The courage to be yourself, Your TRUE self

The courage to be yourself, Your TRUE self

know your true selfI had an insight yesterday that was completely driven home today by my guidance system.

We see something, and then it’s gone.

It is gone, and it didn’t have time or a receiver to impart the important learning in what we saw.

This happens with such frequency, that we stop paying attention to our inner guidance, our bodies talking to us…

We see the the feeling for a moment from the corner of our consciousness, and the guidance is lost… again.

The path to plenty is not more… it’s pruning

The path to plenty is not more… it’s pruning

pruningMercilessly pruning, mercilessly weeding… this is the counter-intuitive path to plenty.

Everyone thinks, and it is natural to think that, that if they could add this and that to their lives, then they could be happy, healthy and wise…

Whether it is a sharper brain, whether it is a supportive family, whether it is more education, more money, more people to love them… it is easy to think that your life would be better. Continue reading “The path to plenty is not more… it’s pruning”

The hero story that inspires you tells me a lot about you…

The hero story that inspires you tells me a lot about you…

what story inspires you? It’s human nature to be fascinated by a hero story. Hero stories create hope, because they create an illusion that the listener can be a hero too, can get the girl, can get the millions. People buy, based on that hope, nearly everything.

The Hero’s Journey tells a story structure we all love. Joseph Campbell made it known and famous. Movies like Star Wars, books like Harry Potter, and even comedies like Anchorman follow the Hero’s Journey steps.

Most hero’s journey is b.s. I have the habit of muscletesting the story that sucks people in, and thus far only 1% of all these stories tested as true. So people are lying, and you are buying… Buying what they have to sell, whether it works or not, whether it is a good match to your strengths or not… Continue reading “The hero story that inspires you tells me a lot about you…”

What makes a good thing go to sh!t?

What makes a good thing go to sh!t?

disharmonyHarmony, joy can be destroyed by a consistently dissonant voice

I had been enjoying the New Tricks BBS TV show on Amazon Prime… until yesterday.

It’s an ensemble show, or better said: it used to be.

Ensemble means that every participant is there for both themselves and for the show. Desire to receive for the sake of sharing. Not a dissonant chord.

Then one person, for reason only they know, decided that he is more important then the show and the others, and the thing falls apart.

You can hear it before they even know it themselves… someone playing out of tune. Continue reading “What makes a good thing go to sh!t?”

You want to love yourself, but it is hard: you know you are full of crap

You want to love yourself, but it is hard: you know you are full of crap
love yourselfLove yourself: easier said than done.

Love yourself, self-love is your two selves loving each other. How does that come about? Simple: through integrity. Integrity is an inside job: between you and you. As your integrity grows, your self-love, self-appreciation grows, and your life starts blossoming. Continue reading “You want to love yourself, but it is hard: you know you are full of crap”

Psychopathy will prevent you from soaring…

Psychopathy will prevent you from soaring…

psychopathy will stop you from soaring, will make the world fixedIn this article we’ll look how psychopathy will stop you from soaring by making you, the center of the world fixed, unchangeable. And unless you can change…

Don’t be mistaken: Source’s definition of psychopathy doesn’t quite agree with the common view… I listen to Source, not the common view.

Long time ago clients are suddenly interested in participating again… clients that I hadn’t heard from for many years.

And somehow I managed to talk to their soul… and the soul told them to get off their butt and do something about their life.

Because don’t be mistaken, life is not kind to anyone, and it continues to be unkind if you continue living exactly the way you have always lived. Continue reading “Psychopathy will prevent you from soaring…”

Case study: My racket

Case study: My racket

gears of the racketMy racket, as most rackets, was created by some act of stupidity. The natural stupidity of a 3-year old.

I did the 4-day Forum back in 1987… and I learned about racket. Or maybe it was later? In a later incarnation for the Forum? Does it matter? I learned about it when I learned about it… long time ago.

It seemed to me that every complaint is a different racket, and I wasn’t alone with that. Everyone thought that.

Staff members’ favorite slight to each other and participants was: ‘That is just a racket!’ pronounced in a tone designed to diminish you. Continue reading “Case study: My racket”

The rescue me racket… drama drama drama

The rescue me racket… drama drama drama

the rescue me racketI used to have a student who ran a racket… get into situations where he needed to be rescued. He ran the rescue-me racket

The original incident was that he was locked into his father’s car on a hot summer day. He had insisted, vehemently, that he wanted to play with the car. He was three years old. And of course he loved cars.

After about half an hour of doing noises like cars make, he got bored… but the car doors were locked.

He banged on the doors, on the windows, yelled, and only a neighbor woman saw him.

By the time the women of his household came down to rescue him, he passed out. Continue reading “The rescue me racket… drama drama drama”

What is your issue with work? Because you have one!

The secret of big success in most any endeavor is to outwork the competition.

But humanity, you, have a problem with that.

Inner authority? What does it mean really?

Inner authority? What does it mean really?

outer pressure to inner authorityI define someone who has that, Inner Authority, is this: they don’t need an outside force to entice them or to threaten them with some kind of punishment or doom to do what they have to do to get things done.

So, the year was 1987, and it was the end of an 8-year run of a good mixture where you could see what I am talking about.

In those years I worked as an architect in three countries.

Worked but wasn’t productive. There was no joy there. I wasn’t joyful, even though there were, here and there, interesting projects, but i wasn’t able to enjoy them.

There were as long as year long stretches where I literally suffered because I just didn’t want to do what i had to do, needed to do, wanted to do to survive, things I should have done. I was sluggish, heavy, and totally unmotivated. Continue reading “Inner authority? What does it mean really?”
