Your direction is more important than your speed…

Your direction is more important than your speed…
Direction is more important that speed. You may be going nowhere fast!
Direction is more important that speed. You may be going nowhere fast!

…In everything.

There is a very educational tale in the 67 steps that few consider life altering. I do.

An airplane makes an emergency landing in the jungle. The plane carried a group of engineers to a meeting.

The engineers developed a superior way to cut the branches and trees at a precise 45 degrees, and they were cutting a path with good speed.

A non-engineer passenger, in the meantime, climbed a tall tree and looked around He saw habitation from there… the path cut by the efficient engineers ran in the wrong direction… Continue reading “Your direction is more important than your speed…”

The plague of our century… Do today what’s today’s doing

The plague of our century… Do today what’s today’s doing

I wrote this article five years ago… and it’s eerily actual today…

What you want to take away from this article is this: a year from now you wish you started today…

Start what? Digging that darn well: building skills. Building relationships. Building alternative ways to make a living. Raising your awareness, consciousness. Getting yourself off the social bandwagon, getting yourself well…

It make be late today… but life is not over. A year from now it might be… Continue reading “The plague of our century… Do today what’s today’s doing”

What do you see? How do you see? same old same old?

What do you see? How do you see? same old same old?

wheere is the beefYour primary goal is to look

I once did a Landmark Education seminar where the main ‘mantra’ was (I paraphrase the funky Landmark Education language for you): ‘stand in front of what you can’t see, and keep on looking even though you can’t see anything

Most impatient people (that is most people) latch onto something irrelevant, and stop looking. They are like a dog with a bone… There is no hurry on the creative plane… only on the horizontal plane… what you can see easily is most likely irrelevant, and a sidetrack, preventing you from actually seeing what is important. Energized Water: What’s in the bubbles?

Energized Water: What’s in the bubbles?

What’s in the bubbles?

Some users of the Water Energizer audio noticed that bubbles start to appear in the top of the container when the water is almost coherent.

I didn’t notice it in the winter, but even mine had bubbles in the summer.

So I went to hunt for answers: what’s in the bubbles?

One of the current trends is rejuvenation, life extension, staying young longer. It’s not just old people’s, but even young people’s concern.

It could be mine, but I think I am past the point… I just want to stay alive and be able to work, walk, and have fun… too much to ask? lol. Continue reading “Energized Water: What’s in the bubbles?”

Why you gain weight… it is important to know if you want to change it…

Why you gain weight… it is important to know if you want to change it…

I am struggling with my weight again. So when an email hit my inbox today about a new weight loss method, I jumped over and watched the whole video. All the while I hoped that this thing would work for me… it made sense, so before I would buy, I asked Source (i.e. I muscletested) if that was going to be good for me.

Source said no. It said the thing is not a lie, it may work for others, but it would not work for me.

Curious. Continue reading “Why you gain weight… it is important to know if you want to change it…”

Your brain, how smart you think you are, and sesame oil

Your brain, how smart you think you are, and sesame oil

remove plaque from your brainOK, I am going to share something new, something risque, something that flies in the face of all medical science and research, but Source is adamant that it is true.

When back in August (2019) I felt I was dying, my health numbers were horrible.

  1. One of the problems was that my arteries were clogged with plaque, 80%, in fact.
  2. The second problem was that my brain was clogged with plaque…30% clogged.
  3. And the third problem, as it turned out later, was that my heart was too weak to pump all that life giving blood. My heart operated at 1%… oops.

The chip on your shoulder — taking it off and keeping it off

The chip on your shoulder — taking it off and keeping it off

As I am preparing to lead the Inner Authority Course, I see the need to dig deeper and deeper into the morass of human misery so that I can dig you out of there. I have tools, but I want more. And more. And more.

It is not about getting myself out of misery: I am already 70% “clear” of misery… and that is a blissful place, but it took me 34 years, so far, and I don’t know many people who are willing to work on themselves that long… I did it because I was soooo miserable. Most of us have two modes when we think about things:

Most of us have two modes when we think about things:

Most of us have two modes when we think about things:

  • 1. the urgent, the right now, the emergency, the having to, needing to, wanting to, and the should. Pay the bill, pick up the kid, what to have for dinner, what am I forgetting?
  • 2. the some day one day future. Retirement. Summer vacation. Getting married. When I have lost all this weight. When I’ll have my horse farm. When I have my retirement community that I built and I will be significant, and rich. When I’ll be a rock star.

I remember when it was like that for me. And, to be quite hones, it is still work to dislodge myself and think of the in-between.

Without working TOWARDS something, it is natural to fall into the same old, same old, or good enough is good enough. The rut.

I only have to observe myself for a day to see how fast it sets in, and how automatic that is. Continue reading “Most of us have two modes when we think about things:”

I woke up unhappy. Seeing only bad stuff…

I woke up unhappy. Seeing only bad stuff…

I woke up unhappy.

And you know, when you are unhappy all you can see what doesn’t work. and see it as big, monumental, maybe even tragic.

In my dream I attended a seminar. Lots of things were as I remembered: the people, the teacher, the girl sitting next to me. Only I changed. I got dumber, fatter, and with a whole lot less hair. One dude sitting behind me in the class even remarked me. The teacher called on me and shamed me in front of the class.

In one word: it was terrible.

So this is the mood I woke up in, and, of course, carried it into my morning routine. 1 Continue reading “I woke up unhappy. Seeing only bad stuff…”

Most people, you, over time, prove untrustworthy.

Most people, you, over time, prove untrustworthy.

It is really hard to decide who to trust. Most people, over time, prove untrustworthy. Doctors, lawyers, accountants, friends, spouses.

Oh, and the so-called teachers and gurus.

But Why? It is all because the level of ‘morality’ of homo sapiens is controlled ‘desire to receive for the self alone’ and the ‘fat dog syndrome’. Continue reading “Most people, you, over time, prove untrustworthy.”
