I woke up unhappy. Seeing only bad stuff…

I woke up unhappy.

And you know, when you are unhappy all you can see what doesn’t work. and see it as big, monumental, maybe even tragic.

In my dream I attended a seminar. Lots of things were as I remembered: the people, the teacher, the girl sitting next to me. Only I changed. I got dumber, fatter, and with a whole lot less hair. One dude sitting behind me in the class even remarked me. The teacher called on me and shamed me in front of the class.

In one word: it was terrible.

So this is the mood I woke up in, and, of course, carried it into my morning routine. 1 Continue reading “I woke up unhappy. Seeing only bad stuff…”

Most people, you, over time, prove untrustworthy.

It is really hard to decide who to trust. Most people, over time, prove untrustworthy. Doctors, lawyers, accountants, friends, spouses.

Oh, and the so-called teachers and gurus.

But Why? It is all because the level of ‘morality’ of homo sapiens is controlled ‘desire to receive for the self alone’ and the ‘fat dog syndrome’. Continue reading “Most people, you, over time, prove untrustworthy.”

This mouse KNOWS what I am going to do…

I live on the edge of a forest in the middle of a city. There is wildlife, deer, skunk, raccoon, millions of squirrels, lots of birds, including birds of prey.

So, of course, we have field mice. No, let me correct that: I have field mice.

So I have a stash of 12 mice cubes, they have proven themselves over and over again in the 16 years that I have lived here.

And I have peanut butter for bait… Continue reading “This mouse KNOWS what I am going to do…”

Longevity, extend your life… a sexy topic for most, a must for me

agingI am noticing that longevity is attracting a lot of “clicks” on Youtube.

As I was looking for pictures, I found another dude, British, long beard… Aubrey de Grey… who approaches aging more the way we do here… so I’ll show his TED talk he gave in my favorite city, Budapest, Hungary, where I was born.

He looks at aging as a side effect of living, and his approach to longevity is to work with the side effects, and one by one beat them.

It’s going to take a lot of medication, and hoopla… before this can even be working on humans… but the idea is sound, so here is his TED talk. (Truth value: 20%)

You’ll see, that there is this other approach… focusing on extending. This one has one sound idea: stressing the system so it needs Consciousness to wake up. Continue reading “Longevity, extend your life… a sexy topic for most, a must for me”

Gratitude, appreciation is for you, not for the other

gratitudeI have students who fake thankfulness, gratitude… you can hear it. And occasionally they confess.

To me, to hear the fakeness, it indicates their wretchedness.

They think that gratitude, appreciation is social grease… and you give it to look good, to fit in, to obey some social rule, or because the other needs it.

Their knowledge about how reality works is completely missing…

Gratitude, what you are getting, all live in language… have no existence in reality. Without expressing gratitude you got nothing… and of course nothing to be grateful for.

But if you get nothing, ever, then you are wretched. You got nothing… and no joy, no being moved,no nice feelings, no connection with the other… you are an empty shell waiting to be filled. Continue reading “Gratitude, appreciation is for you, not for the other”

Narcolepsy, adrenal fatigue, brain fog, panic attacks…

narcolepsyI started this article 3 years ago, but the topic is as fresh as a daisy… Adrenal Fatigue and its nasty side effects.

I just measured a woman’s Starting Point Measurements, and suggested that she gets her Health Measures… so she can start behaving in a way that builds her up, instead of behaving in a way, living in a way, that destroys her. Continue reading “Narcolepsy, adrenal fatigue, brain fog, panic attacks…”

Even a blind squirrel finds a nut occasionally but…

even a blind squirrel but a fat girl onlyEven a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while… but a fat girl can only smell the sweets

I am observing, I am witnessing the conversation in my discussion group. Great market research! lol. I find out what people don’t know. What people don’t understand.

One of the differences between animals and humans is humans’ are arrogant. Continue reading “Even a blind squirrel finds a nut occasionally but…”

It ain’t what you don’t know that gets you into trouble.

I honestly believe it is better to know nothing than to know what ain’t so“It ain’t what you don’t know that gets you into trouble. It’s what you know for sure that just ain’t so.”

Key principles and processes that you misunderstand about your body and health

I think I have to teach a little biology to correct the misconceptions, misinformation, ignorance, and to add the accurate meaning of words… words you think you understand and you don’t.

If your accurate vocabulary isn’t in the many thousands range in your Starting Point Measurements, consider that you don’t understand clearly and accurately about 90% or more of the words that are needed for your life, your work, your health, your relationships with others, with Life, with Source.

So this little article is to remedy that issue in the area of eating… Biology.

  • 1. What are carbs? What organ is crucial to digesting carbs? What happens if you eat too much of it?
  • 2. What are proteins? What organ is crucial to digesting carbs? What happens if you eat too much of it?

Pattern recognition… or how widely and how deeply do you see?

From time to time I watch an animated feature movie on Netflix.

Those movies have the most clues for inner world patterns of all the movies… even though they are clearly designed to distribute memes… to train the next generation to become sheep.

But the artists that make the movies unwittingly, or defiantly, place some fundamental guidance and truth in those movies.

So it is with this little movie: Leap. (In other languages it is called the Ballerina)

It’s about a little orphan girl who lives in an orphanage, but dreams about becoming a dancer… a ballet dancer. She escapes the orphanage and goes to Paris to enroll in the famed ballet institute… to fulfill on her dream.

Through unpredictable events, she does… and though she can’t dance… a cleaning lady she finds turns out to be an ex famous dancer, until an accident made her an cripple. And she will become her mentor.

OK, here are the principles in the movie that stirred my inside up and explained a lot of things to me about me: Continue reading “Pattern recognition… or how widely and how deeply do you see?”

Do you know what you are doing? Debunking the myth

climbing togetherI don’t know what I am doing… but my life seems to be going in the right direction

Most successful people, if and when you ask them, they don’t have a theory, they don’t have a grand scheme of things, they are just doing what they are doing and it works. In one area of life…

Wherever they are successful.

Work, or health, or relationships, or money… etc. Continue reading “Do you know what you are doing? Debunking the myth”
