Eating style is not how you eat, it is how you SHOULD eat to be clear-headed, healthy, and energetic…

That is why I don’t trust questionnaires. They rely on what you know, and what you know is low truth value, even if, by accident, you are trying to be honest. Continue reading “Your eating style can keep you strong and clearheaded”

What your teacher is learning is how to deal with YOU!

What your teacher is learning is how to deal with YOU!

I am learning (from this famous marketer) that you need to address your product you want to sell to the hardly 7% ambitious ones in your market… or you likely won’t make many sales…

Ambitious means that you want the result enough to actually do something for it.

It doesn’t mean what it meant in the former Soviet Block countries. There it meant that one only cares about himself, and willing to climb over dead bodies to get it. That is what ambitious meant in Hungary, and it wasn’t a nice thing. Continue reading “What your teacher is learning is how to deal with YOU!”

What makes Sophie cry? Why is she crying?

What makes Sophie cry? Why is she crying?

What makes Sophie cry?

Some people like rants, others hate them. For many listening to rants is entertainment. For others ranting, yours or someone else’s is a release, like a good dump.

I hate rants, I hate ranting, and yet, occasionally getting what bugs you out to the open can be therapeutic. This article… I guess, is a rant.

What is your numbnut/moron score? How would you know?

What is your numbnut/moron score? How would you know?

I am sure you think you are clear. The stuff you say, the number of words you use accurately in a language gives away your level of clarity… And it’s low. I measure it as the 10th measurement in the Starting Point Measurements.

When I say clarity, I mean every area of life… including health as you’ll see later in this article.

Now, why is this important? Because your clarity is what defines whether your actions, your reactions, your emotions are going to be in line with reality or not.

Whether you’ll be astute, or a numbnut. or anything in between. Continue reading “What is your numbnut/moron score? How would you know?”

dead man walkingI had an important and eye-opening insight today. A looking back…

Let me tell you the story so you get the fact that the likelihood of me ever discovering this was between none and zero.

It began some 30 years ago. Continue reading “Overwhelm, survival mode, resignation, dead man walking”

Anxiety is spiritual. My energy audios can zap your anxiety

here and now anxiety Being here and now has been a favorite topic of all the gurus.

What is a guru? A guru is a person who can teach. I said teach, I didn’t say just talk!

All the gurus I know are big talkers.

What is the difference between talking and teaching?

Pivoting. You can’t pivot in your head. Only in reality

Pivoting. You can’t pivot in your head. Only in reality

find a fixed point and a long enough stickFirst let me set the context for this article: For the past almost 30 years I have been mainly a mindset coach, and secondarily a healer.

It seems that in today’s climate, in today’s low vibration, low consciousness climate my work is not appreciated. Continue reading “Pivoting. You can’t pivot in your head. Only in reality”

I thought I had the beginnings of Parkinson’s Disease

I thought I had the beginnings of Parkinson’s Disease

canary-in-a-coal-mineI wrote this article in 2016…

I intended to write a different article today, but this is too important to wait…

I had neurological issues this past few weeks. I started to be wobbly, words weren’t coming easily, easy words, and then to top it off, I was dropping an egg or two: they just slipped from my hand. Four eggs in one week… NEVER even one before, in 69 years. 1

I started to muscletest myself to find out what was the cause of this sudden onset of neurological issues.

The problem with “diagnosing” issues, nearly any health issue, is this: the process is linear.

Linear means that you ask a question and depending on what you get, you continue on a single path.

But… but the question depends on your insights and on your knowledge. Continue reading “I thought I had the beginnings of Parkinson’s Disease”

Politically incorrect… How I almost destroyed my brain…

Politically incorrect… How I almost destroyed my brain…

how everyone in my family diesIf you have been on the phone or on webinars with me lately: you have noticed: I have been looking for words: the first signs of dementia.

My IQ dropped 40 points, and muscletest confirmed: my brain was deteriorating. My brain health went from 30% to 7% as well.

I am like Charlie in the book (also movie), Flowers for Algernon, where Charly, a young man got a brain enhancing surgery, but the results were temporary, and when he was in decline phase he could see all the things he understood and could do before, but not any more.

Doesn’t feel good…

In this short article I will look what I did… Continue reading “Politically incorrect… How I almost destroyed my brain…”

Life is too complex… do you make it more complex?

Life is too complex… do you make it more complex?

the body is a complex systemAre you trying to simplify by adding stuff to your day?

or How do you change a complex system?

I get a lot of requests for eating style.

Eating style, as a concept, was introduced a decade ago, maybe two, by the Human Design Institute.

They decided there are styles of eating that respond best to environment, inner or outer… and codified it. None of them says: eat when you are hungry. It may have been there, in the unsaid, but I bet no one is hearing it: I sure didn’t.

I should have caught that when I first ordered mine…
