cell hydrationCell hydration is different from your overall hydration. The cells, unfortunately, are designed to allow only coherent water to enter the call walls.

Where can you get coherent water? And what is the difference between coherent water and not coherent water?

OK, tough question, because it all happens in the invisible. But…

Coherence, when it comes to water, is that it is at a compatible vibration with the cell.

Raw plant cell water is coherent. Raw animal cell water is also coherent. This is the reason raw diets increase a person’s health: it provides coherent water in the diet. Of course if the dieter only eats stuff that is more solid matter than water, i.e. food that has a low water content, they will not be much better off by eating ‘raw’. What can you do to feel better about yourself, about life, about the future?

There is a myth that there are people who are no-person outside of their function… doormen, drivers, conductors, ticket collectors, guards, secretaries…

But it is an illusion.

Just because you talk to someone you don’t consider them a person necessarily. According to my muscletesting, most people, most of the time, don’t consider anyone a person.

So how do you know if you are treating someone as a person or if you are treating them as a thing? And if you are treating them as a thing: what is ‘wrong’ with it?

It’s a theory, but muscletest says it’s true: when you treat someone as a thing, you become a thing. A thing only cares about itself, only worries about itself, is only concerned with its self-interest… to be safe, to win, to be right.

Why, how, and what do I procrastinate on?

There are some things that I can do, I can do well, but every time I am paid to do it, I procrastinate. Why? Because it is wicked hard.

What is the difficulty?

You’ll laugh, but the difficulty is staying with the activity.

The task is energy transmission.

I know, I know, the title of this article is terrifying. we are all afraid to be found out, or to find out that what we are doing, how we live is somehow wrong, wrong, wrong.

Or alternatively we arrogantly think that we can do no wrong, that we are always right, and the whole world should come and adore us…

Some ethnicities live on a very limited variety of foods, a diet that doesn’t sound healthy… yet they are healthy, vibrant, smart, and vigorous.

Why can’t you? What would happen to you if you suddenly decided to eat like the Mongols in the 12th-14th Century, some 800 years ago?

I am going to entertain you with my tale… of no health…

I used to buy every expensive vitamin and supplement, and yet I wasn’t well. EVER. I really haven’t been well since high school.

All the supplement, superfoods, this and that did not make me well.

Nowadays I muscletest supplements before i take them, and most days I taken none, and occasionally I need one.

My kitchen counter has about a hundred bottles of the unneeded stuff.

You can’t hurry learning, you can’t hurry growth or healing

One of the sins humanity is perpetrating and has been maybe forever is hurry.

Hurry puts you out of sync, out of harmony with Life. Hurry means you want something faster than it is.

While some things can be done faster without a price. You can run faster, but if your heart goes faster too, you’ll drop dead. You can throw a ball faster. You can make an engine faster. But most things move at the speed of the thing, and making them faster will have a price higher than the thing you want. Are you a lone wolf? The capacity of inclusivity…

Some animals are lone rangers… hunt alone. Maybe eat their young when hungry. Other animals hunt in a pack. Humans are supposedly pack animals, but individuals dare to differ. I am not a pack animal, although when I find a group of people who welcome me, I get all teary eyed… but even then: I’ll do my own thing, and ‘belong’ to the pack as a leader. And if I can’t be a leader, if I can’t have a voice, I don’t want to be there.

Which means: humans vary in many regards, and this is just one of them.

As a kid I was the black sheep. For years I wasn’t even included in family dinners… my mother sent my food in on a tray with my little brother.

Work and effort: what’s the connection to vibration?

Occasionally I check in with google to see what brings people to my site.

It’s still the two main topics: ‘your eating style’ and ‘the vibration of money’.

I’ve been busy with checking people’s water energizer setup, trying to guide them to success, sustainable success, so once they are beyond the ‘work’ phase, they can just invest a little bit of work to remain hydrated.

Gratitude, appreciation is a context. even coherence
You either live in a context you create, or you live in a context that is given to you.

The more you live in a context created by you the more you have a Self.

It can even be said: Self is a context… or maybe it is the sum total of the contexts you live in, you live through.
