begins with your ability to learn”

Celebrate Misery! Celebrate sadness! Celebration is the ultimate embrace

celebrateOne of the people I learned a lot from is Osho… I learned to celebrate, I learn to embrace from him. I read twenty of his books: each book is a collection of his live talks… he had hundreds of talks during the about 30 years of being a guru.

Osho’s vibration was about 300… which is much higher than most people, much lower than people believe he was. Yet, I learned a lot from him while my vibration was higher than his.

Your vibrational number has nothing to do with actual vibration, or frequency: it is more like a measure of how close you are to the Original Design of a Human Being AND how close what you believe and what you see as truth is to reality.

Should

shouldWhat’s amiss with should?

Or for that matter shouldn’t?

I am looking for the principle here…

Here is my observation:

If you listen to the voice that says: it should be this way: it should be easy, I should already know, it should come to me, etc. then you won’t do what it takes to actually make it so. To rearrange things, massage things, do and say the things that will make it so.

I am somewhat learning disabled. I don’t have a should, not a bit in my makeup. Continue reading “Should”

Everything is a road to hoe, long, short, hard, easy

methodology of transformation is a process, a road to hoeEverything is a process… a road to hoe. The new methodology of transformation in this article is one step, without which all other steps are ineffective and temporary at best.

Just because you feel brilliant, you may not be brilliant.

Yesterday I felt like I am definitely getting smarter. Felt good. Then I asked Source: Am I really getting smarter? And the answer was ‘no’. Continue reading “Everything is a road to hoe, long, short, hard, easy”

Homeostasis, growth, coaching, teaching… push or pull?

homeostasis upset by brain damageI had massive brain damage back in 1998, and many of my brain processing centers went dark… Pushing me out of homeostasis.

Looking back, having that brain damage is what helps me to do the work I do now. Because of that brain damage I experienced isolated parts of my intellect not being there, even though previously they were there, and of course were taken for granted. I just saw what I saw, did what I did. No big deal.

Reading and re-reading the novel, Flowers for Algernon was of tremendous help to know what was going on really.

If you only watched the movie, Charlie, you don’t, you didn’t think what there was to think, that capacities can disappear, but the memory of them is still there, the name of them is still there, so the only valid identification of a capacity is possible only through losing it. Rant alert! on food, on America, mainly. Just testing your TLB…

plumping with toxic waterYesterday’s article was about how inciting one segment of the population against another or others… and how this division has one purpose and one purpose only: to make more money for the 1% and impoverish the rest.

And it doesn’t matter which party wins the election, or the house, or anything… not one single politician isn’t it it for those 1% and for themselves, no matter what they say.

Here are some aspects of this, in the somewhat visible reality, visible for those who have eyes to see:

Nowadays most every food you can buy in a grocery store is bastardized in some harmful way.
  1. They pump water into chicken, beef, lamb, buffalo, so instead of it bake or fry… it boils and is tasteless. Restaurants dry the meat to make their steaks tastier… but drying the meat at home, even in the refrigerator is risky. I have tried… it didn’t quite work.
